2. Add your character in a new topic in this sub-forum. Me, or Vice will tell you whether it is accepted or not.
3. Once your character is approved, you may start role-playing.
4. Don't make your character too powerful. It's no fun if you do that.
5. If someone has a power that you already thought of, simply alter it to make it your own. No copying of anyone else.
6. You MUST post at least once a week. If not, then you'll be warned. If you do not have a good excuse, you're outta here.
7. Within five days after you join, you MUST have posted a character. If not, you're out of here.
