The sub-styles in regards to weapons. Most don't have stages so they can be mastered in just one level, but B-rank skills cannot be learned until your character is at least level 4. A-rank and S-rank skills cannot be learned until level 5.

Staff Before bladed weapons came into play, staffs were the ultimate form of weaponry. You can easily attack and defend at the same time, fight off multiple enemies, and duel in close to mid-range. Wielding a staff properly takes time though, while utilizing it takes even longer. Staff masters have been known to also power their moves with energy, causing for an even deadlier skill. Can be used with Bo, Spear, long metal pipes, and other staff-like weapons.
Stage 1 This stage could require assistance, but the core principle is using the wide range of the staff to increase the student's ability to block and avoid projectiles. For this reason, projectiles of some time are shot/thrown at the student and the user trains their staff mastery by learning to block and dodge these projectiles using their staff weapon.
Staff Spin Rank: D Description: The user will spin their staff in a circular motion, able to block projectiles, and weapons with ease. The user can use one hand or two hands for this.
Pole Thrust Rank D Description: The user will thrust their staff into the chest of the opponent. Depending on the strength used, the opponent can be knocked back. This creates a little wind as a side effect.
Pole Vault Rank: D Description: The user will use their staff as a fulcrum, launching themselves out of harms way, or opening for another attack.
Staff Slam Rank C Description: The user will jump up in the air and flip their body forward. Using the momentum of the spin for added power, the user will swing their staff down unto their opponent. If used properly, the user can literally break bones.
Stage 2 This stage teaches the student the power and versatility of the staff in actual combat. Training is done simply by forcing the student into a basic fighting scenarios, and is best learned in the training room where multiple nameless enemies can be simulated. Whether the enemies be real of simulated the student must use their staff, and only their staff, to defend themselves, pushing them to get creative and utilize their staff more as a weapon.
Staff Sweep Rank: D Description: The user will sweep their staff in hopes to knock the enemy off their feet, usually bruising the opponents legs and ankles in the process.
Staff Parry Rank C Description: The user must first be attacked in order for this to work properly. The user will extend their pole, rather than block, and make contact with the opponent's weapon. They will then spin the staff, which will knock the opponent's weapon out of their hand. In order to make things fair, the user must roll a six sided dice when performing this technique:
If oponnent and user have same level: 1-3 disarm, 4-6 block If opponent is higher level: 1 disarm, 2-5 block, 6 ineffective If opponent is of lower level: 1-5 disarm, 6 block
Staff Uppercut Rank: C Description: The user will swing their staff upwards, striking the opponent usually under the chin. This can have obvious amounts of damage, as well as cause some head trauma and put them into the air.
Striking Retreat Rank: C Description: The user quickly retreats backwards while still in their stance, and slam or sweep the feet of their enemies that try to rush in after them. Lasts 2 posts.
Stage 3 After the student has learned the basics of defending against opponents and multiple attackers its finally time for them to master attacking with their staff. This stage focuses on offense and the user is meant to train against moving targets thrown or shot at them. In addition to that the student must train with a weighted, heavy staff (can be found in the supply closet on the Track and Field school area), which improves the students strength while forcing them to rely on careful footing to maneuver around until they can land a proper strike.
Rising Monkey Rank: D Description: User plants their staff vertically into the ground while lifting themselves up to the highest point. There they quickly swing around twice to deliver damaging kicks to the head/body of a standing or airborne opponent. This technique is dangerous to use on its own since the only thing separating the student from the ground is the pole, so its better used in combo attacks where the opponent has been stunned or lifted off of the ground. This skill can be performed in combo with Staff Uppercut for no Ki cost.
Roundhouse Bo Rank: C Description: The user steps around an opponent to their side to deliver a heavy horizontal blow with their staff. If used to step around a charging forward attack this attack can instead strike at an opponent's back. The power from this strike lifts an opponent off their feet and sends them away, so it can be used to hit an enemy and send them sprawling into their buddies.
Monkey's Shadow Rank: C Description: An upgrade skill to the Staff Sweep, where the user attacks with a powerful horizontal sweep to the opponent's legs. Then they continue to swing the staff around in a very fast and wide circular motion from a crouched position, hopping over the staff like a monkey when it comes around them. This attack can thus continues to strike at an opponent after they've fallen which can cause a great deal of damage, but it also creates a circle around the user that other opponents cannot walk into without getting swept, making it most effective against multiple attackers. Can last 2 posts.
Vicious Curve Rank: B Description: The user delivers a powerful horizontal strike first to the chest to knock away an opponent's weapon or defense, and then quickly attacks with a returning sweep which can curve either up to strike at the head or down to sweep the legs. Because the second strike comes so quickly, the curve is often difficult to read so the opponent cannot predict whether the strike will curve upwards or downwards.
Rising Spring Rank: B Description: User grabs the end of their staff and swings it upwards over their head while rotating to the other side afterwards to keep up a perpetual spin that can uppercut an opponent and juggle them in the air for great internal damage.
Stage 4 Now that the student is fluent in using the staff they can begin infusing Ki into their staff attacks to deal greater damage and force. Training is done by setting the student and their weapon up against large boulders, with the philosophy that in a master's hands even wood can shatter stone. The student practices using their Ki through their weapon to crack and eventually shatter the boulders.
Power Slam Rank: C Description: After charging ki into their staff, the user will slam the tip of it unto the ground. This causes pure energy to shoot in a low wave around the user stretching out ten meters. The ki has so much force that if the opponent is within one meter of the user, it is possible to break bone. 5-post cool-down. Power Thrust Rank C Description: The user will charge energy to their staff, and then thrust it forward, shooting out a blast of ki in a straight line from the tip of their staff. It will hit the opponent with blunt force.
Muscle Stimulant Rank B Description: The user will stimulate their muscles with their ki, causing them to become very loose and making the user able to thrust or slash extremely fast or in rapid succesion. Hence they become one level stronger and faster. The user can hold this move for 4 posts before their muscles cramp. A 5 post cool down time is necessary. This skill, along with any other augmentation can only be used three times in a single battle before they cause permanent damage unto the muscles.
Berserk: Fire Wheel Rank: B Description: The user powers Ki through their arms to spin the staff with both of their hands so quickly that it creates friction in the air. The Ki then ignites this friction to create a wheel of flame around the ends of the staff, which the user can then send at a target. It has enough power to blast through most other projectiles, and its 6ft length make it difficult to dodge. The user can shoot the fire wheel either vertically or horizontally, though vertically is the typical method.
Berserk: Energy Slashes Rank: A Description: The users muscles will relax and become loose, providing easier fluid movements. Energy will be stored inside their staff, and they will release the power held within. They will continuously slash at their opponent, shooting blasts of ki in the process. The blasts are similar to slices of a blade, with incredible cutting power. The user can hold this move for 4 posts before they wear out and 10 Post cool down is necessary.
Stage 5 The student now becomes a master and adapts techniques that seem almost humanly impossible. Training is done braving the Forbidden Jungle and defending themselves against the extremes of what the beast world has to throw at them. In doing so they will take some of that primal experience back with them, and learn when and what is necessary to kill with the staff.
Pressing Legion Rank: A Description: The user focuses their Ki into their staff and deliver a barrage of sharp and lightning quick pokes to an enemy to push them back from a distance. The pokes come out so quickly that it appears that there are dozens staffs attacking the opponent instead of one, making getting around the attack very difficult once in its sights. This attack isn't very damaging on its own unless the opponent charges into it, but it is very useful for pushing an opponent back, keeping them away, and possibly pushing them into a position more advantageous for the user...like off a cliff. 3 post cool down. No other skills can be used by the user during the post of this attack.
Berserk: Killing Counter Rank: S Description: The user must first charge ki into their staff, giving it a short and sharp point made of pure energy. They must then be attacked, and they shall counter the opponent. If done correctly, the user will thrust their pole towards the opponent. While usually hitting with blunt force, the energy point will dig into the opponent, and then the user will unleash the ki they have stored directly into the opponent. This move has been known to explode people. The user must not use any other ki powered attack after this move for 6 posts, else their very own bodies will exploded from the inside out.
Primal Combo Rank: S Description: In a burst of fury the user uppercuts an opponent into the air follows them simultaneously with a barrage of vertical kicks that further stun, damage, and lift the opponent even higher. Then the user ends the combo with a more powerful version of the Staff Slam to blast their opponent down into the ground for a very potent knockout.

Katana A curved, slender, single edged blade, circular or squared guard, and long grip to accommodate two hands. It has historically been associated with the samurai of feudal Japan, and has become renowned for its sharpness and cutting ability. The blade is approximately 73 centimeters, it is a blade that is not used for strength, but fluidity of motion and speed. The katana facilitated this by being worn thrust through a belt with the edge of the blade facing up, which allowed the samurai to draw and cut their enemy in a single motion.
If mishandled in its storage or maintenance, the katana may become irreparably damaged. The blade should be stored in its sheath, curve down and edge facing upward to maintain the edge. It is extremely important that the blade remain well-oiled, powdered and polished, as the natural moisture residue from the hands of the user will rapidly cause the blade to rust if not cleaned off. The traditional oil used is choji oil [99% mineral oil and 1% clove oil for fragrance]. Similarly, when stored for longer periods, it is important that the katana be inspected frequently and aired out if necessary in order to prevent rust or mold from forming.
Stage 1 Iaidō (居合道?) is a Japanese martial art associated with the smooth, controlled movements of drawing the sword from its scabbard, striking or cutting an opponent, removing blood from the blade, and then replacing the sword in the scabbard. While new students of iaidō may start learning with a wooden sword (bokken) depending on the teaching style of a particular instructor, many of those who study iaidō use an unsharpened swo. Patterned after Iaido, the stance begins with you holding the katana in its saya on either side one hand should hold the saya while the other ready to grip the actual katana. Training for the stage includes attacking from this stance against a single target or opponent.
Alas Rank: D Description: This combination of moves is quick not powerful and may easily be underestimated because of its rank. Step forward and swing the katana while still in its saya (Scabbard) at the enemy's side with your left hand. Being blunt it would feel like a quick punch. Quickly bringing the sword back to your waist, use the other hand to grip the katana and unsheathe the blade, striking at the opponent.
Sleeves Rank: D Description: A quick double slash attack that will leave your opponent surprised on what happened. As soon as the opponent is within range unsheathe the sword slashing horizontally its held in a reversed grip. as soon as that is done forcefully sheath it cutting into the target a second time. A good way to do this is to jump towards the target or step forward.
Lighter Rank: C Description: A quick and devastating two slash attack its primary objective is to slice through the target. Step towards the enemy and unsheathe the sword quickly upwards making sure you unsheathe it holding it in the regular grip. This will serve as your slash. The trick to its power is you make sure that even before half of your sword is unsheathed the bladed edge already makes contact making it that as you unsheathe they get cut. Once you slash upward as high as you can you may choose either of the following. The first one is to push upward as the slash ends to send the enemy a few feet up the second is to turn the blade rapidly to slash downwards then calmly sheath the sword again.
Blind Side Rank: C Description: A counter attack from an attack from behind. As soon as you notice they are attacking from behind unsheathe sword while turning to face them making sure you step back, utilize your turning and unsheathing to create a slash across their waist. Jump then towards the enemy holding the katana with both hands as you slash downwards.
Dual Trap Rank: C Description: In case you are attacked from both behind and from the front its best to use this. Step back and thrust the bottom of the sheathed sword into the gut of your opponent from behind. Then unsheathe the blade from this point and step forward, slashing through the opponent attacking from the front. In the same fluid motion, the user will spin their body, their blade up high from the first slash. Spinning the body, the user will slash downwards at the enemy behind them, who is still recovering from the first strike.
Stage 2 Training for the student becomes more intense now that they've learned the basics of swordplay involving the katana. Now they master unsheathing their sword at quicker speeds for more advanced techniques. To learn these skills the student must first train by striking a cherry blossom tree (found in the campus park), from which they must practice slicing every blossom in half that falls off that tree before they touch the ground.
Ashes Rank: C Description: Unsheathe the blade slashing diagonally upwards and allow the momentum of this slash to flow and spin you. Quickly hold the sword with both hands and as you are about to complete the spin swing the weapon into the waist of your target by chopping diagonally downwards. End by pushing the weapon in then out of the enemy before sheathing it.
Erase Rank: C Description: Unsheathe the sword as you somersault over the target remember that you twist yourself causing you to spin as you somersault. You land behind the enemy as you chop down with the weapon then sheath it. You may slash or block as you spin in the air.
