waaaaaay too high a level chill. Seriously, I doubt any of the NPCs will be so strong as level 10. Make her something like level 4. It would make sense considering how many sub-styles she knows.

A quick round kick with the front leg meant to cause the target's forward leg to give out. Aimed for the knee or inner thigh, this kick, when properly thrown, can crank out a nice thirty mile-per-hour whack. It's like a whip with a crow bar at the end of it. Enough of these, and movement can and will be hindered.

Double-Up

The inside kick followed by an outside kick is a basic combination. Used mostly on an exposed front leg, this will more than likely be a painful experience. A successful inside kick can be chained into this without hesitation.

Battering Ram

This involves putting one's opponent in a very bad situation by controlling an arm, ducking under it, bending it against the target's back, and forcing the hand toward the neck in one swift motion... before driving them into a nearby wall, car, or any other hard and painful object. Ki is used to power the initial launch, giving this move a lot of kick upon impact.

The key component in evading getting one's head knocked in is escaping a clinch hold, a method of controlling one's opponent that originates from various styles such as Judo, Muai Thai, and Combat Sambo. Amounting to a throw escape, this technique allows one an opportunity to get away from this potentially life-threatening situation if one is the same level as their opponent, or if their foe is lower. But if they are one level higher, the chances are slimmer, and two levels forces the attempt to fail, opening them to a free hit. Use with caution.

Rushdown
Rank C
A flurry of punches from close-in, with the chance to ruin ribs and knock the wind out of the opponent. Five shots in total, this combination is sure to leave the target in stiches.

C.E. Tie

The basis of grappling is not just position or posture. The Collar & Elbow Tie ensures that no matter what, you and your opponnent are equal in position. This hold is the basis for all kinds of setups and takedowns, and serves as the initial struggle for position in a grappling match. The hold involves grabbing onto the back of the neck with one hand, with the elbow against the chest. The other hand hooks onto the target's elbow or bicep on the other side. If one can get hold of the bicep, just below the shoulder... they are in position for some good times.

Fireman's Carry Takedown

The fighter has to get to their knees to pull this one, but it's worth it as one takes control of an arm, drags them over their shoulders while hooking an arm around the thigh on the same side, and dumping them on their back. Takedown naturally ends in Side Control.

Double-Leg
Rank C
The traditional method of shooting for one's legs as they call it, is this right here. The goal is not to drop one's head too low, because... well, the neck will be a fine target for a savvy defender. Just grab the legs under the knees, pick 'em up, and put 'em down with authority.

Double-Leg Cannon
Rank C
A variant of the standard Double-Leg takedown, this serves as more of a charge than anything else. The arms are in the same position, hooking around the knees, except the head rams right into the chest. The initial thrust from the legs is no longer upward, but forward, driving them to the mat or pavement with even more force. Takedown naturally ends in Mount Position. Causes extra damage when done near a wall, car or any other object that will leave a bruise when smashed into.

Walldown

Forcing one's opponent against the wall will more than likely be a good situation, but it can be made even better. All one has to do is put their center of gravity below their target's, grab the legs, and pull the foe down. Hard.

Ankle Pick
Rank C
This move takes out one of the legs as a support while pushing back on the opponent's upper body. It requires proper positioning to get just right, because if timed improperly, it will lead to serious concequences and a loss of position.

Inside Leg Trip
Rank C
From Greco-Roman grappling comes this deceptively simple move that involves capturing an arm, bringing the leg opposite to the captured arm toward the ankle for a trip, and leaning forward. This is all done in one quick, fluid motion and results in the opponnent going down hard, depending on the speed of the attacker.

Ah, the sprawl. The basic defensive technique against all takedown attempts. Impossible in certain situations, but invaluable in all others, this involves sliding one's legs backward, so that any attempt to pull, drag, or sweep them out from under the fighter is null and void. Used to counter a takedown attempt with the possibility of forcing the foe's head to the ground, putting them in a sticky situation.

