Job: Owner and chief baker of The Sweet Life Cafe and Bakery
History: Favonius’s dearest ambition in life was to bake and bring happiness into the lives around him. So it is a surprise to those who learn that he is the youngest son of Helios Kral and one of the heirs to the Kral Inc. Yet Favonius doesn’t think about it at all for his wish has come true. He is now the owner and chief baker of “The Sweet Life Cafe & Bakery” nestled in the bustling county of Manhatten, New York. Nothing could make him more ecstatic than waking up in the morning and baking all day until the cafe closes.

Favonius is a carefree soul, he seems to always be bubbling with happiness and energy which no doubt helps him bake all day. Favonius rarely shows a serious side. Being the youngest of the large Kral family, Favonius rarely deals with the family business and doesn’t interact with his family too much, though they do visit him at the bakery and enjoy his baking.
Other: This lad doesn’t even wish to grow up...which may be an viable option for him since he happens to be half vampire by blood. Favonius stands at about 4 ft 9 which can make reaching the high cabinets of the kitchen more of a mountaineering trek.

Job: Head Assistant to Favonius, Server, Accountant, Head Deputy of Peace.
History: Chouko was a descendant of a long and great lineage of ninjas and samurai. Helios had hired her as Favonius's guardian and protector. Not an easy feat for a mortal, but Chouko has managed so fair to keep him in check and both of them alive. It was no secret that once you rise up so far in the business world you become prey to assassins, kidnappers, and hitman paid by competing corporations.If that wasn't enough to make one paranoid enough into becoming a hermit for the rest of their live; toss onto the pile competing vampire families and enemies such as vampire hunters and you have a tender lamb (=Favonius) wandering around in a wolf packed forest.

But recently Chouko has taken up a second job. To make sure that the cafe survives. Chouko personally balances the cafe’s finances, ensures that everything is stocked for Favonius’s baking, and fills in any other post.
Other: Some people wonder why Chouko puts up with it all, but she says she has her reasons...

Character name: Catherine Beman

Job: Server/General Maintenance
History: Catherine, more commonly known as Kat by friends and Cathy by her teachers and family, is a normal high school student. Since she is going to college in one and a half years and her family isn't exactly rich, she is stuck figuring out how to get the thousands in tuition by herself. Being not exactly the best student, she can't really count on getting scholarships. She was fired from her last job at a clothing store for embezzling money. Why and how this Cafe found her to be a suitable employee, Kat has never exactly figured out. Yet, she has not only gotten hired but has maintained this job for nearly half a year.
Other: Cathy completely hates her job. Not only does she despise the "cuteness" of small cafes like this one, she also abhors interacting and putting on fake smiles whenever a customer comes in as if the customer was the best person in the world. Sometimes she can be mildly sarcastic and a bit rude.

Job: Appraiser of fine foods
History: Aristotle, also known as The Gentlemanly Sarcastic Cat, was the faithful companion Babba Mitzu, an old witch who was the original owner of the building. She had sold it to Favonius 3 years ago and became the tenet of the tower. However, her health had been steadily declining until she died in her sleep one day. Her will was separated amongst her descendants, but many of her treasure stayed in the tower...as well as Aristotle. He is by no means an ordinary feline. Aristotle is extraordinarily with a vocabulary and wit to put his learnt human counterparts to shame. Yes, Aristotle is a magically cat, however he must do his best not to let that slip when the cafe has visitors.
Other: Aristotle can be cool, crass, but he is good natured and usually means well. For a time he helped Favonius in the kitchen with his magic, but the amount of cat hair found in the food deceased that activity lest the health inspector caught wave of it.
