This is the Lobby of the Teen Titan's Tower.
Here is the main public entrance and visitors center, where the people may visit with or meet with various members of the teen titans.

Sara entered the tower pulling all of her stuff into the tower while holding a sealed envolpe.

The constant demands that sounded throughout the Tower began burden Carol with small amounts of stress. She obeyed the announcements, taking the elevator down to the main floor. She looked about, wondering what all the fuss was about, until her eyes met a familiar set of silvery-colored hair..
"Sara!?" Carol threw her book onto the nearest piece of furniture and ran up to the young girl, shocked at her sudden appearance at the Tower, yet happy at the same time.

Sara herd her name an turned around and addressed Carol. "Yes Mother, (Sara call Carol that ever since Carol became her legal guardian) its me. " Sara said with a bit excitement and fear in her voice.

Carol dropped down to her knees to hug Sara, a beaming smile engulfing her face. "Ohh I can't believe it's you" she separated herself from the young girl, her hands still around her shoulders, quickly looking her over. "You've grown, soon you'll be as tall as you're old mama Carol" she stated, laughing. She noticed the uncomfortable, almost fearful tone in the young girl's voice, and she tried her best to soothe her. But a few questions still came to her mind.
"What're you doing here anyway, isn't it mid-semester at your boarding school? What happened?" she asked, sitting down on the floor.

"Here this should explain everything." Sara said as she handed Carol the sealed envolpe tat contained a letter reading:

Dear Guardian of Sara,
I'm sadden to inform you that Sara has been expelled form the Cross All Girls Boarding Acadamy. Cause during the night some how she blew up the entire exterior wall on the east wing. Forcing us to send all students home till we can repair it. We also hap our physocalogist talk with Sara, and she claims she had a Mightmare and was asleep when the wall was blown up. We have put a copy of the security camera showing Sara sleep walking and blowing up the wall.

"Sara you blew up a WALL?!" she exclaimed, raising her voice just under the point of yelling. She dropped the hand holding the letter onto her lap, looking at Sara with a face that could have read 'what's wrong with you?'
Her mood quickly changed at the sight of her 'daughter', standing at the entrance of the Teen Titan Tower. She calmed almost immediately, her shoulders falling as she exhaled. She always had the suspicion that Sara had powers of her own; that meeting her and taking her in wasn't mere coincidence. She only hoped for a brighter, less dangerous future for her. But now, here she was, not barely even a teen yet, entering the very same place Carol had when the world refused to take her in.
She looked at Sara with a sentimental eyes.
Then looekd back down at the page.
"Who the hell is this Dean Walkens, telling me that my Sara isn't welcome in his school! You know what, I'm glad you blew that wall up, that man deserved it!" She released her fury on this Dean Walkens, thinking up an image of an ignorant, 'hero'-phobic man in a business suit with a stupid haircut. She shoved the letter back into its envelope and slid it in the waistline of her skirt.
"It's okay, Sara, it's not your fault. But we should probably find you a new school.."

"yes mam." Sara said with a bit of relief in her voice, cause she thought that when Carol read why she was there at the teen titan tower, she feared Carol go more blistic than what she did. "Mother can i just stay here or do i really have to go to another school?"

Carol looked back at Sara when she said this.
She hadn't been to school herself-- her 'parents' did the best they could to home school her. However, she knew a proper school and education were the key steps to a brighter future for any young being; and she wasn't going to give that idea up any time soon.
When Carol's guardians passed, she had been left on her own in the world; doing her best to keep away from scientists' grasps, other evils, and to stay alive. Most of the world today was still not the best place for lone 'mutants'; Carol herself was well aware fo this. Schools were tricky to find for people like Sara.
"I suppose you can stay with us here.. but until I can find you the right school, okay Sara?"
She had a feeling word had spread about Sara's incident at the all-girls boarding school, and this would make her task much more difficult. She feared there may not be a school willing to take her.
"You should meet the others!" Carol said, getting up, her mood changing to a more happier one. She looked about, remembering last seeing Sphyria fly off into the Tower through a window, leaving Astrol at the medical room, and Jane at the pool. Hm.. She re-thought her suggestion, wondering if Sara might be too exhausted to begin searching the Tower for everyone. It would give her the chance to provide a tour for Sara; but perhaps the silver-haired girl wasn't interested in it at the moment.
"Actually.. what would you like to do, Sara?"

"Thank you." Sara said as she quickly hugged Carol. "Where do you get something to eat? The last time I ate was early thismorning at seven." Sara asked.

She was thankful that Sara had brought up wanting to eat; in fact, Carol had missed her breakfast alltogether and was very much hungry herself.
"Off to the kitchen!" she said enthusiastically, taking Sara's hand. She proceeded to walk her across the main atrium to the elevator.
Once assembled in the elevator, Carol spoke "Three", and the doors closed. The third floor was where the kitchen was located, or so she remembered.
"So how was the school overall? Did you make any friends?" she asked, breaking the custom silence people normally had in elevators. She hadn't seen her Sara in a long time, and was determined to learn what she had gone through; whether it be good or bad.

"I met a few people thou most of them din't want anything to do with me. I din't like most of the School's policy they were so strict, the only time i really had fun was on the weekends where i didn't have to wear uniforms and i was able go off the school grounds." Sara said as she began to excited at the chance of talking with her Mother.

Chase entered the tall tower through the main entrance, holding a small envelope. "Anyone here? I was given an invite to meet and possibly join the Teen Titans..." Chase looked around curiously at all the decoration and whatnot around the lobby. There was a bustling amount of people here, too, just wanting to meet the Teen Titans.