Battoujutsu (Instant Sword Draw) Rank: C Description: To use this technique the user must place the right leg in front of the left leg to avoid cutting your own leg. This is an instant draw technique, ussually used for countering, since the user does not move from his spot. In a stance form and waiting for an opponent with the correct timing, a powerful swing with the twist of waist. This technique is extremely lethal and difficult to dodge unless the opponent has great reaction skills.
Edges Rank: C Description: An aggressive attack contrast to how this style looks cool an collected. Start off by unsheathing it in a way that you would slash towards the target in front, horizontal diagonal or vertical slash is fine. Quickly follow that by stepping forward holding the katana with both hands and thrust it into the enemy. Spin to face behind you and actually yank the sword out of the enemy making the wound larger. Continue the spin till you make full circle remembering to slash at the enemy again. Quickly then sheath the sword.
Stage 3 By now the student is ready to undertake the training and skills necessary to become a samurai legend. This legend of katana master revolves around principles of utilizing godlike speed, or shinsoku, and precision to deal powerful blows that usually bring down foes with one shot. Combining those two elements with the speed and the precision allows the swordsman to subdue opponents before they even act. Such principles can only be learned through sword combat with other combatants, so the student must train against other swordsmen to become experienced enough to learn these techniques.
Dragon Wind Up Flash Rank: C Description: A technique used once one has gotten beside an opponent, it involves a very powerful swing with the twist of your whole body, inflicting a direct blow under the skull.
Ground Dragon Flash Rank: C Description: A technique where it strikes the ground and with the force of the strike, the ground will explode towards the opponent.
Dragon Double Flash Rank: C Description: This involves multiple slashes to its opponent, without giving the opponent the chance for a counter attack. It is effective in dealing with those who will not get knocked out with one move.
Dragon Mallot Flash Rank: B Description: This move is like a Dragon diving into its opponent from the sky and hammering down with a vertical slash by using its weight.
Dragon Wind Up Flash Hair-spin Rank: B Description: this is another variety of the Dragon Wind Up Flash. It begins by dashing into an opponent in mid air and at a tremendous speed. After getting into position beside your opponent, a Dragon Wind Up Flash will be performed. The damage is more powerful than the Dragon Wind Up Flash, due to its speed. However, landing poses a problem due to its speed and not only that, even though it is a B ranked skill, its force is C ranked.
Dragon Rising Flash Rank: B Description: This move is like a dragon that lifts up into the air with the blade of the sword attacking its opponent's vital points with the force of its jump. It is the perfect counter attack against opponents attacking from above, or even when crouching down.
Stage 4 As the student processes closer to becoming a master they must undertake the responsibilities of using their sword. By the time a student masters this level they will be able to wield sharp weapons which makes these attacks even more lethal. As such, the student must be prepared to kill an opponent with these techniques if necessary. For training the student must meditate and read for several hours on the philosophy of killing and what it means to take another's life. Then the student must practice unsheathing and wielding their weapon with all forms of their hand: left hand only, right hand only, and two-handed attacks. Swath Rank: B Description: A quick devastating flurry of strikes best used when trying to advance towards a defended main target. Rush towards the enemy and as they get in range unsheathe it with a slash, keep one hand on the saya. For example you held the sword with the right hand your slash to the right should be in the normal grip and as you reach the limit of how wide you can slash reverse your grip and swing back. For the final slash, after the 4 charging slashes, make sure that on the 4th slash you sheath the sword then jump towards the target unsheathing the sword rapidly. End by slowly sheathing the sword only when the sword is sheathed will the enemy or enemies feel their wounds. (so if you managed to cut them in half only when you sheath the katana will they fall apart)
Blossom Rank: A Description: A possibly devastating set of attacks do only use it if you are meaning to kill. Unsheathe your weapon in a slashing motion then hold it over your head before chopping it down. At the end of the chop hold it at an angle making the tip point down diagonally then swing it over your head to slash diagonally. Allow the momentum to partially spin you making your side face the enemy then thrust the tip of the weapon into their side push them off of your weapon using the saya then sheath the blade.
Scatter Rank: A Description: A full on combat move its just as graceful as the other attacks. Unsheath and chop down on the enemy remembering to use both hands. As you end that chop slash upwards then spin yourself as you slash it back down diagonally increasing its power. Raise the katana over your head making sure it points down then slash downward as a final blow before sheathing.
Flying Dragon Flash Rank: A Description: This move may be accomplished using the left hand only. As you twist your body around in the air while launching yourself at the opponent, the sword is sprung from the sheath with the left hand coupled with the centrifugal force, so the key here is to aim the hilt of the sword at your opponent's weak point, like between the eyes in order for the slash to connect.
Paired Dragon Flash Rank: A Description: This is one of the variaties of Battoujutsu. Paired Dragon Flash contains double attack with the sword and the sheath. It is best used when the sword is blocked then without moment of waste, the second Battou-Jutsu using the sheath will strike the opponent, quite a bone breaker.
Stage 5 Here the student surpasses legend and ascends to the position of a most powerful sword-master. They are now worthy of learning the secret arts and forbidden strikes, sworn by honor to be used only against the most devious and challenging of enemies. It is considered a great honor just to behold one of these ultimate techniques. For training the master must stress their body to its limits, through both physical and mental exercises under the most grueling of conditions in order to gain the sheer speed and accuracy needed to learn these techniques without losing a limb in the process. Previous masters recommend meditation under a waterfall, engaging in a sword battle with an already learned master, or cutting training targets into pieces before they can even hit the ground, moving so fast that one can hardly tell that you'd made more than one strike.
Hell Freezer Rank: S Description: Start off by suddenly unsheathing the weapon in a wide slash and kneel. Afterward twist your arm so you may slash down on the target and then slash upward while rising then spin. While spinning slash one way and at the end of the spin slash the opposite direction. Swing the sheath at their feet to trip them. Turn your back on the target and sheath the sword then suddenly unsheathe it to cut the target in half. Hold your sheath behind your back and spin the sword before sheathing it the last time
Judgment Cut Rank: S Description: An almost magical attack its nearly impossible to avoid. Start off by preparing to run and lean forward. You charge your energy at your sword to sharpen and to make it move faster through the air. Suddenly run towards your enemy unsheathing the blade and then as you pass him sheath it. If this hit your enemy would fall apart in half. Since its easily mistaken for a regular slash most people will fail to see how powerful the slash and usually would try to stop it with a shield but you will easily cut through that as well.
9 Headed Dragon Flash Rank: S Description: This is a move that was taught before the succession technique. It is to wield the sword nine times from nine different directions at once and strike all nine vital points instantly: Kara Take: Head Kesa Giri: Left Shoulder Saka Gesa: Right Shoulder Shita Ina: Left Wrist Migi Nari: Right Wrist Hidaki Kiriagi: Left Waist Migi Kiriagi: Right Waist Saka Kaze: Between the Legs Tsuki: Chest Because of that, it is nearly impossible to dodge or to defend against every sword strike, since at least one strike is bound to hit, especially if defending with a single weapon. According to experts, since this move is nearly impossible to be avoided or blocked, the only way to break it is by making one's move before one's opponent uses the 9 Headed Dragon Flash, i.e. by using a Battoujutsu which surpasses the "God-like Speed". Unfortunately though, there are other criteria for this skill to be performed. For starters, the fighter using this skill must be using it in the heat of a battle, and this skill is only available to them seven posts into the battle. Not only that, the user must remain completely still for one post for they must take their stance and clear their mind, becoming completely focused. This is the technique used to teach the Final Technique.
Heaven's Soaring Dragon Flash Rank: SS Requires: Level 6 Description: The succession technique. The secret of the Heaven's Soaring Dragon Flash is revealed. Normally, when using the Battou-Jutsu, the right leg is placed in front of the left leg so to avoid cutting your own leg (since the sword is at the left side). However, at the very last moment of attack, the user places his LEFT leg in front of his RIGHT leg before drawing his sword, thus bringing the speed and might of the sword to its very maximum. At that very moment, he must calculate the MOMENT of attack and how to twist his body properly in order not to cut himself. To do this, he must possess a strong desire to live. It is the fastest swordskill known to man, dodging this technique is nearly impossible. In addition, if the initial strike is avoided or blocked, the force of the unusually fast slashing motion displaces the air around it, generating a vacuum in its wake and sucking the opponent in; as this happens, the body is spun around for a second strike, with the previous action adding force and momentum to the swing, making the subsequent strike far stronger. This technique takes a heavy toll on the body since it was designed for someone with a wide-framed muscular build. Meaning that if this does not apply, then the practioner can only perform this technique once a day (RP day)...if performed twice, the user will no longer be able to move for several days in real life.

Kodachi A kodachi (小太刀 or こだち?), literally translating into "small or short tachi (sword)", is a Japanese sword that is too short to be considered a long sword but too long to be a dagger. Since this sword was only about 59 cm in length, it did not exceed the blade length limits of non-samurai during the Edo period and could be worn by merchants. Eventually, it became the main weapon of Assassins and Ninjas, since the blade was so easy to not only carry but to conceal. The perfect blade for stealth kills, because the blade is shorter than other blades, the movement of this blade is a bit faster than someone using say a katana or any other long blade.
Stage 1 This style is very much favored by ninjas who use them in pairs. The stance is simple but you first have to wear the Kodachi or ninjato the right way. The left hand one should be sheathed horizontally along your waist and you pull it out in a reversed grip while the second one is sheathed over your shoulder held in the regular grip. The stance is when you keep the blades sheathed. Training is pretty simple for this stage, as the student is only learning the basics. Practice the stance and striking with both weapons. Focus on fast and quick attacks. Also, sharp pins placed under the students' heels will keep them light on their toes during their training.
Reaper Rank: D Description: A fairly simple attack made as a quick counter attack. You dash towards your target and quickly duck or simply duck under an attack. Spin as you duck and also unsheathe both weapons. Extend the left hand one slightly to stab into the leg of your enemy as you spin and then as you are about to make a full spin diagonally slash with the right hand weapon and pull out the left hand one. Either attack some more or sheath the two blades and re enter the stance.
Duality Rank: D Description: Either an attack or a block when used properly it will be trouble. The movement is simple step forward while unsheathing both weapons in a slashing manner horizontally just above each other. This is not a powerful slash but more of a quick one. If you catch your opponent slashing downward or upward you may use this to try and lock their weapon with your own.
Falling Star Rank: D Description: This is hard to preform if you are wearing heavy armor unless you are from a high place. You either fall from a high place or jump up high and fall down. Land near the enemy and as you do absorb the impact of landing by bending down as you touch the ground and stay in that crouched position. Unsheathe both of the weapons slashing across the enemy's legs as you do. This must be done quickly to avoid a counter attack.
Stage 2 The student becomes more adept in this stage as they master the basics and practice more lethal attacks with their kodachi blades. Now they must be made to see the kodachi as a single weapon, not two separate blades. As such, for training the student must tie a string to both handles, not longer than two feet, and practice with them. This way when one blade moves, so does the other. Also a bit of flexibility is needed for these skills, so the student must train their body as well as their weapon style to use the kodachi during flips, somersaults, and the like.
Shadow Blast Rank: C Description: The user first slashes twice at the opponents throat with one kodachi and then simultaneously stabs low repeatedly into their stomach with the second kodachi. The second kodachi attack is the most lethal as it comes in low under the shadow of the first kodachi which naturally captures their attention with its high strokes at head-level.
Shadow-Light Cross Rank: C Description: The user crosses the two kodachi and moves them outwards in a scissor-like cut. This leads to causing a deep and shallow wound on the opponent and if not treated properly can lead to immense blood loss.
Dusk to Dawn Strike Rank: C Description: The user throws both kodachi at the opponent, hitting the end of the first one with the second one for an extra boost of speed. The second kodachi is hidden directly behind the first. So the opponent would only see one kodachi heading for them in their line of sight.
Yin-Yang Cross Rank: C Description: The user blocks an enemies striking weapon with one kodachi, then strikes the weapon with the second Kodachi. Disarming the opponent, the user takes the first kodachi and thrusts it inside his opponent.
Stage 3 The next step of mastering the kodachi is to use them in combination with the body. This is where the student starts to master utilizing flexibility and kicks along with their increasingly deadly kodachi attacks. Training for the stage is done by having the student memorize a series of 'dances' or katas that will prepare them for the flips and movements they will use later. Flexibility and height is also key so the student must train for those as well.
