 Wow is that a reallly a big yellow bird?...
A swirling set of runic circles appeared on the top of the cliff it appeared to be as 1 but they split up 1 going up the other going down and a child appearing in the middle of it, her Claymore (book of spell/runes/symbols) floated before her. the 2 runic circles faided away like they were never there but those who saw them would know. "What is this place? it's so funny looking, wonder where i am now seeing as the village was supose to be over there but i found myself in a room of walls,one even opened somehow." she turned to see midgar blinking a bit. "What is that it's not the village is it? it's like everything is made from swords and armor in a way. how did they do that? it's so funny looking, but kinda scarry as well." the girl seamed to speak to herself a bit her claymore still floating there infront of her. she looked into the sky wondering why that was so strange looking here as well. "Ohhh maybe i should have stayed in that funny no exi place talking to the demon hunter inpersonater thingy ma bob. what is this place." she continued to ponder out loud as she nelt down grabbing a rock and tossed it forward but it didn't get to far even from it's rather long fall
OH MY GAWD YOU CAN RIDE IT TO!!

You see a tall, dark man in a tattered duster coat. He has claw marks on the left side of his face where he wears an eyepatch. He seems to be touching the sword that marks a grave. His Raven black hair bellows in the wind along with his coat. He also wears a gun holstered on his thigh.
Without looking he says "Welcome to Midgar. What brings you here?"

Lilith sighed once again. "I wonder if i can find someone from this place that knows all about it, maybe they can give me the hints on how it all goes down in there, i mean really i might find someone my age that won't think i'm that odd looking right?" Lilith thought to herself the runes she was using last time to get here appeared around her and soon she was gone just like last time

 Seifer Almasy stood on the outskirts of Midgar. The city seemed appealing to the Gunblade using Knight. He knew this place held the forces of good and it was Squall Leonheart's trail that had drawn him to this place. "Squall... Im gonna find you and Im gonna kick your a** soon... running across worlds wont save you from the wrath Im gonna dish..Youve always been my greatest rival..and now it's time to settle the score." He said to himself with an arrogant sneer as he looked down from the cliff to the city. Midgar made Seifer think of Deiling City and the things it had to offer. This renewed metropolitan area would possibly also harbor a breeding ground of allies and fools who would join him in a quest of promised grandeur such as serving a powerful Princess.. or even a Sorceress. That was Seifer's dream, after all.. Ultimecia just wasnt the Sorceress he dreamed of serving, even though helping her did pose some benefits like the power to cleave Odin, arguably one of the most powerful summons, in two. It was on this cliff that Seifer Almasy lingered as he looked down with those cold blue eyes of hatred and a longing for revenge. He knew that he musnt waste too much time or cause a ruckus too loud to catch the attention of the local authorities...less he be labled in with some of the rebel terrorist factions.

  A teenager on a rather large dragon would soon be seen flying about Midgar, almost as if circling it, before it would suddenly change directions and go towards the GunBlade Wielder, Seifer, his current job was to recruit people to the Devil's Tower's forces, and he was going to start with ShinRa, but he could feel the hate Seifer held towards Avalanche, well, two of their members, that was... The dragon soon came to a landing behing Seifer, giving a flap of it's wings as it landed, the fifteen year old Dragon Knight leaped off the back of it, landing fine on the round beside in a crouch, then rose up, the dragon made a bit of a soft whimpering noise towards him, the dragon... Didn't like to see Drake doing these kinds of things, being evilish and whatnot... But Drake just gave it a small pat on the head, before approaching Seifer " Greetings, I am Drake Harvey, I believe you have a problem or two with a few members of Avalanche, Squall Leonheart and Rinoa Heartily, that is, tell me, would you like to join in on a plan to finish Avalanche, all of it, once and for all? I'm not masterminding this plan, but I can take you to who is, if it interests you" he said, he himself wasn't really sure about being evil either, it just didn't feel like him but...