Mount Position Rush
Rank C
Getting on top of someone is a good thing to do in a ground fight. It's also a hard thing to do, as one is trying to kick you away, trap you between their legs, or just plain stand up. This technique cuts the effort of gaining this advantageous position by a significant amount. Focusing ki in the legs to increase speed, one rushes toward a downed target in an attempt to pounce right on top of them.

Mount Reversal
Rank C
Someone else is on top. One is now in deep s**t. But they can get out using the leverage of the hips and a swift turnover. Who's the boss now? Of course this won't work if the aggressor is two levels higher, so make sure you have at least an even match before trying this. Ki can be infused in this technique to make it more explosive, and thus more effective.

Fists for Lunch

Requires Successful Takedown or Mount Position
One of the best ways to make someone give up is by this royal, grand beatdown. All you have to do is get on top and let the fists and gravity do the work for you. The rain of punches however, lasts only for so long, either for two turns or until a successful attempt to escape or counter is made.

Side Control
Rank C
A variant of Mount Postion, this requires one to be on either side of the opponnent with their chest pinning the target. Whichever side one ends up on though, they must slide one arm underneath the arm near their head and a knee underneath the other arm. If one doesn't accomplish this, an escape is highly possible.

Side Control Smash
Rank B
Requires Successful Takedown or Side Control
Moving to either side of one's target while they're down is a good way to get more leverage. It's also a good way to drive the point of a knee into a few ribs. Three knee slams from this position are executed with authority. Ki can be infused into this maneuver to increase the chances of breaking something... fragile.

Guard Position
Rank C
More than just a mere change of position, the guard is a position of opportunity! Sure it just involves wrapping one's legs around the torso of an opponent on top, but it offers control, leverage, and the setup for some nasty comebacks. Used for when one actually tries to get up top after a takedown.

Guard Break
Rank C
The fighter is on top... but still not dominant. Someone has their legs around their waist, and they're still in control of how and where the attacker moves. This is a matter of getting the legs out of the way so one can do what they do best. However this involves some struggle, and if the target is two levels higher than the fighter, it's not going to end well.

Back Control
Rank C
This is something that everyone wants, a position of total control. If a fighter locks this in, there's a massive struggle to escape from the opponent. Avoiding this position is great, but getting it is even better. It has the requirements of a mount, but getting them on their belly instead, hooking the legs onto the waist and the arms around the upper torso. All one has to do from there is either roll over or lean back until the target is sitting, and they have back control.

Get Off Me!
Rank C
Having someone on one's back is no fun, and a sure way to lose a fight. But... get at least one leg out of the way and keep the arms from locking around the upper torso, and one can effectively worm their way into a guard. This requires the attacker to be at the same level or lower to be successful. One level higher will result in a struggle, and two levels higher will result in failure... and a free hit.

Minus One Arm
Rank B
Requires Fists for Lunch
Any time during Fists for Lunch, this trick can be pulled out. It's called an arm bar, and it's the best way to take away a punch. While mounted, one takes control of either arm, turns their body so their legs end up over the chest area, and lays on their back, bringing the arm with them. With the elbow trapped between the legs, all that has to happen is a raise of the hips, and the arm essentially bends in a direction it's not supposed to.

G-Bar

Requires Guard Position
A different take on the arm bar, from the last place one would want to be... on their back. While on the ground and in Guard Position, one must grab an arm, pull it to their chest, turn so that one leg is over the back of the target's neck and the other is as close to the shoulder as possible, and from there it's just a tweak of the hips.

Minus One Leg

Requires Side Control
The arm bar... on a leg. This one's simpler than it sounds, actually. Same principle, different limb. From Side Control, all it takes is grabbing the leg on the side the fighter is facing, trapping the knee with one's own legs, and bending it in a direction it's not supposed to be bent in.

Sleep Tight!