Secret Possession Rank: C Description: It takes some flexibility to preform and a lot of skill. Start of by rushing towards the enemy and make an upward slash with the Left hand Kodachi. As you slash upwards backflip to kick the enemy's jaw and land back a few steps. Upon landing take the stance but lean forward a bit with both weapons unsheathed.
Forboding Fall Rank: C Description: User front flips in front of an opponent and slams their head down with both legs while they slash horizontally with both kodachi, one high at neck/chest level and one at stomach/leg level. The kodachi attack is disguised behind the fancy leg attack, turning a simple kick into a deadly trap if the opponent tries to counter while the user is still falling.
Wind Devil Rank: B Description: Named after the alias of its user the wind devil is a sudden attack from above. Ninjas and assassins would normally jump from a roof to land down onto their target to do this. As you land in front of your target swing the right hand weapon down on the enemy's arm to keep their weapon at bay and injure them. Follow with a roundhouse kick with the right leg and then as your return to position and the enemy gets knocked onto the ground swing out the left hand weapon into their neck to decapitate. If the kick fails ... dont try to slash since its better to do something else.
Silent Night Rank: B Description: A quick attack that can easily leave the enemy dead. Suddenly rush the enemy from cover as to surprise them then as you are about to be close enough for a slash unsheathe the left hand weapon but keep it in position behind your back near the waist. Quickly crouch and spin counter clockwise to drive the kodachi or ninjato into the enemy's gut then push back onto the enemy and unsheathe the right hand weapon with a quick slash diagonally. Unless you are taller than the enemy or the enemy is also crouching this slash will go across their neck cutting into the windpipe.
Stage 4 Now that the student has learned to master their body and weapon they can advance to the finer points of wielding the kodachi. These are lethal skills that make ninjas, assassins, and swordmasters feared across the land. It is a series of techniques that do not focus on speed or strength, but rather skill and fluidity of motion. Before a practioner can even begin on acquiring the skills, they must go through severe movement and fluidity training, to be like the water in a glass.
Flowing-Water Movement Rank: B Description: By using fluid motion and continuously changing speeds, the user is able to move around fast and silently around his opponent, encircling them with countless afterimages of themselves. It can be very confusing for almost any opponent, for they can't tell which one is real and which one is fake. Not only that, but during this skill, the user is moving constantly in a defensive stance. If the real one is found, the ability to wield the kodachi properly aids the shinobis in defending against oncoming attacks. (Movement Lasts 5 posts before requiring more Ki)
Shadow Claws Rank: B Description: Crouch as you step forward with the right foot partially turning your body away from the target as you do so. Take a step forward with the left foot and slash horizontally first with the right hand weapon and follow with the left hand weapon. When you slash with the left hand weapon make sure at the end of that slash you spin it and then hold it in a regular grip. Slash back with the left hand weapon while jumping and swing down with the right hand one.
Actual-Battle Sword-Dance Rank: B Description: Combo attack using the Flowing-Water Movement to flow around the enemy, confusing them. The ninja will strike from various points, slashing them with their kodachi. This is a skill that the shinobi uses to toy and inflict more damage and pain on their opponent, for none of the attacks during this skill are lethal. This is the precursor to "The Dance Of The Wheeling Sword".
The Dance Of The Wheeling Sword Rank: A Description: This skill is used in conjunction with Flowing-Water Movement. It is a skill in which the shinobi will spin thrice in a circle, slashing at an opponent three times practically at once using one fluid movement. The speed in which this attack is delivered is unfathomable, making those who wield Kodachis deadly warriors. There is however one flaw in this skill. The user moves from a defensive Water-Flowing Movement stance to an offensive stance in order to strike. The time it takes to switch from defensive to offensive is a fraction of a second, but that fraction of a second may be what highly experienced fighters need in order to avoid being killed by this skill.
Stage 5 The student attains masterful skills with the kodachi and becomes like a true ninja, striking quickly and lethally in the dark. These are the techniques that can only be learned by a true master, and are thus learned to be used only against the most challenging of targets, or when their cover has been blown. Training is done not through dance or with the aim for secrecy, but for straight forward attacking. The user must use all of their learned kodachi attacks against an opponent or target so that they might see the more powerful skills that lie beyond pre-existing techniques in a fight.
Diving Demon Rank: A Requires: Falling Star Description: First just like falling star jump up high or jump down from a high place but instead of landing near the enemy your jump must be a somersault and your heel must strike the enemy's head as you land. Upon striking with your heel quickly slash upwards with the left hand and then stab it downwards, remember its held in a reversed grip. Take a step forward while spinning counter clockwise and slash with both of the weapons.
The Dance Of The Wheeling Sword Six Successions Rank: S Description: The Ultimate Technique, the attack involves the user gripping his kodachi backhand, then slashing the opponent six times in rapid succession, from both sides (it relies on confusing the opponent on the direction from which each subsequent strike is going to come). It's basically The Dance of Wheeling Sword but done with double kodachi. The only way one can even think about avoiding this skill is by predicting from which side the first slash is made, left or the right.

Greatsword The largest sword class, the Greatsword towers above the rest. The average greatsword is about 6 feet and ussually needs to be wielded with two hands due to its sheer size and weight. Only those of level 6 and above can wield these blades with one hand without losing speed or cutting power. Those who use one hand and are lower level lose half the speed in their strikes and half the force. .
Stage 1 At this stage the student is just a beginner, which means the greatsword is quite heavy for them. As such the stance of wielding this heavy blade requires the student to hold onto the handle with both hands, with the blade pointing away from the enemy for powerful swings. For training the student needs to lift heavy weights, at least half their body weight since the sword weighs so much.
Buster Rank: D Description: This is a basic skill for a Claymore Weilder. This skill is simply one downward slash with a little bit of energy for some extra power. it is capable of smashing most boulders to pieces, and if someone is hit by it, the sword is likely to chop off a limb.
Cross-slash Rank: D Description: As the name says, this is a cross slash from the right side to the left added with a bit of energy for extra power. the cutting capability of this skill is similar to that of the "Buster" skill.
Royal Stab Rank: C Description: After jumping high into the air the user will then position their sword in a way that when they drop it will stab into the ground or their enemy. If stabbed into their enemy this skill has enough force to cut them clean in half, but if stabbed into the ground this skill will cause a small tremor with enough force to shake nearby enemies.
Stage 2 Practice and weight training allows the student to possess quicker swings with more force. Now when clashing swords with an opponent the weight of the sword will push them back a bit. This training for this stage involves going underneath a waterfall, with weights. You have to do push ups, sit ups, and shadow punching in place. The water full gives a lot of force that forms tight muscles and gives for a great tone structure. Lifting additional weights then gives you more strength to handle the sword.
Twin Moon Rank: C Description: This skill works great should the opponent dodge the first strike. Lunging forward at the enemy, the brings their sword from behind them and slashes diagnally upwards. Should the opponent dodge, the user spins their body, lunging forward one more time and using the momentum from the first strike to perform an even faster and stronger slash.
Relinquish Rank: C Description: This skill is used to disarm opponents from their weapons. The user will slash their blade, spinning their sword in order to slam the blunt side of it unto the opponent's weapon. This skill, which uses blunt force more than anything else, will simply knock the weapon right out of their hands. You cannot disarm someone of higher level with this but someone of lower level is instantly disarmed. Someone of your own rank may dodge.
Outrage Rank: C Description: This is a three part devastating attack. The first, a blow with a downward swing using only one hand. Coming down from the swing, the user will spin their body, bringing the sword behind them while gripping it with two hands. The second step, is to bring the sword from behind, straight over the head of the user and down upon their opponent. Should the user miss, the third step is to let the blade bounce off the ground, using this momentum, the user will take a single step forward, thrusting the blade into the chest of the opponent.
Feint Rank: C Description: This is preferred to be use when you have to dodge and attack. You run at the enemy and then jump, driving the sword into the ground. At this moment, you kick the enemy in the face, while stabbing the blade unto the ground simultaneously. This will avoid any low attacks, as well as a boot to the head.
Stage 3 With enough weight training and swordsmanship the student becomes adept at handling the greatsword, and can now wield it with a single arm. This type of wielding is more suited to the single edged greatsword, since in this stance the sword is either placed on top of the shoulders or behind the back. Training for this stage includes a drastic increase in weight lifting, at least the student's body weight or more now. Free weights must be used to train each arm to lift and wield the greatsword. Afterwards swinging the sword will no long trouble the student.
Sky Rip Rank: C Description: The user bends his knees slightly, bringing the sword back with one hand. Stepping forward, the user will swing their blade upward. Using the momentum of the swing, plus the added leg muscle from the upcoming jump, the user will launch themselves into the air in order to counter either an airborn attack, or simply send their enemy into the air.
Uplifting Rank: C Requires: Sky Rip Description: After either jumping into the air or right after the upward slash using Sky Rip, the user will spin their body, performing yet another upward slash. The second strike will send the user even higher into the air for this second devastating strike.
Desertion Rank: B Requires: Sky Rip Description: A secondary follow up to the Sky Rip. When the blade is at the highest point during the Sky Rip, the user will bring it downwards. During this point, the user will fuel their ki unto the blade and condense it at the very tip of the blade. Should the downward slash miss, the user will cause their ki to explode outward, shooting forward from the tip of the blade. This energy will fly out five meters straight and has the power to knock powerful foes on their behinds, giving the user the opening they need to destroy their opponent.
Vendetta Rank: B Description: Vendetta is a purely counter skill, used when the opponent is performing a frontal attack. Placing your hand out, palm up, the user grips the blade that is resting on their shoulder with his other hand. As the opponent strikes the user will spin their body, bringing the sword out and slamming the upcoming attack with the blunt side of the blade. Parrying the attack, the user will continue with the spin until coming around full circle. From this point, the user can use another Great Sword skill in conjunction with Vendetta in order to counter their strike.
Stage 4 Now that the student has excelled at wielding the greatsword to the normal human limit, they can start mastering more Ki-oriented attacks to take their abilities beyond the human level. For training the student breaks away from their usual weight-lifting and instead focuses on carving up boulders and trees using only the Ki off of the blade. In other words they must sculpt rock without ever actually touching it with their sword. This difficult task builds the Ki control necessary for the advanced greatsword skills.
Energy Slash Rank: B Description: After focusing ki into their sword the user will then make one large slash and send a large wave of energy out in a crescent shape. this wave of ki has the cutting power to easily cut through a brick wall.
Slip Up Rank: B Description: Though it looks incredibly simple it is quite hard to preform. From the stance you take a step forward and swing down the sword. When your hands are in front of your eyes take another step forward and thrust the sword. This will change your slash into a stab, the sheer weight of your sword after you thrust it will pull you with it, instead of resisting keep taking steps. This will result it a fast sudden stab towards the enemy capable of breaking steel.
Tiger Blitz Rank: A Description: This skill is by far one of the most useful skills of the Greatsword. The user gathers their ki at the tip of the blade and lunges forward, thrusting the blade unto the opponent's shield. As the tip touches the shield, the user transfers their ki unto the shield. After the ki transfers, the user will raise their blade above their head and slash downwards, breaking through and slashing the shield apart. This works for physical and ki based shields.
Bonecrusher Rank: A Description: Focusing ki on the blade the user lunges forward, their blade dragging behind them. Stopping in front of the opponent, the user slashes horizontally with so much force that the user will spin not once but twice, performing two powerful slashes with their blade. Stopping the flow, the user will slash in the opposite direction from the first strike once. The power of this attack will decimate through an opponent's block, injuring the opponent's arms to the point that they could break, if not put severe strain. (Cooldown of 5 posts)
Stab-ability Rank: A Description: You preform the same movements done in Slip Up but instead of stepping forward you do resist the thrust after impact. You quickly pull back on your sword and step forward while thrusting again ten more times thus performing 11 stabs into the enemy. Though this does strain your arm and for one post you cant use the arm, you must use the other one.
Stage 5 Students of the Greatsword become masters in this stage, capable of legendary feats of strength and skill. Training for this stage can only be accomplished by defeating another academy student using only Greatsword skills.
Dealing Embers Rank:S Description: You raise the sword high over your head and charge one side of it with so much ki that when you slash downwards onto your opponent the sword causes an explosion like force the moment it touches anything, even a hair on your opponent's skin. This does not harm you or your sword but it can easily break weak defenses and shields. Not only that, but even if the attack misses, the explosion of ki extends to two meters (About 6 feet), sending the opponent back and leaving them open for a second strike.