Seifer placed a hand on Hyperion, his Gunblade, just for safe reach in case this man was a trickster, trying to get him to spill his beans before he actually went through with anything. The words that came from the blond gunblade wielder were those of suspicion, but at the same time, acceptance. "Allright, Drake..You dont seem like just some guy full of fake promises, and your information is pretty well thought out and put together. So I'll tell you what.." There was a pause in Seifer's words as he brushed a piece of hair out of his eyes which looked back at Drake with a look that was simply icey in every way. Those eyes were the eyes of a man who didnt mind picking on the weak and didnt fear crushing anyone in his way to get to Squall. ".. Youve got yourself a sword.. only condition... Show me to a Sorceress worth protecting... Rinoa is no longer a concern.. She chose Squall over me, and now she will simply have to die for that mistake." Seifer didnt care for Rinoa anymore, and any rivalry he had between Squall and himself over her affections was null and void. He knew she loved Squall and there would be no chance for him any longer, so it was his decision that if he couldnt have her, than neither would his rival. Some would call that type of behavior an act of cowardice, but in his mind, it was justice and a fitting punishment for the one who went astray of his protection.

Drake just chuckled a bit to what Seifer said first, that much was rather funny at least, he didn't seem like one of those overly insane evil ones at least! At least, it seemed that way... He crossed his arms, not... Having the slightest clue what he meant with the sorceress thing! He didn't know Seifer, so there was no real way he would know "...So then you'll join? Good to hear, ok, well, I'll be off for now, in a bit Exdeath will take you to the Devil's Tower to tell you about the plan... But for now do whatever, it won't be too long until he shows up, I'm going to go get more recruits..." with that he turned, heading back towards his dragon that had waited for the bit of conversation and climbing back onto it's back "Farewell, Seifer, we'll see each other again, now that we're allies..." with that the massive dragon took off into the skies, heading towards Midgar and circling over it at a long distance overhead... As if thinking of something, Drake himself was thinking too... He would have to fight his parents, if he stayed like this, so it was better they didn't know about him in this time, so they wouldn't hold back when the time came...
((*Needs to go* Sorry! Lol, just did that so you wouldn't be stuck ^^ we'll continue with that tomorrow and I'll have Exdeath warp him to the tower or something XD))

Uppon hearing the coversation between Siefer and the dragon rider Edwind just shakes his head. "Another youngster heeding a reckless call." The fact that none of them had noticed him when he was standing right there made him wonder. So he started his journey to Midgar. He needed to find some work. "I need a new sword."

Seifer grinned as Drake left and the blond man just waited. He, too had a dragon as a companion, but he didnt summon Tiamat. Such a beast would surely cause a lot of noise seeing as she is the mother of all dragons and rivaled in power only by Bahamut. He then watched Edwind leave. It wasnt so much that he ignored the guy, so much as he didnt feel like wasting his time conversing with him. This Edwind muttered something before walking off, but Seifer simply sneered as he watched him leave. If that fool were to return, then the gunblade user had his mind made up that he would kill him for being so foolish as to make remarks about Seifer being reckless. "So now it's just a waiting game... It's fine...Im patient.. sort of." Seifer said with a cold chuckle as he waited on the cliff. He did want to ride on Tiamat, like Drake and his own dragon companion, but he didnt care enough to waste his Guardian Force's time on something so simple as an urge for an airborne joy ride.

I'll check it out later. Once I get more gear." He then walks, slowly fading from view...

Back in Midgar, Rinoa and Angelo were off for a walk around the area to at least be sure her most loyal companion got her exercise that she needed.Such energetic breeds needed to get out, rather then sit and be cooped up all day. As the Sorceress was about to mention a game of fetch at the beach outside of Midgar, her deep brown eye's would rest on Angelo suddenly. The half boarder collie was suddenly whineing, and pulling at her light blue duster into the direction it seemed to want to go! "H-hey! Careful! Don't rip my outfit silly girl! I'm going! I'm going!" Rinoa pat the dog on her head, to reassure her. It was quite obvious she wanted her to follow!
So, in all of her many experiences of trusting Angelo's instinct she followed her companion. Maybe it had caught scent of someone close to them? Maybe...Quistis? She was the only one of the friendly group that was still missing! Or perhaps...No, it was definitely not Seifer. As much as she still cared for him as a friend, no matter what he had done to her in the past and caused them so many troubles, she still wasn't one to hold such a hate or grudge against him. He was just...mislead. She didn't want to think of the troubles that might occur if he did suddenly show up. Rinoa held some hope in her that he would have lightened up after the defeat of Ultimecia but there was truly no telling how that young man thought.
After some time, Rinoa and Angelo would come to stop at a large cliff, which she glanced up to, what were they doing here anyway? How would they get up there!? "Um...Angelo? Why did you lead us here? I can't climb that!"