Requires Back Control
If one is ever in a position where they end up behind their foe and they're on the ground, this is a nice, solid way to get things done. With one arm around their neck and the other hand pushing on the back of their head, it's a simple manner of squeezing the arms together and pulling the shoulders back. The best part is, they're not bruised, battered, or dead afterwards!

Triangle Choke
Rank B
Requires Guard Position
Just because someone's on their back, doesn't mean the fight's over. This move proves just how fatal underestimating an opponent can be, as one drags one of the opponent's arms down, puts the opposite leg over the back of their neck, and the other leg over the ankle. Given the proper angle, one can simply pull down on the target's head and essentially choke them with their own arm.

Arm Triangle
Rank B
So one is on their back, being beat to a bloody pulp and they need an offensive option. Just catch a fist, drag the arm down, put one arm underneath said arm and behind their head and use one's other arm to grab onto the target's head. Sound familiar? It should... because it's the Triangle using the arms instead of the legs, with the fighter in a bad position. If anything else, they'll never see it coming.

Crucifix

Requires Back Control
One of the style's iconic finishers, this technique is capable of applying up to six hundred pounds of pressure on the neck, causing significant damage if the opponent is unable to escape. Requires the opponent to be face down. Starting from a side mount... from behind... The fighter traps one arm between their legs and hooks under the other. There are only three steps from this point. Roll over, spread one's arms, and pull on the far side of the target's head.

Wing Chun Skills:
Shifting Punch
Rank: E
Description: The user rotates their shoulders to the side, useful when dodging an attack aimed at the center-line, and counters with a single swift punch to the opponent’s face or throat. Because they are striking the opponent while they are still trying to strike the user, the opponent has little chance of dodging this strike.

Straight Blast
Rank: D
Description: A simple chain-punch combination that can dish out a lot of damage very quickly. Once in close range the user first unleashes 3 or 4 chain-punches to the opponent's chin/throat before bringing closing with a powerful elbow. All the while to user moves forward with their punches to blast the opponent off balance and finally send them to the ground with the final blow.This technique can also be linked up well with a close ranged kicking maneuver immediately afterwards.

Lunge Punch
Rank: D
Description: A fast advancing move where the user lunges up to 15ft into an opponent's space and strikes them with a straight punch to the face, sending them tumbling back. Ki propels the user so fast that there appears to be 3 after images behind him, and if this is the only skill used in the post then the user can lunge into the opponent before they can counter (only against same or lower ranked opponents). Three post cool down.

Intense Friction

Description: While the user’s forearm is connected to their opponent the user vibrates the energy around their arm so quickly that it causes burns on direct skin-contact, giving your opponent something of an indian burn. It doesn’t cause any major or permanent damage, as its purpose is to either harass your opponent or create an opening for attack when they pull their arm away from the pain.

Palm Block Counter
Rank: D
Description: The user deflects a single punch or kick attack up to C-rank with a twist movement from their palm/forearm, while striking their opponent simultaneously with their other fist. Lasts two posts.

Snap Strike
Rank: D
Description: After blocking a punch with the corresponding arm the user snaps their wrist out to strike into their opponent’s body, thus blocking an attack and countering with a strike in the same motion.

Encircling Palm Strike
Rank: D
Description: After blocking a punch with the corresponding arm the user encircles their hand around the opponent’s arm, leading into a natural palm thrust to the opponent’s midsection. It has the same principle as the Snap Strike only the palm strike pushes the opponent away with the thrust.

Sticky Hands (Chi Sao)
Rank: C
Description: User places their hand/wrist/forearm against their opponent’s hand/wrist/forearm on the corresponding side. So long as the touch is maintained the user can deflect any attacks that try to come from the arm they are blocking. Ki is used to keep the user and opponent stuck together in this fashion so it can be difficult to break free.