Wind Cutter Rank: S Description: A Lightning-fast attack allowing the user to draw, slash and re-sheath their sword in an instant. While slower than Quicksword, it is more accurate and needs no ki in the sword. The user still has to channel it into their hand though. This technique is the hardest to master, but once mastered becomes an offensive and defensive attack. Lasts 5 posts. 5 post cooldown.
Requiem Strike Rank: S Description: The user jumps straight up into the air as high as they can, their sword trailing along with them as he looks down at his opponent. In mid air, the user will send a blast of ki from behind, using it to launch themselves at incredible speeds at the opponent. The user will then slash diagnally as they come down a single strike to cut through the toughest of foes. Only a truly experienced fighter can even follow the fierce attack...
Requiem Destruction Rank: SS Desctiption: This attack can only be performed once per week in real life and not in the same battle. It has the same setup as the Requiem strike, jumping up, gathering energy and using it to launch themselves towards their enemy. But instead of slashing through an enemy, the user will slash at the enemy, stopping in front of the opponent and slashing vertically and landing on the ground. From this point, the user will swing their blade upwards and send the opponent into the air, going along with the momentum of the blade and going into the sky. At this point, the user will grap ahold of their blade, ki gathered at the tip by this point as the user swings the blade down in mid air. Even if the user misses, the moment the user's blade touches the ground, the ki gathered on the blade will explode outward, causing pure destruction in an area of 5 meters.
Massacre Rank: SS Requires: Level 7 Description: Starting off by dashing forward and slashing down, it looks simple but only to lure you into it. You slash down then up two more times by spinning your body and putting full force into each attack. In the second upward slash slash downwards to perform Stab-ability. After the last stab in Stab-ability you swing off to either left or right for a wide arc slash followed by two more wide arc slashes but the last one has to be upward. Let the sword stay up for just a second to charge it with ki then swipe down for an incredibly powerful slash that will send an incredibly sharp wave of energy at the enemy that will cut right through them.
Retribution Style A style only now revealed to the world after having been developed for months. Those who have faced this style before have fallen for believing it is as slow as it's other counterparts, they were wrong. This style focuses on speed that can only be acheived through intense training. This style also focuses on moves that trick the enemy in to acting one way instead of the other and striking before they can correct themselves. While this style has speed, tricky techniques, and high damage capabilities it also has flaws. It is finding those flaws that is the challenge. Sources say before Ludus got their hands on this style it was used by a purple-haired swordsman who vanished before they could question him... Attack Counter Rank: D Description: As the name states, the user brings their greatsword in front of their body and uses it as a crude shield to block incoming blows before swinging it around in a complete circle to gain momentum before attacking the enemy with enough cutting force to end them right there if the blow lands correctly.
Dancing Wheel Rank: D Description: The user slams their weapon in to the ground and throws their body over the sword while holding on to the handle, when they come back to the ground they will slam it in to their foe, crushing them underneath the weight. This attack happens quickly just like every other attack in this style.
Spear To The Heavens Rank: D Description: The user charges forward and actually stabs their blade forward even though it has zero stabbing capabilities. This attack is actually meant to stun an enemy by knocking the wind out of them. If the user is a higher rank than the enemy there is a chance their ribs will break after being hit. It takes multiple hit to break an opponent's rib that is equal or higher rank.
Ripping Scythe Rank: D Description: The user slashes quickly three times at their enemy, the speed this technique uses is sure to give the enemy pause, just enough to give the user enough time to land at least one slash. If the user's greatsword is serated is does much more damage than it should when it rips in to an enemy.
Gift of Peace Rank: D Description: The user flips their blade to its flat side and slams it in to the enemy once before spinning their body in a circle while moving to the side of their opponent and swinging the sword on its sharp side. Being beside the enemy gives the user a chance to bypass any defenses the enemy may have prepared, but that doesn't mean this attack is unblockable or unavoidable.
Flurry Rank: C Description: Like using a rapier, the user can use their greatsword with the speed of one of these weapons and damage their enemy more times than they can count in a short amount of time. The attack is easily blockable by those who are calm enough to read the user's movements however. One would wonder how such a heavy weapon could be swung so quickly...
Dragonslayer Rank: C Description: The user swings their blade horizontally at their enemy, cutting their stomach, they then redirect their blade before finishing the cut and slash their foe's neck diagonally. The cut to the neck should not be deep enough so that the enemy's head falls off, but it is fatal either way.
Hero's Farewell Rank: C Description: The user slashes upward and knocks their enemy in to the air before jumping up after them and knocking them in to the ground with another well placed strike. The user will then bring their blade down upon the enemy and sever their spine with one final strike, killing them if the blow lands. The two bleeding lacerations are something that should be worried about too.
Darkened Heart Rank: C Description: The user knocks their enemy in to the air with an upward slash and grabs their leg before slamming them in to the ground painfully. While their enemy is on the ground the user cuts their body in half swiftly and mercilessly. That alone should be enough to kill somebody. The enemy can still save themself if they get knocked in to the air, or even on the ground.
Imbroglio Rank: C Description: Another instance in which the opponent can be knocked in to the air by the user, something that happens quite often. The user throws their blade in to the air and might knock the enemy in to the air also. The user then jumps in to the air and grabs the blade before spinning twice like a ball in midair and brings the sword down in a mighty slash along with the enemy, most likely cutting them in half or injuring them greatly.
Fatalis Rank: B Description: The user cuts across the enemy's stomach like with Dragonslayer, but then grabs the enemy by the neck with one hand while holding the blade in the other hand. The then throw their enemy on to the ground and stab their blade in to the sword wound with enough force to send it through the other end of their body. This attack is actually faster than most due to how much the user must have trained up to that point.
Moonlit Sky Rank: B Description: The user knocks the enemy in to the air with a slash that could kill them if they aren't defensive enough already. The user then jumps after them and begins slashing them repeatedly until they are sure the foe is damaged enough before bringing their sword high above their head and gathering an insane amount of ki in to it before bringing it down on the enemy and slamming them in to the floor. If one were to see the attack from a distance they would see ki flying off the user's sword with every slash like a fire, this has no effect on the enemy really.
Ravager Rank: B Description: The user moves as fast as they can swing their blade and cuts the enemy before speeding away and doing the same thing from another angle until they hit twelve different times. They then gather as much ki as they can in to their next slash and strikes, blowing the enemy away with the force of their ki, even if the final blow itself did not make contact. In fact, it is better not to make the final blow actually touch the enemy as that last strike and gathering ki takes a short time to charge up.
Star In The Sky Rank: A Description: A simple and comical technique depending on who you are. The user denies an enemy the chance to strike them by countering with an upward slash that sends them flying high in to the air. There is no need for anything else, if they hit the ground the damage alone can stop them from attacking the user. Star In The Sky is normally fatal however so it is better not to use it in a spar more than once. It won't kill a target the first time it is used so that is the only time it can work on an enemy without death following after. This is a slightly slower skill so if the enemy is faster it may not work.
Critical Pain Rank: S Description: The user punches the opponent in the stomach once to make them double over in pain before they sheathe their blade in their enemies back. If that misses or the user decides they want to go the non-fatal route the blade will be stabbed in to the ground. The S-Rank ki comes from the intense outburst of ki coming from the user which can blow an enemy two threads away from the user amazingly. It blinds the enemy for two posts after they land where they will and gives the user enough time to escape. It can only be used once per day.
Critical Finisher Rank: SS Description: The user stabs their opponent in the stomach and lifts them in to the air before slamming them on to the ground and raising their blade high above their head and gathering ki, making the blade much longer. They then slash downward on the enemy and their foe dies from the massive burst of ki running through their body if they are hit. This can only be used once every three days. This is the slowest technique there is and it requires the opponent to be heavily injured before use.
Critical Devestation Requires: Level 5 Rank: SSS Description: A skill that can destroy a thread from the massive power. The user slashes the enemy a total of ONE THOUSAND times with their sword filled to the brim with ki. The ground around them starts collapsing and the air vibrates with their power across the entire island. The user then uses all of their ki, ALL OF IT, to strike their enemy and completely destroy an entire area plus their opponent. This can only be used one every month due to the intense power it has. It also puts a strain on the user so painful they cannot fight for the next week. This takes a painful five posts to charge up while fighting an opponent at a range so close you could smell each other. The one thousand slashes happen in a span of two minutes, that is most of the reason for all of the strain put on the user's body, it was enhanced with ki to create that kind of speed, something impossible to obtain by any normal or human means.

Scythe Originating as a farming tool, the Scythe became a popular weapon during peasant uprising in early history. As a pole weapon, the war scythe is characterised by long range and powerful force (due to leverage): there are documented examples where a scythe has cut through a metal helmet. They could be used, depending on construction and tactics, to make slashing or stabbing attacks, and due to their uncommon looks and significant power, could have a psychological impact on an unprepared enemy.
Stage 1 The scythe is an oddly shaped and balanced weapon to use so the first step for any student is to learn the basics of how to handle such a thing. Obstacle courses are usually made to test build their speed in swinging and using the scythe correctly. In particular, the student must find themselves something akin to a tetherball on a pole and practice drawing in the string with the blade-portion of the tetherball before batting it away with the blunt ends. When training in this fashion the student is not allowed to move away from the incoming tetherball but rather must stand their ground and learn to control the incoming attacks no matter what angle they come.
Damnation Rank: E Description: A basic skill that draws the enemy toward the scythe user, they are likely to lose their balance if hit. The scythe user swings their scythe and hooks it on to the enemy then pulls it backwards, bringing the enemy in for a follow-up with anything. It's not meant for real damage and causes minimal injuries.
Heartless Rank: E Description: A skill meant to stun enemies instead of really damage. The user turns their scythe to the blunt side and quickly strikes their foe with it several times anywhere they can, better used on the head. It is likely to put an enemy off their guard for a short time.
Grave-Robber Requires: Damnation Rank: E Description: The user can force the enemy away with this skill. After using Damnation the user will turn their scythe to the blunt side and strike the enemy with it, sending them farther back than from where they were pulled. Grave-Robber can only be used after Damnation, no other time.
Promise Rank: E Description: The user dodges the opponent's strike and smashes the back of their skull with the bottom end of the scythe. This technique is very painful and may cause headaches against whoever was hit by it. Bashing an enemy enough times may knock them out.
Life-Drinker Rank: E Description: The user twirls their scythe vertically and knocks their opponent to the ground, right after that they knee them in the chest to stun them. The damage is minimal, but done enough times the opponent may be knocked out.
Devil's Flight Rank: E Description: A simple technique that causes bleeding wounds when stricken by it, obviously. The user swings their scythe upward, when an enemy is hit by it they are launched in to the air. Impacting the ground also does damage to the foe, however small.
Wraith Lift Rank: E Description: The user with run straight towards the enemy in a fake assault. Using the scythe's range they will vault toward the enemy and deal a heavy kick to their chest, it's often enough to send foes sprawling across the ground.
Stage 2 The student now starts practicing sending their Ki into their scythe to bring about added power and superhuman effects. The student must meditate with their weapon to understand its origins and purpose, to take what is in its reach. By the time they understand this the student will come to realize that they've been practicing swinging their scythe around subconsciously while still meditating. This is the sign that the weapon has become an extension of the student's own self energy.
Flase Prophet Rank: D Description: The user will grab the enemy's arm and impale them with their scythe. With the enemy impale they will swing their scythe at it's longest range and send the enemy flying away. The damage is moderate, but not fatal.
Judgement Rank: D Description: The user will sweep kick the target and raise their scythe above their head on the blunt side. They will bring it down with amazing force that could snap necks if used enough times, the enemy will be in severe pain from a strike like that, but not dead.
Sunder Rank: C Description: An attack that can wear down even stone if used. This technique is meant to tear through an opponent's guard and strike them before they can react. By gathering ki in to their scythe the user can make their attack powerful enough to cleave stone in two without any effort. Attacking an enemy's weapon will leave obvious damage in it if it is weak enough. If used on an opponent it deals regular damage, meaning if an opponent blocks with their arms the scythe will do what it does best, rip their hands off.
Execution Rank: C Description: The user gathers ki in to their scythe and swings it, even if an enemy isn't nearby the scythe will fire off a line of ki that can cut just as well as the scythe itself. The result will be obvious if aimed at close-range, the force will be increased.
Degrade Rank: C Description: A skill that removes a B-Rank amount of ki from the enemy if they are stricken. This is the only skill that can be used inside of every single other skill, making it a dangerous technique. Even if the scythe user does a normal attack, Degrade can be hidden inside.
