She has long black hair with the tips of it died white that is usually tied in a high ponytail. She doesn't have any piercings, but she has a tattoo of a wilting rose on her right hip. She also has a scar across each of her wrists. When she is not wearing her shinigami robes, Rei wears a dark green tank top and a black hoodie that exposes her midriff. She also dons a pair of black shorts and green combat boots.
Zanpakutou: Shiruba-Kagi (Silver Key)
Unreleased Form: Rei’s unreleased sword has a beautiful spotless silver blade that sparkles even in the dark. The hilt, hand guard, and hilt wrapping are all a pure clean white. The sheath is a pale green with ivory inlays decorating the outside.
Shikai: Locked
"Break the Lock on Hell's Door and Shatter, Shiruba-Kagi!"
The blade fades to a ghostly purple and a strange haze seems to surround Rei. The hilt darkens to an ashy grey and becomes slightly warped, conforming to Rei’s hand. If one looks closely enough, they can see the outline of Rei’s zanpakutou spirit standing behind her. Her speed is increased and her endurance heightens.
Attacks:

A misty silver fire surrounds the sword that has the ability to both paralyze and burn at the same time. Each time the sword connects with a limb, that limb gets a 1st degree burn and it becomes paralyzed for a short period of time. (1 posts)

An arc of silver fire is released from Rei’s blade when the command is issued. The fire moves very fast and it burns even hotter than normal fire. Its size is determined by the amount of reiatsu put into it before it is released.
Bankai: Locked
The blade darkens even more to an inky black and the hilt liquefies and reforms around her wrist, keeping it in place, but allowing enough wiggle room that she can slip her hand out of it if need be. A silver chain links itself together around her waist and is secured by a starling silver lock. Her eyes gain a reddish hue and the sky around her becomes filled with dark and heavy clouds. Her speed is increased exponentially and her strength is nearly doubled.

Rei can summon up to 3 shields that resemble silver doors. Each shield is 3 feet tall and 2 feet wide and Rei can manipulate where they move. When the shields are up, Rei cannot use any of her other attacks. If the shields are hit hard enough, they can disappear.
-"Hell's Silver Maze." -active-
The victim becomes trapped in an alternate dimension that is slightly disorienting. The dimension consists of an endless maze of silver doors that all look exactly alike, with fiery floors that can burn if one stands in the same spot for too long. While the victim stumbles around confused and tired, Rei can appear from whatever door she pleases, attack, and disappear again. It is almost impossible to track Rei’s location in the maze. After a period of time (4 posts at max, depending on physical and mental condition) the maze will disappear.
Zanpakutou's true form: A woman who seems like she is in her mid-twenties, donning silvery robes decorated with locks and keys. She has stunning crimson eyes and wispy silver hair that reaches the floor. She tends to make a lot of sarcastic and rude comments about various things, but she is also very loyal and deeply cares for Rei.

1. Restrain (塞, sai?)-Locks a target's arms in place behind their back.
4. Crawling Rope (這縄, hainawa?)[7] — An energy rope entangles a target's arms.
8. Repulse (斥, seki) - Creates a round shield that seems to temporarily paralyze and repel whatever strikes it
9. Strike (撃, geki?)[8] — Engulfs a target in red light, completely paralyzing them.

Skills: She is quite proficient in shunpo but her kidou ability is below average. She prefers to fight without the use of her zanpakutou unless absolutely necessary.
Abilities: She is very proficient in speed based attacks and hand-to-hand combat. Her eyes are very sharp and can catch even the tiniest little details, and her reflexes are extremely refined.

Since her father had already left her at a young age, Rei was left alone with no one to care for her. She tried to keep her spirits up and pretend like nothing was wrong, but her masks were breaking, and she was finding it hard to act like the happy person she once was.
It was a dreary winter morning and Rei was sitting outside her home, not really thinking about anything and not really paying attention to her surroundings. She had failed to notice when the serial killer, who had just recently broke out of jail, snuck up behind her and slit both of her wrists. Caught off guard, Rei was unable to do anything as she lay on her porch bleeding until Death’s sorrowful hand came and took her away.
When she arrived in the Soul Society, she was looked down upon by various people simply because of the scars on her wrists. She was tormented by the people around her and eventually she caused so much ruckus that two shinigami had to interfere and stop the torture. While they were dispersing the crowd, one of them noticed the fire of spiritual energy burning within Rei and took her into the Seireitei. She passed the academy with high scores and eventually entered into a squad. She still bears the pain of her loneliness, and has a sarcastic and cynical outlook on life.