Trapping Hands
Rank: C
Description: The user grabs the opponent’s arm just above the elbow and pins it against the opponent’s chest so the opponent’s arm extends out to its opposite side. This keeps the opponent from being able to strike at the user or advances towards him, as simple pushes on the arm/chest of the opponent knocks them off-balance and thus negates their attack. Also their other arm can’t get enough range to punch the user as the lock prevents them from turning their shoulders enough to reach. An excellent technique for stopping enraged opponents.

Intercepting Front Kick
Rank: E
Description: When an opponent tries to throw a round-kick or a variation of the sort that is C-rank or under, a quick front kick from the user strikes their exposed thigh and stops the strike before it can hit the user.

Front Heel Kick
Rank: D
Description: In most styles a kick is often used to hide a punch, but in this move it works the opposite way. The user blocks an attack with their arms while striking out with a front kick to the opponent’s mid-section roughly the same time. This kick is not used to push the opponent away or heavily damage them, but instead its power is used stun them for an instant and give the user a chance to strike back. If this move is combined with an attacking skill in the same post it is used, ignore the energy cost of this skill. 2 post cooldown.

Double Stomp
Rank: D
Description: The user strikes their foot out to give a quick stomp on the opponent’s kneecap. If the opponent has placed their weight on the target leg, then this stomp may break their leg. If the opponent tries to step back or retreat from the first stomp, done using the inside of the user’s foot, then the user can quickly stomp the opponent’s other kneecap with the outside of their foot to harass and push the opponent off balance.

Stomp Kick Combo
Rank: C
Description: The user strikes their foot out to give a quick stomp into the opponent’s kneecap using the inside of their foot. If the opponent has placed their weight on the target leg, then this stomp may break their leg. The user then turns their foot and strikes the opponent’s midsection with a side kick. This is an effective combo because once the stomp breaks the opponent’s balance the side kick will make them fall.

No Running!
Rank: C
Description: Most efficient when an opponent is charging the user, but can still be used regardless, the user hits the opponent’s midsection with a stunning front kick to stop their advance. Then while the opponent’s body is stunned the user can either trip-throw the opponent to the ground by pulling their striking leg back to sweep the opponent’s front leg, or they can stomp down on the opponent’s kneecap instead to push them off-balance. This technique can be made B-rank for B-rank cost instead of C-rank.

The user punches at the foe, and their Ki takes physical form, striking the foe in a ball shape, about 2 feet in front of the fist, or shorter if the foe is closer. This attack causes painful bruises

Lunar Basics: Low Thrust

The user stands sideways towards the target, and raises their back leg up so their knee is about at their waist, and performs a palm strike downwards with their front arm, causing their Ki to form into a spike like shape and thrust downwards as well, for about up to three feet and causes painful bruising on contact.

Lunar Basics: Stomp
E rank
The user stomps with one foot, and their Ki takes a material form, starting about at the user’s waist, and thrusts downwards to block a strike or hit the foe’s foot hard. The Ki can strike about 2 feet in front of the user. It causes bruises and can defend against basics strikes.

Lunar Basics: Rise
E rank
The user performs a rising knee strike, and a circle of Ki is created on the ground. The circle can be anywhere from right in front of the user to about 2 feet away. At the same time as the strike, a spike shoots up from the circle at a 60 degree angle, and causes painful bruises on contact.

Lunar Basics: Chop
E rank
The user performs a karate chop, and their Ki follows the path of their hand, but up to 2 feet out in front of them, and causes painful bruises on impact.

Lunar Gauntlets
D rank
The user covers their arms in Ki, allowing them to hit harder, and block much harder strikes. This attack can block a weapon or martial arts strike from somebody of the same rank. Lasts three posts.

Lunar Greaves
D rank
Like Lunar Gauntlets, except they are formed around your legs.

Clap
D rank
The user claps, and for a 50 foot radius, a shockwave of Ki spreads out, and the user is able to detect all organisms of roughly human size or larger using their Ki, but only for a split second. This can be used to scout out how many enemies are in a specific area, but not much more.