Stage 3 The student now learns the art of bifurcation with their weapon. Bifurcation means the splitting of a main body into two parts, perfect for what the Scythe is capable off. Great for fighting at a distance it does however have a few skills that pull the enemy towards the user. Most attacks are heavy hitting single moves, aimed for slicing through even the strongest of foes. For training the student must concentrate on only attacking with the sharp edge of the scythe, and will have practice using it in various situations against several different targets so that they might gain a better understanding on how to generate the most power with a single well-timed strike of their scythe. Many recommend severing trees and other tough objects to help the student build muscle and power.
Evil Moon Rank: C Description: You swing out the scythe in a wide arc as quick as possible. This is to stab the scythe through one side of the enemy, going around the shield. Once it enters their body swing them brutally to the left or right, you either slice them clean in half or they get a huge gaping hole in their body as they get tossed to the left or right.
Torment Rank: C Description: Primarily used to maim the target rather than kill this is usually for those who are sadistic. You thrust the scythe at the legs of your opponent. Remember only the inner edge is sharp so this will only trip your enemy at most. Once you trip them turn the scythe and pull back so that they will land on the sharp point.
Off with their heads! Rank: C Description: A simple move mainly used on a tired enemy or just to demoralize others. You first grab the enemy's head and knee him in the gut while you use your other hand to position the scythe under him. While he is reeling in pain use the scythe to lift you up and drop yourself onto the enemy's shoulder and make them fall neck first into the scythe
Lotus Flower Rank: B Description: The Lotus Flower is a powerful skill that is used against opponents who are airborne. Using your ki and channeling at the feet, the user is able to push themselves upwards at higher heights, reaching the opponent at high speeds. Upon coming closer, the user will spin their body in the air. By this point, the user will have coated their blade with ki, and as they spin, the scythe comes around them, filled with energy. The ki cuts through things one foot in front of blade, an attack that is difficult to counter considering that is an airborne attack.
Devil's Wheel Rank: B Description: The ground version of Lotus Flower, the user will channel their ki at the blade of the scythe. The ki cuts through even one foot from the blade, the energy so sharp and powerful. The user will then proceed to spin several times, stretching out the scythe to get maximum range for this attack. The user will be able to move their arms up and down, being able to counter attacks from below or above by doing so.
Stage 4 Following in line with the previous stages the student continues to master fusing Ki with powerful scythe swings to cut through anything in their path. This makes for an incredibly aggressive style that leaves no room for making errors. This stage has many attacks that can open an enemy up in no time, but wild strikes will leave the student's defenses down so caution is recommended. Ever single attack is so strong that the user will tire themselves out by swinging their weapon, so even masters will get tired eventually. For training the student must be daring enough to take a run through the Forbidden Jungle, using only their scythe to cut through any and all obstacles in their path. This will build stamina, endurance, and situational awareness when using the scythe.
Demon Circle Rank: B Description: The user infuses their ki with their scythe and throw it at the enemy. The ki will allow the user to bring the scythe back around like a boomerang. For two posts the scythe will move at the user's will, but if it is not back in their hands it will drop right where it is, leaving them open to attack.
Demon Wheel Rank: B Desctiption: This attack is kind of like Demon Circle, only the scythe doesn't fly around. Instead it rolls across the ground like a wheel of death, ready to cut the opponent in two, the only defense is a good offense, striking the scythe will stop it's rolling and the user will have to collect it. It automatically comes back after three posts so the user doesn't need to worry.
Dishonored Rank: B Description: The user stabs their scythe through the lower half of their enemy and raises it through their body, ripping them in two. This attack is easily avoided, but the best escape is preparation to dodge. It's that or be ripped in two. The user's scythe is ki-infused so bones cut like butter when met with the scythe.
Wave of Death Rank: A Requires: Execution Description: The user will swing their scythe at it's full length with such force they begin to spin. During this waves of cutting energy are released from their scythe at the direction they were facing originally. After three spins the user will be forced to stop, using this stuns the user for a single post. Dodging this technique is just as easy as dodging Execution.
Reaper's Touch Rank: A Description: Reaper's Touch is a powerful skill that uses the wielder's ki to draw in the opponent close to them for the final strike. The user will first slash at the opponent. Should the strike miss, this is when Reaper's Touch is activated. The user will use the momentum from the missed slash to jump into the air, dodging any oncoming attack by jumping above them. By this point, the ki gathered by the user will begin drawing the opponent in, even from yards away the strongest of foes will be sucked in by the user's energy. At this point, the user will slash their scythe downwards, not at the head, but at the shoulders of the opponent. This will completely sever the arm completely. Should the opponent decide to block with a shield or another blade, the user can adjust their strike, performing a downwards Evil Moon.
Reaper's Pinwheel Rank: A Description: Bringing the scythe above their heads, the user will swing downwards, unleashing a pinwheel from the blade of the sword. The green, ki based pinwheel will pierce through the air, having so much cutting power that even ki based shields equal to this rank will be destroyed by this attack, shields of lesser rank will be cut through.
Stage 5 After mastering this stage the student is able to wield their scythe like a voracious spirit, ready and able to reap all those in their path. Training requires a great deal of meditation and Ki use with the scythe. One also cannot be both a reaper and a pacifist, and because of its aggressive the student must destroy another person or crew-controlled beast with their scythe skills to master this stage and access its skills.
Reaper's Dance Rank: A Requirements: Level 8 Description: Reaper's Dance is the most powerful scythe attack. It starts out with the user swinging their blade horizontally, slashing at the enemy. Using the momentum of the blade, the user will go into a spin, leaping into the air. At this point, the user will come full circle, their scythe raised above them as they began spinning it within their hands. Channeling ki into their blade, the user will come down, performing a ferocious downwards slash at the enemy. Should the opponent dodge, the user will slam the tip of the blade unto the ground, transfering their ki unto it. At this point, twelve giant spikes of energy towering over 8 feet will surround the user entirely. These spikes explode out of the ground, aiming to pierce through the opponent within a 1 meter radius of the user.
Ifirit's Protection Rank: A Description: The user slams their scythe in to the ground and a wave of their ki creates a wall between them and their enemy for a single post. It can only block A-Rank attacks and lower for the post it's used in. Any higher will completely shatter the user's scythe as that's where they channel their ki in to. This skill has a four post cooldown.
Angel of Purity Rank: S Description: The user gathers up so much ki in their body they appear to grow wings that are the color of their ki, this is merely for show though. By using that ki in their body, they can send it in to their scythe and grow it to unbelievable lengths, a truly frightening sight. The user then swings and destroys anything the scythe comes in contact with, vertically is the only way to swing. If the enemy dodges it they are likely to still be injured by flying debris. This skill has a four post cooldown.
Aybssal Slash Requires: Wave of Death Rank: S Description: The user is able to use Execution to it's fullest power, by swinging their scythe at full length, a wave five times the size will be released with the same cutting power. It has been known to cleave buildings in two in an instant. This skill has a seven post cooldown before it can be used again.
Trapped in Despair Rank: SS Description: The user will use the blunt side of their scythe to floor the enemy and use their ki to hold them to the spot, using any other technique will cancel the hold and the enemy will be free to attack the foe. Afther the enemy is trapped the user will create a gigantic circle of their own ki in midair and knock the enemy in to it, effectivly locking them in the air for two posts. This gives the user time to retreat and heal themselves if they're able to.
Reaper Rank: SSS Requires: Level 5, All Previous Skills Description: An attack that is said to send the enemy's soul screaming straight in to Tartaros. The scythe user slashes with all their might and pours an intense amount of ki in to their attack, if the opponent is stricken with this mighty attack they will explode from an overflow of the user's ki and seemingly vanish instead of being splattered across anything. This can only be used once a week, even if you miss the first time. The user cannot use any attacks or defenses for two posts before Reaper can be used.

Jian The Jian is a double-edged straight sword used during the last 2,500 years in China. Historical one-handed versions that have blades varying from 45 to 80 centimeters (17.7 to 31.5 inches) in length. The weight of an average Jian would be approximately 700 to 900 grams (1.5 to 2 pounds). In Chinese folklore, it is known as "The Gentleman of Weapons". Its blade is sharp and excellent for stabbing but the tip can also be used to slash at the enemies. Its very light and easy to use beware of its lightning quick attacks.
Flower in the Breeze
Defined by its swiftness and changing nature most of its attacks can be linked together to make up for the lightness of the attacks. It is also quite hard to predict as sometimes several of the skills branch off from a single movement. However linking the attacks takes imagination.
Swift Rhythm Rank: D Description: More of a counter attack than an actual offense this is best used with some imagination. First off slash towards the left then right. This serves as a parry to the enemy's attack. Upon slashing to the right or left, allow yourself to spin using the momentum of the slash. Coming across full circle, let your sword sail throught the air and stab the enemy
Tiger's Fury Rank: C Description: You move your body as to do a cartwheel but only your feet will touch the ground because as you are upside down you slash at the enemy's feet. You do two cartwheels essentially to strike the enemy with your heel as you land.
Tiger's Fury - Pounce Rank: C Description: Same as above but you only preform one cart wheel and upon landing you keep a crouched position and stab into the enemy's chest.
Tiger's Fury - Silence Rank: C Description: Again you only preform one cartwheel and upon landing stand straight up holding the sword over your head pointing downwards.
Winds Change Rank: D Description: A quick attack usually for attacking those who have slower movements. Preform a spinning slash at their feet but as you do so raise one leg to kick them in the face halfway through your spin.
Wind's Deception Rank: D Description: More of a fake attack and distraction, this can trip your opponent thus leaving him/her open. You slash upward, this may or may not hit the enemy, and then swing down. Obviously your enemy will bock the downward swing so you anticipate it and instead as you swing down extend your leg in between theirs and trip them with a kick.
Crescent Gust Rank: D Description: A quick two slash attack that can create openings for more. Quickly slash upwards with your sword while taking a step forward. Make sure that as you step and slash you are about to face away from them. Before you face away from them step back and slash upwards again. Do this quickly to surprise the enemy.
Crescent Gust - Fake Rank: D Description: You preform the first quick slash but instead of slashing back you swing your leg into their face as you step back.
Crescent Gust - Gale Rank: C Description: You perform a quick slash and face away as you do. Once you face away twist your upper body to spin and stab the enemy as you crouch. Your back will still face the enemy here.
Coiling Serpent Rank: C Description: Fairly strong yet quick set of slashes mainly to injure the enemy. You slash downward at the enemy and then spin the sword quickly with your hand. As the sword's spin ends spin your body to deepen the cut and slash downward again.
Coiling Serpent - Strike Rank: C Description: Same movement as above but instead of slashing downward as you spin you prepare to stab the enemy's throat.
Down Gust Rank: C Description: A quick two slash attack that ironically is supposed to send the enemy into the air. Quickly slash downward and let your body flow with this slash, eventually leading you into a crouch. Then as you rise up you slash upward to send the enemy into the air.
Down Gust - Silence Rank: C Description: You only perform a quick downward slash. Once again you rise up, holding the sword's point downward, but your hand is only barely above your head.
Heavy Breeze Rank: C Description: You first slash at their midsection quickly. Allow yourself to spin but halfway through the spin jump up and let the rest of the spin end in the air. As you land swing the sword downward onto the enemy.
Phoenix Lunge Rank: C Description: A combination of speed and surprise this is usually favored by the ninja. You crouch down away from the enemy. You jump towards the enemy while spinning and twirl your sword to distract them. As you land kick their own feet and then you stab into the enemy as they get tripped.
Flower Petals Rank: C Description: You slash at the enemy's feet and spin so that you get to slash at the enemy's head after the spin. The slash to the head is diagonal downwards. Why? Because after this you twist your arm and stab them in the chest.
Flower Petals - silence Rank: C Description: You stop at the slash to the head and assume the position described in all of the other skills with the "- silence" attachment xd
Breaking Silence... 1st of all this just continues the skill you preformed to get into the "- Silence" stance. Its a continuation. It makes the entire chain of attacks a rank higher.
Breaking Silence - Gust Rank: B Description: After getting into the stance you only hold it for a split second to lure the enemy to lower their guard. Quickly take a step forward and swing out your sword to cut them.
Breaking Silence - Diver Rank: B Description: As soon as you enter the stance you turn to face the enemy away and swing both arms downward for a powerful slash.
