The entry way provides great warmth and dim lighting. As you go deeper and further in, your eyes adjust to reveal an ornately carved wooden door at the end of a 15' x 15' x 15' hallway. Beyond it lies the Guild Hall.
The interior of the Hall contains several overstuffed chairs and couches of the same era. Long tables that looked much like the sort that would be found in castles could seat many and often do.
The dim and soft, warm lighting finds its source in the many fireplaces and torch-holders along the wall. Overall it is dim and the room warm. The subtle scent of burning wood can be detected rather easily and quickly upon entering.
The walls are mostly dark wood with stone areas trimming and relieving many areas, creating a strange blend of Victorian warmth and Gothic grandiosity. Affixed to many of the stone areas are wrought-iron candle holders, which hold three candles each, and they seem always to be lit. The ceiling is high enough that the light of the candles and fireplaces fails to illuminate the heights of the vaulting.
Looking up from here, if one's low-light vision was keen enough, they would be able to see the undersides of the balconies that hold the rooms for role-playing, writing, movie viewing, and philosophy rooms.
The entry is the south door, a door on the east wall leads to the kitchen (and the pantry, beyond), a door on the north wall leads to the bathrooms, stairs, and servants quarters, and a locked door on the east wall leads to Matasoga's office, while a door further down the end of the wall leads to the art gallery.
This room is almost never empty and never stays that way, for long. The chairs are mostly arranged in a loose circle. Numerous tables sit close to the chairs and couches and atop most of the tables are hooded lanterns that are closed but can open to allow more light, as needed. Many smaller wooden chairs, upholstered with red velvet are on the opposite sides of the tables, easily allowing for smaller conversations to take place easily and quietly.
A more recent addition is the bar that stands between the kitchen door the rest of the guild hall, making requests for food or drink easier and to make, and reinforcing the notion that disciples are not meant to enter the kitchen, themselves (though they are free to relieve the bartender at any time, thus creating an exception to this "rule").

Matasoga, who had been awaiting arrivals in, what he realized now was a more shadowy area, into greater prominence.
"Welcome, dear," he said. "Slow evening, so far, it would seem, but I'm expecting things to pick up soon."

Haruka-in her cat form- padded softly into the room, eyes wide and happy. She quickly nuzzles against Saber's ankle, before jumping onto Matasoga's hat."Mow'

The feline purred in delight, her eyes twinkling and shutting.

"You should know," he said to Saber, "That you're now petting my slave Little Haruka."
He lifted the little cat's chin and turned his own cat-like eyes to her's. "Haruka, dear, I'd like you to get drinks for everyone, won't you? I'd like a stein of mead. Would you like anything, Saber?"

Haruka licked the girls hand before she pulled it away.

At her master's request she mewed and jumped down, scampering off to the kitchen.A short while later she returned,in human form, carrying a tray with her master's beverage of choice, as well as Saber's mug of coffee. the tray also held creamer and sugar,as well as a spoon. She held out the tray and curtsied, her hat shadowing her face.

Matasoga pets the top of her hat before taking a deep drink.
"She even brought all the additives. I knew I made the right choice when I selected her from the market place," he said. "Go get yourself something too, dear. Just be ever ready to continue to serve."
"Though on the topic of origins and beginnings, we never finished our talk in that other bar last night. How was your appearance so altered?"

Haruka straightened, reveaing her smiling and blushing face," Your very welcome!" her ears pricked,"Oh thank you Master!" She scampered off and soon return with a glass of milk, kneeling at the feet of her master.