Disc shields
D rank
The user holds both their hands out, and two circles of Ki are formed in front of them, each 4 feet in diameter. The only last for that post, but they can block on D rank attack each, or one C rank attack together.

Lunar Hammerfist
D rank
The user balls one hand into a fist, and up to 5 feet away, and fist of Ki is created, about the size of a basketball, and a string of Ki attaches it to the fist. It can be swung around like a flail, and the fist feels like it’s made of stone, so getting hit with it hurts.

Illuminate
D rank
The user creates moonlight out of Ki in their palm. This can light up and area within a 10 foot radius, like a torch.

Encouragement
C rank
The user places there hand, glowing with sparkly moonlight, on an ally. For their next turn, the ally treats any skill the use as one rank lower in terms of Ki cost. Does not go lower than E rank. Does not work for A or higher rank skills.

Dance of the Moon
C rank
The user performs what looks like a quick martial arts chain of attacks. For the next two turns after the one used on this skill, the user performs like their speed and strength are a rank higher. If one other Lunar Dance user does this with the user, they both only pay D Ki cost. If three other users perform it with the user, they all pay E rank Ki cost.

Moon Slash
C rank
One of the most used attacks in the style. The user makes a sweeping motion with their hand across their body in an arc in front of them. A wave of Ki then follows the arc, and flies at the foe. If something is hit by this attack, there will be a nice, nasty gash in them. Can be fired with a scythe, in which case the arc is the length of a scythe slash, so it is much larger.

Moon Beam
C rank
The user holds out their palm, and fires a laser of Ki from it. It goes up to 15 feet, and leaves a very bad burn on anything it touches.

Lunar Healing
B rank
The user holds out there hand to a wound, and it glows with moonlight. Any wound up to a large gash or a third degree burn is healed like it never happened. This can only be done once a day in RP time. It also requires the moon to be out.

Lunar Blade
B rank
The user creates a katana out of their Ki that lasts for 3 turns. It is stronger than a steel sword, and can put dents in it.

Lunar Claymore
Requires Lunar Blade
B rank
The user creates a Claymore sword out of their Ki. When contact is made with a foe, the user can will the sword to explode, which causes in more damage. The explosion is small, and does not affect the user. But it is still very intense and can cause tthe foe to be thrown back sevral feet and in considerable pain. It is as strong as the Lunar Blade.

Reverse Moon Slash

Requires Moon Slash
The same as “moon slash” only stronger. The color is reversed, so that if normally the user has black Ki for the style, it is white, and vice versa. The Ki also has a shiny coat around it instead of sparkling. This attack can cut steel.

Reverse Moon Beam

Similar to Reverse Moon Slash, only for Moon beam. It can leave a hole in steel if it makes full contact.

Personality: Hunter is just as blank and emotionless as Emma, actually...he's more emotionless than Emma since he hardly has any feelings to spare for anything. Despite being almost robotic he becomes attached to others pretty easily, and he actually seems to have emotion when he's around his little sister. Not only is he more open around Emma he actually becomes a tad bit more friendly, but around other students he seems cruel, cold, and almost dead thanks to being robotic. He has an anything goes rule in battle and completes missions given to him without complaint unless it is a truly terrible mission, he has lower moral standing than Emma, but he still does have his morals. Hunter is sort of a push-over when it comes to Emma, she can ask him anything and he'll do anything for her unless it goes against Akasun's wishes. He respects the strong and despises the weak, since he himself is meant to train others.