Breaking Silence - Cloud Rank: B Description: Again you preform this after entering the stance. You quickly spin to face away but this is a ruse, you use this time to kick your enemy.
Breaking Silence - Dragon's Fury Rank: A Description: Again you preform this after entering the stance. You quickly use your free hand to pull the enemy towards you but side step to dodge. You quickly slash downwards on the back of the enemy and slash upwards in an S like curve.
Flower Petals - Gust Rank: S Requires: Level 5 Description: One of the flew high ranking skills of the style it will require you to have mastered all lot of the other moves of this style. You perform the first two slashes of flower petals but instead of twisting your arm to stab you allow the momentum to spin you some more to slash at the enemy's legs once again. After this slash at the legs, quickly bring the sword up and and backflip away to cut as deep as possible into the enemy before putting distance between each other.

Rapier The word "rapier" generally refers to a relatively long-bladed sword characterized by a complex hilt which is constructed to provide protection for the hand wielding it. While the blade might be broad enough to cut to some degree the long thin blade lends itself to thrusting. The blade might be sharpened along its entire length, sharpened only from the center to the tip, or completely without a cutting edge as called “estoc”. A typical example would weigh 1 kilogram (2.2 lb) and have a relatively long and slender blade of 2.5 centimetres (0.98 in) or less in width, 1 meter (39 in) or more in length and ending in a sharply pointed tip.
Stage 1 Beginners learn how to attack with the rapier in combination with other strikes. This gives their strikes a sense of rhythm and allows one attack to blend seamlessly in with another. Training is done through practicing basic strikes and through practicing the appropriate footwork for the style.
Roulette Rank: D Description: One of the simple stances known to this style. You twirl the rapier towards you rapidly when you see an enemy attack to deflect their weapon upwards. This will deflect a straight stab or a horizontal slash. If you preform this during an enemy's upward slash you can disarm them.
Tempo Rank: C Description: Its a simple combo that must be executed with speed. The first is a simple stab to the head or upper chest and you quickly recoil to preform another stab to the upper chest again and for the last stab you actually move your entire body back half a step and then fully extend your arm for the final stab through the heart. Shields can easily defend this attack though you would scratch the shield up.
Skull Slasher Rank: C Description: A quick two hit combo that can easily result in decapitation. You preform a quick and light stab to the throat of the person as to catch them off guard as you pull back the rapier from this attack you proceed to spin your body but keep the rapier pointed up once you are about to get to a full spin bring down the tip of the sword onto the head or shoulder of the target.
Stage 2 The student will gradually become adept at using their rapier in combination with their body, as this stage focuses on combining steps and movements to set an opponent up for a deadly strike. Training for this stage is actually learned through dancing, where they will be given a dagger and a mechanism that uses a training doll to simulate a dance partner. On a given cue the student must change dances and often spin their opponent to set them up for an easy stab.
Heavy Thorn Rank: C Description: You preform a spinning kick to the person's gut as a sort of diversion. Once they block/grab or get hit by it you twist your body and thrust the rapier into them.
Bud Needle Rank: C Description: As simple as stabbing someone really but with a bit of an acrobatic flair. Starting off with a vertical slash to try and lift the enemy into the air you use the momentum and spin, then leap forward and keep the rapier's hilt to your chest as you close the distance to stab them. Once your rapier, without extending, touches the enemy you thrust it forward and pull back. Though not devastatingly powerful it is quick and even if they are not lifted into the air you can easily preform the stab since the vertical slash is only a distraction.
Prepared Sting Rank: C Description: The user will bend backwards, dodging an oncoming attack made by the opponent. At this point, the user will bring their sword to their chest, for added protection in case the opponent attempts to pull a fast one. Because the opponent has just left himself open thanks to his attack, the user will flick their blade forward, taking a single step as the blade will be aimed at either the shoulders or beneath their arms in order to dehabilitate their arms.
Stage 3 At this level the students focuses on dodging and countering their opponent's strikes to find an opening. Training for the stage requires the student to create and place themselves in a difficult obstacle course where they will constantly have to dodge around incoming strikes from varying angles, all the while having to strike at a small target through the barrage of incoming attacks. The trick of the training is that the student only gets one strike to hit their target, as the attacks here are usually single stabs or slashes.
Alpha Counter Rank: C Description: A great counter against stabs or downward vertical slashes. The movement is as simple as side stepping but you slash at the enemy's attacking weapon as you do so, driving it into the ground. Then you pull the rapier towards your chest. This leaves the enemy open for another attack.
Roulette: Drive Rank: B Description: An attack during the Roulette stance. As you deflect the enemy weapon or just when you find an opening. You suddenly grip the sword regularly and thrust it into the enemy a total of seven times, during the time that you pull the rapier out make sure you do so at an angle thus yanking out chunks of their skin to maximize damage.
Eye Opener Rank: B Description: You first await for an attack from the enemy, this is the key element into making it effective. As their slash or stab is coming towards you don't really block it with your rapier but the two swords must connect. When they do come into contact you slide backwards a step and crouch while twisting the rapier, bringing it close to your chest doing so will loosen the enemy's grip onto their weapon. At the moment you crouch twist the rapier the other way and thrust into the enemy this will actually remove the enemy weapon. At Level 8 it can be done to two enemy weapons as long as your rapier comes into contact with them.
Stage 4 Now that the student has mastered all aspects of the rapier they can focus infusing Ki into their attacks for increased damage and even more deadly strikes. For training the student must practice focusing Ki on the point of their rapier first, then the blade, then the entire weapon. Then they must practice this extension of Ki into their strikes. If the student has the Kinetic Weaponry main style this stage can be learned in half the required posts since Ki manipulation on objects comes more naturally to them. After learning how to infuse Ki into the blade the student is required to practice attacking with their enhanced blade in order to keep up the Ki enhancement during a strike.
Stem and Rose Rank: B Description: One of the signature acrobatic attacks of the style, you begin by running at your opponent. You slash downwards at them with all your force causing you to crouch at the same time your rapier is coated with Ki. This will only sharpen your blade so it will cut an inch deeper into steel. As you slash downwards you begin to spin. You spin one direction three times as you rise thus causing you to slash at them, preferably through them, two more times and then you extend your leg to kick them on the third spin.
Crescendo Rank: A Description: An unorthodox move for the Rapier you drag it across the floor as you run towards the enemy and then swing it upward, this is to lure the enemy into blocking it because if they do they will be sent upward in an arc to your back, dont worry its part of the attack. As they are lifted into the air you hold the rapier close to your chest and back flip over them and then drive the rapier into them while both are in the air. Upon landing is only when you yank the Rapier out.
Infinite Strike Rank: A Description: A clearly lethal move you begin by pulling the enemy with your free hand into the rapier during a parry. Usually used after Alpha Counter. As you finish stabbing him the first time release your free hand and preform four more stabs quickly. Your fifth and final stab will be done as a lunge forcing the entire rapier, up til the guard, through the enemy.
Stage 5 The student has now become a master of the rapier, and now all that is left for them to learn is how to hone their attacks to a god-like level as they utilize their Ki more efficiently for highly skilled attacks. For training the student must utilize skills they gained from every stage of the style to plow through the obstacle course they made earlier and completely demolish it. Then, they must finish their training by honing the Ki in their blade to such a fine point that they can split a boulder with a single stab.
Finale Rank: A Description: Another lethal move preformed usually after the Alpha counter. You again pull the enemy into your rapier by the free hand but this time you thrust the rapier through their spine. The movement is like this. Once you pull them towards you, you thrust the rapier from above only an inch deep then you spin a full circle as you thrust it in making full use of the momentum.
Farewell Rank: SS Description: The ultimate thrusting strike, this skill is used when all else fails. The user will place their hand upon the guard, aiming the tip of the sword at their opponent. The other hand will remain at their side. This is the stance of Farewell. Gathering their energy at their feet, the user will suddenly lunge at the opponent. The power of this skill comes from the fact that the user goes from being stationary to their top speed instantaneously. It is the most powerful and fastest thrust known to man, and few are those who are able to even see it coming, let alone evade.
Grave Maker Rank: SS but only costs S Requires: Level 8 Description: Known as a finishing move it is normally a simple stab but due to the channeling of Ki through the blade's tip, and only the tip, it can actually go clean through steel. You start off flicking your rapier upwards, preferably to counter an attack and then you take a step back as you spin. Then, before the spin ends, you step forward and stab the enemy through the heart. The Ki focused at the tip of your rapier is what allows you to cut clean through most materials.

Snake Sword The snake sword is one of the most interesting and dynamic weapons: It is both whip and sword in one controlled by the energy of the user. A blade that doesn't focus on strength but flexibility of the user's mind.
The snake sword is basically a sword broken apart and reconnected by a chain. Its chain can be recoiled into the hilt of the sword. Most snake swords are at a five meter range when in their whip mode and hold between 8 to 10 blades. Pressing a gem or button on the cross guard of the snake sword will release the grip of the chain thus when you swing it it will extend out like a whip.
Most attacks of the snake sword are curved in nature since it is whip like in nature.
At Level 8 pairs can be used, and two of the same attack may be done.
Recall Rank:E Description: One of the problems with the Snake sword is the speed in which the sword recoils back into its original is rather slow. This skill will negate that. By letting Ki flow into the blade, the energy will create an immense pull on the chain, causing the snake sword to recoil almost instantly.
Bolt Rank: D Description: Bolt is a skill best used when the opponent is less than halfway to the point where the snake sword ends. A useful counter or even attacking skill, the user will uncoil the blade while thrusting their sword forward. The tip of the snake sword will shoot forward, a skill that although not powerful enough to pierce through bone, is still a rather fast attack. Though one thing to note, if you hit your opponent past the halfway mark, it will loose half of its attack power and only leave a small cut.
Slither Rank: D Description: During its whip like state you swing it upward vertically into your opponent then before the tip of it leaves the body of the enemy you whip it downward. This is actually very useful because it can hook into the enemy as it goes up and the downward motion will shred.
Wrap Rank: D Description: Spinning 360 degrees, the user will release the blade, causing the snake sword to wind around the user. Coming around full spin, the user will outstretch their sword hand forward. Then the snake sword follows and wraps around a body part of your opponent. The blades will dig deep into the skin of the opponent, piercing it and drawing blood. At this point, the user can use recall to shred through their skin, causing a deeper and more lethal cut.
Strike Rank: C Requires: Bolt Description: A more powerful version of the bolt, the Strike utilizes both your momentum and energy. You turn 180 degrees to your opponent as you bring the sword over your shoulder and at the exact moment you end your spin your sword should be over your shoulder. Injecting into it a large amount of Ki, you release the blade in a straight line towards wherever it is pointed. The force of the strike can not only rip through the skin easily, even passed the halfway mark, but anyone blocking it directly with either a weapon or a shield will find themselves disarmed.
Viper's Tail Rank: C Requires: Level 4 Description: The viper's tail is a devastating attack, coming from below against unsuspecting victims. The range of this attack is 1 meter less than the size of the outstretched-blade. The user will thrust their blade into the ground. Launching the blade through the ground and directing it, the blade will rise at an angle below the opponent, aiming to pierce through their flesh. This is a blow used for surprise attacks or to cause a distraction.
Viper's twin Rank: C Requires: Viper's Tail Description: An advanced form of the Viper's Tail, the user will drive their sword at an angle unto the ground. Extending the blade in the underground, the blade will suddenly emerge behind the opponent, aiming to strike at their back at an angle. The distance it can travel is once again 1 meter less than the range of the blade itself.
Bonding Rank: C Requires: Wrap Description: You first swing the snake sword during its whip state at the enemy. Upon impact you pull back causing the blades to dig into the enemy then you preform recall pulling the enemy towards you at the same time while still ripping out flesh. Best used if you have two snake swords. As you pull the enemy towards you and use Bolt with the second sword.
Twisting solitude Rank: B Description: You simply spin twice and during this time you are uncoiling the snake sword. This will stay uncoiled for first spin and you slowly coil the sword during the second spin. During the time it is uncoiling it will sink into the target and during the recoiling state it will slowly rip off chunks from the target. The spin is quite fast thus you can actually cut an inch into steel.
Serpent's lick Rank: A Description: During sword state you drive it into the enemy. Once it is through the target, the user will press the trigger, extending it like how you would if you performed bolt. As you remove it from the target, you wriggle it around causing it to shred the insides of the target as it is removed.
