I just re watched all the season post the 10 year break and did anyone else catch that Jack Harkness is the Face of Boe? The giant physic face we all came to know and love who died in the 2nd showing of the 15x New York

I don't know about the Face of Boad...but the Face of Boe, yes. As soon as it was mentioned, I knew the connection.

isn't that common knowledge. question It is around my area because certain idiots give out spoilers that drive some of us crazy enough that we try scream to.... never mind sweatdrop any way yeah i caught that.

how can you not catch that? i started cracking up and couldn't keep a straight face for ten minutes. kinda sad though i guess...poor Jack...

At comic-con Cap. Jack said that he would love to show up in some new eps of Doctor who and he said it would be up to Matt Smith. I love that Jack is the Face of Boe I was the first of my friends to know this little fun fact it was fun because when they found out they where like OMG OMG OMG.

It's be nice to see Jack again. I rather liked him.
But, as things are going, Steven Moffat is making everything "new," and leaving old RTD things in the past. I dunno how prospects are looking for Jack.
About the Face of Boe, it's a shame Jack has to live for that long. At least he dies with an old friend by his side.

I was reading "Chicks dig time lords" recently.
It talks about extensive DW fandom on livejournal--is that just outdated, or am I missing out?
Anyway, there's an essay by John Barrowman's sister. She talks about the night she saw Jack shot and killed by Daleks and about rushing to the phone--even though it was ridiculously late in England--to call him and demand of him information only he would know to make sure it was the real him.

My friend Holly was the first to notice that jack was the face of boe. I also Figured out YANA before anyone else in my friend group.