╫Background Information╫

Hunter always attempted to protect his little sister, when they were younger she'd broken her arm at night in a back alley and he carried her all the way home, enduring the entire night...living in a back alley and going around at night was almost always fatal. Hunter normally went to fight in underground battles to make money for Emma, and to try to gain money to pay for medicine. During one of his last battles he broke a giant shard of metal off a car and sharpened it in to the shape of a greatsword, he used it to stab his opponent to death until their body was unrecognizable. Akasun was around to see his fighting style with his greatsword, later that night he was hunted down while taking Emma back to their makeshift home, by Akasun's men. He told her to run for it and fought them, he killed them somehow as he'd managed to become immune to the feeling of pain, a trick he wanted to show Emma, but in the end he wasn't able to get away. In exchange for killing Akasun's men Hunter was recruited and told he'd become not only a trainer for the students of Ludus, but he'd also be added to the ranks of shadowy assassins working for Akasun, and he had absolutely no probem with it. Now he's just waiting to be called on, at any given time he will be ready, no matter what the assignment is. He is known as a more active assassin, rather than hiding in the shadows he's normally seen hanging around the classes or the training room, even if a teacher is already there.

She was there to be a lawyer since she was good at Arguing. She got kicked out of college a year later because she beat up the dean's son for attempting to rape her best friend. She was seventeen now and a man found her and trained her to be well a daredevil. She loved the thrill of it all. She could fight for a living and not get sued for it. She did that till she was about twenty three. Then she got into a fight with the boss about scaming people. She broke his nose. Then Akasun's men found her and said they wanted her at Ludus. She tried to run but they caught her and brought her there. They injected her with the Stolen Sands Gene-X and she was a success. So they told her she would teach there once she trained. So the past three years she had been training under Akasun's eyes and well now She was told she could teach after a year.

Personality: Arrogant, self centered, blunt, and brutally honest, Hughes is an interesting individual. However, despite these characteristics, Hughes also has a strong sense of self justice and is what you call a war monger. Despite all of this, Hughes was gifted with a abnormally high intelligence only found in special individuals such as Stephen Hawking. As such, since he excels both physically and mentally, Hughes had developed a rather superioristic, and arrogant attitude, often calling himself one of the smartest and strongest people in history.

╫Background Information╫
Originally born into a rough neighbourhood and a family that couldn't take care of him, Hughes was forced to survive on his own, using his superior wit and talent to plow through any challenge that came before him. Though early on his life, he used to be bulled due to the fact that he was born a dwarf, and his size made it to where he could easily be exploited. However, he began to develop an affinity with close ranged weapons, he had a particular fascination with wielding weapons often bigger than him so he began to develop muscles that would ultimately help him out with his style of fighting. Some say he was overcompensating for his size, but nonetheless, Hughes became a forced to be feared.

In the background however, Hughes excelled at all his classes in school. Eventually, he moved out of his neighbourhood and went to go study at some of the most prestigious universities the world had to offer. There he got his Doctorates degree in Chemistry, Genealogy, Physiology, and Biology, and went on to work for some of the most prestigious companies in the world, becoming very rich, very fast. Yet through all of this, Hughes learned for the call of battle, so often he would act as a vigilante, wiping out gangs, and other criminal activity to sate his battle lust. To Hughes, it was a enjoyable hobby.

This pattern of living continued throughout his life until he was contacted by Mr. Akasun to help create the Gene-X formula. Seeing a new challenge on the horizon, Hughes readily accepted and was heavily involved in its creation....becoming one of the first test subjects of the Gene. Because of this, Hughes had developed a very rare, and very particular strain of the Gene...however he barely uses it, and only a few people know what his power actually is. Things however started to settle down as they started using students to test the Gene-X, so with his job done, Hughes stayed on the island as the Weapons Shop owner, to observe the students and the effects the Gene-X had on them, often reporting any weird anomalies the Gene-X had on the students straight to Mr. Akasun himself.

Personality: Danielle is very shy compared to the other teachers of this school, but it's not out of any fault of her's. Danielle was raised to be reserved and mature in her actions, this makes her appear as if she doesn't want to speak to people, which is sort of the reason why she's always healed students without saying much. She's very concerned with the safety of the students and doesn't want any of them to die on her watch, the previous nurses had allowed too many deaths so Danielle took their places, from this action it is obvious to see she has a very light heart and a protective, almost motherly nature to her. Danielle is very polite, even to enemies, and can show manners to everyone...even if she's killed them. Danielle is lady-like unlike the other females of the island and stresses the importance of many simple things to other females for their own good...even if they don't want to hear it, which is another part of her motherly nature.