Viper's Pit Rank: S Requirement: Level 8 Description: At this point, this is the ultimate skill for the average snake sword user. Similar to the Viper skills, the user will stab the blade unto the ground in an angle. At this point, the user will push the trigger, causing the blade to expand deep underground. This is the part where this skill earns its fearsome name...by this point, the Ki overcharged into the blade will have manifested itself, creating a long blade of energy four times the size of the average snake sword. The energy blade is just as lethal as the regular blade of the snake sword, and as the blade rises from the underground, the blade will shoot back down, chasing the opponent down until it hits its mark. Unfortunately for the opponent, this is not the end of the skill. The point of the skill is to trap the opponent inside the very chains of the energy snake sword, creating a pit in which the user will simply retract the blade. Upon retracting it, the energy blade will unwind, ripping apart anything caught inside the Viper's Pit.
Anaconda's embrace Rank: S Requires: Wrap, Level 7 Description: You simply do a compete spin while taking a step to the left or right. This is done during the sword state but you have to be pressing the button thus letting it uncoil as you spin. The sword will latch onto a portion of the enemy and you run around the enemy wrapping them in quickly in coils and you slowly recall the blade crushing and shredding them them to bits.
Snake Bits Rank S (Requires S Rank ki to trigger, D rank ki cost to maintain each post) Requires: Level 10 Description: The ultimate snake sword skill, this ability is only available to those who have infused their very souls into the sword. The user will infuse their Ki into the very blade, uncoiling the chain that holds the blade together. The blades, rather than fall unto the ground along with the chain, will begin levitating in front of the user. With a flick of the wrist, the blades will launch themselves forward at the enemy, aiming to cut through the user's foe. During this time, the user cannot use Ki based attacks, and for every post that the user is performing this skill it will drain energy equievelant to a D rank skill for every post this is used. The user can control the bits at will and can stop them or change their direction at a moment's notice.

Dagger A dagger is a double-edged blade used for hitting, stabbing or thrusting. They often fulfill the role of a secondary defense weapon in close combat. In most cases, a tang extends into the handle along the centreline of the blade. Daggers may be differentiated from knives on the basis that daggers are intended primarily for stabbing whereas knives are usually single-edged and intended mostly for cutting. However, many knives and daggers are capable of either stabbing or cutting. This style is based mostly around reacting to your opponent’s actions, using mostly counter-attacks to confuse and wear down your opponent. Can be dualwielded.
Stage 1 The student learns the basics of wielding a knife, starting by mastering the basic stance. For this stage the student holds their dagger by the handle with the blade poking up through the same side of their hand as their thumb. This allows to fast stabbing motions. For training the student practices drawing and using their knife quickly against single opponents/training dummies.
Fast Hands Rank: E Description: A skill to be learned before continuing on with any other Dagger skills. This skill is passive once learned and enhances the speed of the user’s hands, allowing them to draw and sheathe their weapon quickly as is needed in such techniques that require a free hand to use. (Limited to only drawing and sheathing.) This in no way increases the user’s overall speed.
Fake Out Rank: E Description: This skill consists of one to several feint jabs or slices that do not actually contact the opponent. The attacks should be quick, sporadic and random to add to the confusion before an actual attack is made.
Gut Hook Rank: D Description: Use the blade of the dagger to push the opponent’s attack up and away then bring down the blade of the dagger to cut open the opponent’s stomach. Doesn’t work well against heavy weapons unless you have the strength to back it up.
High and Low Rank: C Description: Using your free hand push an opponent’s attack up and away from your body, putting yourself close enough for an attack. Unfortunately this allows only for a low-strike, given your position in relation to your opponent’s, so attack and move out or follow up with another attack.
Arm Wrestle Rank: C Description: Hold your non-dominant arm away from your body. When your opponent attacks move to the side and quickly grab his wrist. Then pull your opponent towards you and onto your blade.
Stage 2 At the end of this training stage, the user will be able to fight with the knife back handed. They will learn how to slash and block with their weapon more fluidly. Training involves holding the dagger in a backhanded style, with the point of the dagger facing out to outer side of the hand, if they were to hold their fist out with their thumb toward the ground. The user then proceeds to practice slashes from that form, trying to garnish a few blocks for themselves and unique slashes. The student will also not forget to train their body as well. They will run with their knife and do body strengthening exercises to help them duck/crouch quickly in order to slash low.
Single Deflection Rank: D Description: The user makes a quick slashing motion with their dagger to deflect a single projectile away.
Cross Slash Rank: D Description: Using the backhand style, the user slashes across their opponents body once. They then turn their hand over and shift the dagger in a normal form and slash in opposite direction they came from. Afterwards the user must return to the back handed state.
Multi-Block Rank: C Description: The user holds their hands in a backhanded style. Any projectiles that are thrown in front of them can be blocked by moving the dagger quickly in the way to deflect them, no matter how many there are. This requires focus, however, so no other skills can be used this post. 3 post cool-down
Grind-Counter Rank: C Description: The user is able to get close and personal to deflect melee attacks from an opponent's weapon. The user grinds their blade against the opponent's to send up sparks (or wood chips the weapon is wooden) into the opponent's eyes, to distract them while they push past to slash an area of their choosing.
Stage 3 After learning how to use the dagger in both stances the student continues to master them by implementing Ki into the attacks. As their mastery grows more flashy and damaging attacks can be used. For training the student must practice their techniques against a standing dummy, and master hitting each of its vital organs with the dagger in under 10 seconds. Students are encouraged to practice this even after they succeed to try and get the lowest time possible which would help build the speed and accuracy of their knife handling.
Ki Concentration Rank: B (For each post active, D-rank Ki is consumed) Description: The user learns how to concentrate and condense their Ki into the weapon. This increases the range of their weapon by 3 inches. This can be very deceiving to the opponent and is bound to trick them. The techniques consumes D-rank Ki for each post active.
Hard-Strike Disarm Rank: B Description: The user attacks by jumping in the air and attacking down at the weapon. If the user strikes hard enough, they have a chance at disarming the opponent. The attack is vertical. (Use number generator between 1-4. Get a 3 and the user is disarmed).
Eight Ball Rank: B Description: This requires you to get close to the opponent, putting yourself past their defenses. You can either grab the opponent or not; a shoulder hold is recommended. You will then make eight quick successive stabs into your opponent’s body. Aim for joints, organs, and arteries to maximize the effect of the skill.
Giving the Run Around Rank: A Description: When your opponent attacks move to the side of their body, putting yourself in the position to run past him. With your free hand grab his wrist and twist your body so that you back is against their arm. This adds momentum into a stab into their back. Once contact is made release their wrist and run behind them, turn around and prepare to do the move again. This is a wear-down technique and hence lasts 3 posts before the user has to pay the Ki cost again.
Stage 4 The student has now learned all the basics and will now take their learning to a whole new level. Many of these skills are used by attaching a chain to the end of your knife, perhaps with a weight on the end of the chain as well. Training consists of lashing out with the dagger-n-chain to hit a number of targets all around them. Then they must do this blind-folded in order to get the skill necessary to wield this weapon safely, as it can be quite dangerous a to whip a blade around without accidentally getting yourself cut.
Bladed-Chain Defense Rank: C Description: Using the back end of the chain to block, the chain creates a wide range of motion that can deflect any weapon. However, the timing in-between each block is off and can usually only protect one side.
Bladed-Chain Extended Stab Rank: B Description: The user is able to attack, using the ten meter range they have. By spinning and then launching the dagger on the chain toward their opponent. It sounds easy to dodge but the speed in which it travels is incredible and the Ki put into makes it capable of smashing through projectiles without veering off-course.
Bladed-Chain Whirling Daggers Rank: B Description: The user spins the dagger around, above their head to gain speed. As the speed increases, it would seem as if there were multiple blades coming from the chain when the user launches an attack. If any of the dagger-images strike it leaves a cut on the opponent. Sometimes this can leave a gash but a full hit can cut an enemy in half.
Whirling Assault Rank: A Description: The user spins their dagger on a chain with extreme speed. The speed and Ki gives the weapon the strength to cut through almost any surface. The user advances toward their opponent and the move is capable of shredding a body to bits in a matter of seconds. Stopping this technique is fairly simple, however. Using another weapon such as a staff or sword, this move can be interrupted.
Stage 5 The students proves themselves a master of the dagger by implementing all styles of wielding them together in a seem-less fashion. For training the student must repeat the training methods of the previous stages, this time using two daggers instead of one. The goal is to become fluent at using two different dagger-styles together or one stance together for increased versatility.
X Breaker Rank: A Description: With two daggers in the basic stance, the user blocks a downward strike from a weapon by crossing the daggers over their head in the shape of an X. This captures the weapon so the opponent cannot pull it back in time. Then the user pulls the daggers into the attacking weapon, shattering it should the quality of the daggers be equal or greater than the quality of the blocked weapon.
Charge of a Thousand Cuts Rank: A Description: The user holds their dagger in the back-handed stance and charges into their opponent, slashing away at them in an X-shaped pattern (same as the Cross Slash). Even though the charge only lasts a couple seconds, the user attacks so quickly that they cut at their opponent a thousand times by the time its done. If the user performs this attack with two daggers, it has S-rank power. 5 post cool-down.
Almighty Slash Rank: S Description: The user holds a dagger in the basic stance funnels an immense amount of Ki into it for 1 post. Then at the beginning of their next post the user slashes once with the dagger as the Ki creates an edge out from dagger that extends for 100 yards, essentially cleaving through all in its path. 5 post cool-down.
Whirling Ki Disc Rank: S Description: Using the dagger on a chain, the user whirls the dagger around their head. Using Ki the user extends the range of the dagger at the end of the chain by 10 more meters, extending its reach to 20 meters. Then the user can launch the wide disc of Ki in one direction, which can cut through entire buildings. The user doesn't have to throw the Ki, however, and has the option of using the extra range for a difficult-to-dodge melee attack. Lasts 2 posts.

Throwing knives fast, precise, unpredictable The origin of knife-throwing stems from throwing wood (picture a boomerang), which was used as a weapon in battle and as a tool for hunting. In North Africa, evidence of throwing wood dates back to approximately 6000 B.C. In Egypt, throwing wood was discovered in the grave of Tut-anch-Amun (approximately 1340 B.C.). After the introduction of iron at about 600 B.C., throwing wood gradually developed into the throwing knife. Rules: - you do not have an unlimited ammo capacity (20 knives max) - you can pick up previously thrown knives and use them again so long as they have not been damaged - you can't throw more than three knives a post unless it's a skill
Stage One: To start the student off the student must practice throwing the knives and hitting a target, the student must have a dummy available and the student must hit where the typical pressure points would be on a humans body in order to achieve the first few skills of this stage.
Knockout Rank: E Description: You spot your target and throw your knife exactly so that the blunt end of the knife strikes your opponent, hitting them hard. This skill causes damage if it hits anywhere, and if it hits the head it stuns them, leaving them open for a bigger attack.
Straight knife Rank: D Description: You throw the knife in a completely straight path, which means it doesn't spin. these knives are harder to dodge, since they have more aerodynamicy.
Disabling Dagger Rank: D Description: You throw the knife in a curved path in orders to make the knife spin through the air to make it harder to follow, the knife then makes it's way to the targets wrist where it will cut a tender area to cause a shock of pain that will make the target drop whatever they are holding.
Stage Two: The student practices throwing more then a single knife and throwing them in different directions, practice until you can throw at least seven knifes in a row and until you are confident in mastering even more. Once you've got this down you can learn the skills.
Trick knife Rank: D Description: You throw two knives at once, one in the shadow of the other. The second is slightly off to the side but in the shadow of the first so it is harder to see, and even harder to dodge.
Knife trap Rank: C Description: You throw several knives around your opponent, missing them on purpose. The knives however catch on to their clothes or armour, and pull them back. they keep going for ten feet or until they hit something, and if they hit something they get pinned against it.
Triple knife Rank: D Description: You throw three knives, all at varying altitudes and angles. This skill is hard to dodge as one is usually coming at you to the left, right, and your center.
Stage Three: The student begins to practice throwing their knifes in advanced ways, such as making them bounce off walls, intercepting other projectiles and even throw them around cover. To complete this stage you must practice throwing the knives at longer distances and even making the curve around objects such as walls to hit the target.
Interception Rank: C Description: You throw a knife in the direction of an oncoming arrow or projective. If its a bullet then you can tell where it is coming from by looking at the muzzle of the gun. The knife then has the chance to either block the bullet/ arrow, or slice it down the middle and allow it to keep going past you. You can use the second one to your advantage.
