Welcome to the newbie nominations! You are eligible to nominate a newbie ONLY IF YOU FULFILL ONE OF THE FOLLOWING:

--> Entered in the existing meta event
--> Posted at least 15 posts in the event thread throughout
--> Entered in the advertising or points contest
--> Already own a TiH student/Hunter

IF you fulfill any of the criteria above are allowed to nominate ANYONE that does not have an existing TiH character as long as they also must have EITHER:

--> Entered in the existing meta event
--> Posted at least 15 posts in the event thread throughout
--> OR Entered in the advertising or points contest

Anyone nominated who does not fulfill these requirements will be disqualified. At the end of the event, we will roll all the nominated newbies, hooray!
- You can nominate only one person per user but more than one person can nominate a single newbie. Ie: Bob can nominate newbie A and then Sue can also nominate newbie A, which gives them 2 raffle points.