Danielle was born in to a wealthy family and never had to worry about anything in her life...ever. One day in her perfect little world her father died thanks to heart failure. The doctor had told Danielle that they had done what they could, but she didn't believe that...she couldn't believe that they tried because they failed, doctors were supposed to be able to cure everything so why couldn't they help her father? She dedicated her life to helping people from that point, becoming the head of her class, she was a prodigy and learned how to cure or fix everything...she had brought people back to life that were assumed to be long-gone, but she didn't have the tools she needed to advanced her works and research. Being invited to Ludus was a great day for Danielle, she had a chance to advance her craft beyond normal standards, but when she was injected with a strain of Gene-X she discovered that she gained the power of fire. It frightened her at first, but she learned that the power to save was also the power to destroy, so in effect the power to destroy could be the power to create, and to create was to save. This way of thinking is what made her decide to remain as the school's only possible way of aiding the fighters, along with a few other braniacs Danielle was their only chance for survival. Now for the time being Danielle is learning how to save others, defend herself, and burn the rest...despite not having the emotional explosiveness like every other Hell's Grasp user Danielle's collected nature weakened her at first, but she's honed her flames to burn hotter than ever.

It was discovered early on that because of her ability to overcome her weakness caused by the Gene-X she became one of the Nine Dragons, while she wasn't at the top of the list she did prove her worth. Danielle took on the title of "The Angel" for herself, not out of any accomplishment, but due to the contrast between her and the others. One of the reasons she was known as The Angel was due to her way of healing all of those she'd run across. Not only did she have the ability to heal, but she used her ability of burning to cleanse, her medical equipment was normally super-heated before she used it since it was the best form of sterilization she could think of. Danielle had a gentle heart and touch, almost heavenly, but as any true fighter she had her counterparts. The first one was referred to as "The Beast", while Danielle didn't have any real problems with with him, but she couldn't stay around him for too long...she preferred solitude over being around most of the Nine Dragons anyway. "The Assassin" was somebody that frightened her to no end, she's never fought him and he's never taken any blood from her considering she only has one rule for him, don't touch.He was her anti-thesis however, she bettered herself by making him her rival. Danielle was interested in "The Muse" for a short while, but never acted thanks to her reserved ways, out of all of the Nine, he was her second favorite and one of her best friends. She saw Gunner as more of a naive little brother thanks to his smoking habits, but the more she tried to keep him from doing it because of the damage it did to the body, the more he ignored her and did it anyway.

One of the Nine was Danielle's roommate and partner in combat, the title she went by was "The Sentry", and at first Danielle didn't know how she felt about her. Their personalities almost like mirrors, so at first Danielle couldn't stand her partner, but...there was a secret admiration for her. Danielle looked up to her partner and respected the way she acted, Danielle secretly saw her partner more as a sister even though there was some obvious tension on the surface at times. Danielle and her partner mixed almost too well, Danielle was able to stay at a far range and play a support role in combat while her partner was able to protect her from injury, the mixing styles of defensive and supportive left few openings, and even now it is doubtful the two have drifted apart too much, not even a fraction if that's possible. If Danielle had a chance to visit her friend again she would do so, but as the nurse she cannot leave and can only find ways to send messages to make contact. It was partly because of her partner that she was able to grow up the way she did, originally Danielle was trapped in childish or overly hopeful ways, but she gained some maturity from her time. Now Danielle is older than she was back then...she's reached her full maturity and her set occupation while still at Ludus. While the past is gone now she won't forget, it's her job to help nuture Akasun's students until they reach the height of power that they all were once at.
