Gaga would sing a couple rifts to Ashley, Ever fumbling to identify himself on the other end of the line when she finally picked up:
"...hey. It's Ever. You know, from the thing. With the duct tape." A pause, but not actually long enough for her to reply, words spilling over each other as he continued.
"I was wondering if you had any spare dresses." And no. He didn't realize how that sounded.

Ashley had been doing homework when her phone started ringing. Not much of a loss, really - and so she picked up without really checking who was calling, twirling in her computer chair so rest her white socked feet on her bed. "Hello ?"
That voice, she knew that voi- Oh ! Ever ! Right. Through, he was asking...
Uh ?
...Uh ?
"Look, that's certainly none of my business what you need a dress for." Don't wanna know, doooon't wanna know... "But maybe asking someone... well, taller might work out better for you ?"

"Actually, I think you're -- " Pause. Silence on the other end as Ever put two and two together, then made a rather disgusted noise at her.
"Ha ha, very funny. No. It's for a friend. She's your size." Actually, just about the perfect size, actually; Sabine was short, Ashley was short. Everyone was short. "...might need shoes, too, but I don't know..."

It was a good thing they were on the phone - because Ashley's face as he first started to elaborate without an hitch was... priceless to say the least.
A friend, uh. "Well, we're talking a friend-friend here, or a friend-friend ?" Was this information required ? Nope. Ashley was just nosy.
Also a good thing - Ever being unable to see the cheshire cat grin the purple-haired girl wore on the other side of the phone. Makeovers ? Hell. Yes.
"Well, dresses are my domain, though..." The was silence on her end for a moment, with only the faint sound of a pen tapping against wood. "Can you tell me a few things about her ? Hair color, eye color ? Can't have her look like something an unicorn farted, after all."

"It's...Sabine." What did Sabine look like? He had to pause to think about it. No idea about eye color, no idea about skin tone, not really, but...
"She's short. She has like. Red hair? I think? Red or orange? I don't know, she just needs a dress for prom." He sounded agitated about it, almost grumpy that this was such a big deal.

Well, that indirectly answered the question. That, or Ever was a shitty boyfriend. But hey, Ashley didn't judge, and with a kick she sent the chair spinning to face her window.
"Well then, maybe you can come over sometime, and i'll see what I have for her ? I could give you my address and you two can come over when you can, through we should probably wait until my parents are out..." They were, at the moment, but she wasn't certain if the time matched on Ever's side.
Her parents certainly would question why she had a friend as old as him, through, which was an issue. Ence, trying to do this without them noticing.

Hey, maybe her parents would think she had a gentleman caller. If they were anything like Ever's, they'd weep huge tears of relief that she was normal and let just about anything slide. Of course, they probably weren't quite like Ever's. "...uh. Yeah, sure, when?"
There was the scrambling sound of Ever hunting through his bag, certain that there was a notebook and a pencil hidden somewhere at the bottom.

"Hmmm..." There was another long silence on the other side, as she listened. Hm. "Well, they're not back yet, won't be for a few hours. Im not supposed to go out, but they didn't say anything about having people come over." All said in a tone that made it clear that it certainly wouldn't have stopped her from sneaking out if needed. Her quota of the week was clear, though, and Fluorite would be later, anyway. It was a little too early for that. "So you two could come now if you'd like."
She waited for the rummaging to stop on the other end, but then something occurred to her. "Neither of you are allergic to dogs, right ? I have a golden retriever." This could be a problem.

"Not allergic to dogs, chickens, or goats. And she doesn't remember anything, so it's not like I can ask her. We'll come over." He hadn't even asked Sabine yet; seemed like somewhat rude to assume, maybe, except that the senshi would probably just be glad to get out...
He shifted on the other end. That was the sound of him disposing of a cigarette and turning to go back inside. "Give me, uh. Just a little time. Not that long, I don't think..."

"Doesn't remember anything ?"
Uh ? That was weird. That was weird as s**t. If her mind had made the connection in between this Sabine and a certain corrupted senshi she had met not too long ago, it would have made sense. But with henshin magic at work, it didn't. "What happened, did she hit her head or something ?"
At least it sounded like she was mostly okay...

"Something, yeah. Um. We'll come over. Just wait there." Ever was bad with phones; it meant that he hung up on her, instead of saying a proper goodbye.
Ashley was probably expecting them to knock on her door, or maybe sneak up through the window. Instead, ten or fifteen minutes later there was the rush of air and then the sudden appearance of two people in her bedroom. Ilmenite looked different: long pants, the cut of his jacket a bit more flattering, his shoes infinitely more comfortable. The other, familiar, Lyra standing beside him.
She seemed perfectly fine. Ilmenite, on the other hand, stood with hands on his knees -- huffing and puffing and trying to catch his breath. That didn't feel like it was really getting easier.
"...I hate you a little bit right now." It was tossed up at Lyra, but with a bright flash of a smile to take the edge off. No hate. Just jealousy.

Teleporting was.... interesting to say in the least. She had not done it much at this point. Being 'eternal' rank for senshi helped a bit as well, she could teleport as much as a general could and not start to feel strain unless she did it more than twice. She did not know that yet though, so her eyebrows drew together as the corrpted senshi looked down at Ilmenite. which in itself felt weird, he normally towered over her.
"I could have taken you with me you know..." A confused look returned at him, but a devious smile followed. At least she figured she could teleport him with her, though she probably would have been the one panting at that point.
She did not really know what was going on, last second preparations for 'prom' which Ever had invited her to go with him as friends. He seemed to be taking care of the details. Looking up she noticed the other female, not making the connection between Ashley and Fluorite. She must be another officer like them, unless Ilmenite made a point to 'drop in' on unexpected guests.
Or maybe they ported to the wrong room.

Ashley had indeed expected her guests to come in though a more... traditional way, and so she had turned back to her homework, while keeping an ear out for the doorbell.
What happened instead was two people teleporting straight into her bedroom, which made poor Ashley let out a shill sheik. It was really a good thing that she was the only person home, now.
...Wait a sec... Ilmenite was different. And... Lyra... ?! "Can I just hate you both ?" She announced, amused, her own smile taking off the edge of her words. "And power down before every senshi in a block radius homes onto my house, won't you ? ....You need some water, Ever ?"
Yeah, teleporting looked rough on his system.

Ilmenite blinked at Ashley, surprised, considered just a moment -- and then, with a grin, shifted back into civvies. He collapsed to the floor as he did, dropping into a graceless sit, cheeks puffed out. He'd recover, it would just take a couple of minutes.
"I'm good...and if they show up, I'll just drain you." A suggestive wiggle of his eyebrows. It was a joke, definitely. Probably. Maybe. He blinked up at Lyra and made a vague gesture, encouraging.
"Your aura's ******** huge. Change so we don't get Ashley in trouble, okay? Like, quickly, I mean." Then he eased back onto his elbow, relaxing.

"Oh. " She mentioned a moment glancing between the two of them letting herself shift back down into average 'sabine'. "i keep forgetting that. I had no clue until it was pointed out... i guess i ignore my own Aura because its my own." Right? At least that made sense...
Maybe.
Sabine still had not made the connection to who Ashley was either. Though she still found herself glancing down at ever. "i doubt it will come to that.... maybe. But still its not polite draining friends!"
Ignoring ever for a moment she glanced Ashley up and down, curiously examining her. It was not every day she met someone that was her height...
"You cant teleport?"