Curve knife Rank: C Description: You throw the knife, but flick your wrist in a certain direction so that the knife curves. This is useful if your opponent is behind a shield or behind cover or such.
Bank shot Rank: C Description: You throw the knife and it hits a wall or the floor or something. The knife bounces off of the surface and keeps going. Useful for hitting targets behind corners and other uses.
Stage Four: The student finally beings to learn some of the more advanced moves for throwing knives, the user has to get faster, more accurate and have to add and have more control over the ki they add to make such killing moves. To train in this stage the user must be able to run, throw and hit the target in the spots they wished for, this takes time and skill just to master. Precision and skill are what matter, take time build skill, don't rush.
Knife flurry Rank: B Description: You swing your arms in a windmill fashion, pulling two knives out of your scabbard each time your hand crosses it. Each time you pull out two knives you throw them, and it keeps going on like a continuous flurry. you empty out your entire ammo during this skill, and it is extremely fast and hard to dodge.
Change of direction Rank: B Requirements: must know interception Description: You throw your first knife wherever. It can be toward the target or away from the target. You throw a second knife however at the back of the first knife. It causes the second knife to make a sudden change of direction, and the opponent more than likely won't see it coming.
Tracker knife Rank: B Description: You imbue the knife you throw with energy. After that you throw the knife and it follows your opponent. It can make turns, but not right angled turns. It can also do wide U turns.
Stage Five: The final stage the student has to follow requires focus, precision, and control. The student must be able to throw all of their knives at once and hit the target with out missing a single hit. The student would most likely miss all shots the first couple of tries before they even come close to mastering this stage and even when they get close they will miss multiple times. To know you perfected this stage you must hit directly five times in a row.
Knife hail Rank: A Requires: tracker knife, knife flurry Description: You throw all of your knives in the air. They are suspended in the air for a moment, before they rain down on your enemies. After that, they can follow your enemies. Most shields can't block this due to how many knives there are and would eventually break from all the impact.
Knife circle Rank: A Description: You gather all of your knives in between your fingers, then throw them all simultaneously while doing a 360. This can take out many targets at once.
Flash Knife S rank You load a single knife with ki that surges through the knife in a razor like way that allows the cutting of air (takes one post). You throw the knife at such speeds it can't be seen by the normal human eye, much like a hummingbird's wings. However as this skill is fast, it can only go in a straight line, but it due to it not being thrown with actual force it does the same damage of a regular knife.

Shield
A shield is a type of personal armor, meant to intercept attacks, either by stopping projectiles such as arrows or redirecting a blow from a sword, mace or battle axe to the side of the shield-bearer.
Shields vary greatly in size, ranging from large panels that protect the user's entire body to small models (such as the buckler) that were intended for hand-to-hand-combat use. Shields also vary a great deal in thickness; whereas some shields were made of relatively deep, absorbent, wooden planking to protect soldiers from the impact of spears and crossbow bolts, others were thinner and lighter and designed mainly for deflecting blade strikes.
Shields can come in different shapes and sizes and it is up to the rper to depict what kind of shield they are using. They range from Bucklers, which are rather small, to the larger Scutum which is heavier but protects more of the body.
Shield Bash Rank biggrin Description: Smashes the enemy with the shield. A simple skill for pushing the enemy slowly backwards and making them lose ground.
Feint Rank: D Description: The user goes into a more relaxed state to give the impression their guard has been let down. This provokes the enemy into attacking and they then make a quick movement to disarm their opponent with the shield by smashing it against the weapon when the enemy goes for an attack.
Shield Charge Rank: D Description: The user charges forward with their shield. They go for a bash and then lift their shield at the last second to stab or otherwise wound the enemy. The momentum of this skill adds to the power of the shield, causing broken bones unto the opponent.
Shield Boomerang. Rank: D Requires: Shield Bash Description: By fusing your Ki into the shield, the user can launch their shield at their opponent. Whether it misses the opponent or strikes a hit, the user needs to only will it and the shield will return to them.
Modify Shield: Outer Coating Rank:C Requires: Level 4, Knowledge of all previous skills Description: The wielder of the shield modifies it to give it an outer coating. This makes it much more durable and means that even if one coating of the shield is broken it has a second.
Magic Mirror Rank: C Description: By activating this spell you have a fifteen percent chance to reflect Ki-based attacks back at enemies. This number is calculated on a 100 sided dice. Anything from 1-15 is success and the spell is reflected. Anything from 16 upwards to 100 is failure.
Failing to reflect the energy will cause it to do double damage to the person trying to reflect it back.
It can however reflect literally almost any sort of Ki back with the exception of anything at SS class or above.
Shield Surf Rank:B Requires: Level 5 Description: This skill allows the wielder of the shield to ride upon it using their very own energy. Using the shield as a platform, they can hover over fifteen feet in the air and travel at the speeds of a Level 8. The wielder can only ride their shield for a total of four posts before energy needs to be sacrificed once more.
Rising Star Rank: B Description: This skill is the perfect counter against aerial attacks, or when the opponent is right in front of them. Crouching down, the user will unleash an explosion of Ki out of the pores of their backs, sending them flying upwards to meet their foe. Buckling the shield at their shoulder, the user will protect themselves not only from the attack, but will plow their shield into the opponent causing heavy damage upon them.
Charging Star Rank: A Description: A more powerful ground version of the Rising Star, the user will not only cause an explosion of Ki that propels them forward, but will also coat the shield with pure energy. This skill is powerful enough to plow through other skills A rank and lower and is best to be avoided completely. Upon reaching the foe, the user will slam their shield unto their opponent for heavy blunt damage. Two post recharge.
Final Justice Rank: S Requirements: Level 6 Description: The user will use their Ki to have themselves jump high into the air, facing the direction of their foe. Bracing their shield against their shoulders, the user will then proceed to use their Ki once again to have themselves launched towards their enemy. It is at this point where the user's shield will be glowing fiercely with energy, their opponent seeing a meteor falling upon the Earth. A devastating blow that plows through any attack of its rank or lower, even if the attack misses, the user's Ki explodes outwards covering a radius of five meters, causing blunt force to knock back even the mightiest of foes unto the ground.
Guardian of All Mankind Rank: S Requires: Knowledge of all previous skills Description: Upon throwing your shield towards your allies, the shields hovers in front of them to put a barrier on your allies that protects against any attack of S rank or lower. Has a cooldown of three posts.
Shield of the Just Rank: SS Requires: Level 8 Description: One of the few offensive shield techniques, this skill is in fact the most powerful shield skill. Taking a single uninterrupted post in order to focus their Ki into their shield, the user will point their shield at their target. Declaring the name of this skill out loud, the user will unleash a blast of pure energy from the center of the blade towards their target. The beam of energy is approximately nine feet wide and nine feet tall from the ground, this devastating attack will tear through anything lower than its rank.

Kusarigama ]
The kusarigama is actually a hybrid weapon that crosses the hand sickle, chain, and weight to create a single deadly weapon. The normal usage for this is to swing the weight on the chain to distract, strike, or entangle opponents then use the hand sickle close up to kill them. However with the use of energy there are dozens of new variations that have become common and more are added as time passes. Some kusarigama actually have two sickles instead of a sickle and a weight but regardless of the design the weapon is deadly.
Ankle Biter/ Breaker Rank: E Description: A low sweep with the sickle portion of the kusarigama or the weighted end. If the sickle is used it’s referred to as an ankle biter and if the weight is used it becomes an ankle breaker. This move is deceptive because those that move forward to avoid the end often end up with the chain wrapping around their leg and possibly still have the blade or weight strike them as it wraps.
Toe Crusher Rank: D Description: A technique to slow opponents the goal is to strike their foot with the weight and can be done in a circular motion sending the weight overhead or near the ground or a linear motion that sends the weight directly at the foot. Often a broken toe or fractured foot or ankle will slow an opponent and prevent them from getting too close.
Snake Bite Rank: D Description: The user throws the hand sickle towards an opponent aiming to stab them with the point instead of the weight causing piercing damage. Snapless Rank: D Description: This technique can also be called snapper and refers to using the weighted end of the kusarigama to strike an opponents hand to break the fingers making wielding a weapon difficult or impossible. The name refers to either the fact a target has trouble snapping their fingers afterwards or the sound made by their fingers breaking.
Wrap Rank: D Description: This is the ability to wrap either end of the chain around a person’s limb(s) to slow them or prevent them from using the limb fully/ at all.
Constrict Rank: D Requires: Wrap Description: This is the name of the technique of using the chain to choke an opponent either by looping it around their neck directly and pulling it or throwing one end around the opponent’s neck from a distance.
Reaping Rank: C Description: A three part technique involving the sickle side of the weapon being spun to attack high, low, and middle in quick succession. This uses energy to accelerate the spinning of the weapon making all three slashes happen in an instant potentially cutting the lower legs, and stomach at once.
Extension Rank: C Description: This is an energy technique that extends the blade of the kama by several inches making it so that narrow dodges can result in serious wounds without the actual blade having to strike the opponent.
Shield Spin Rank: C Description: Flowing energy through the chain of the kusarigama the user is able to spin it at high speed creating an energy shield that can block most C rank and lower attacks save those designed to break C rank shields. However while the technique can be used on any one side it only defends from attacks from a single direction and drains energy each post it is used.
Chain Control Rank: C Description: A technique that allows the user to manipulate the chain of the kusarigama with their energy. This allows it to move in unpredictable manners as though it were a living animal.
Side Splitter Rank: C Requires: Chain control Description: Simply throw the hand sickle portion of the weapon at an opponent but slightly to the side. If the kama misses use chain control to stop it, twist it so the blade faces the opponent’s side and pull it back to cut their side. This is a deceptive move that often works against opponents that have never encountered it but is useless against a knowing opponent.
Chin up Rank: B Description: When an opponent charges the user or moves into close range the user focuses energy into the weight of the kusarigama and drops it as though focusing on the hand scythe for defense. As it falls they move their foot under it and using their energy cause it to shoot upwards suddenly towards the opponent’s chin. This is a good surprise attack as it comes from the blind spot right below a person’s chin. Though it is called chin up the user can aim for genitals, the knees, or arms with the weight.
Sky Crusher, Hell Sweeper Rank: B Description: The user channels their energy into the chain causing it to temporarily lengthen by pulling several links in the center apart and reconnecting them with ki. After the attack the links are returned to normal though the forceful separation weakens them quality of the weapon by 1 level. More than three uses destroys the links of the chain. As they lengthen the chain, they swing the weight up and over towards an opponent’s head then send the kama side in a sweep towards an opponents legs. Most people are unable to see both motions at once and clever use of chain control can cause harm to even those that dodge both strikes.
Wind cutter/ Rock splitter Rank: A Description: A technique that places energy into the area around the kama or weight and creates a swirling force that makes the kama so sharp it is said to cut the wind and the weight so heavy it can split rocks. This is actually not an exaggeration as the spinning of the energy can neutralize lower ranked wind attacks and the weight can shatter lower ranked earth attacks.
Armor piercer/ Breaker Rank: A Description: This attack consists of sending energy either into the weight or kama and after spinning the section at high speed strikes at an opponent with it. The momentum combined with the energy can result in devastating damage that can break through any defense of a lesser rank and weaken those of the same rank.
Chain Saw Rank: A Description: Using their energy the user is able to alter the chain section of their weapon into a bladed chain allowing attacks done while energy is spent on this technique to cause much more damage and making wrap and constrict attacks capable of severe lacerations and dismemberment much like a chain saw would cause.
Tornado cutter Rank: S Description: User first activates chain saw then using their energy causes the links of the chain to disconnect as it’s swung in a circle creating what seems to be a swirling wind around their bodies but is in fact small blades spinning at high speed. This can cause significant damage to anything that walks into it or can be directed away from the user and towards an opponent. Best used in confined spaces where dodging is not easily feasible. Because the weapon's mass is reduced the damage from this technique is C rank. The down side to this technique is that it can only last for up to three posts (costing energy each post) and afterwards the user must gather the links to remake their weapon and will only have the weight and kama until the links are reconnected.

Spear A spear is a pole weapon consisting of a shaft, usually of wood, with a pointed head. The head may be simply the sharpened end of the shaft itself, as is the case with bamboo spears, or it may be made of a more durable material fastened to the shaft, such as flint, obsidian, iron, steel or bronze. The most common design for hunting or combat spears since ancient times has incorporated a metal spearhead shaped like a barbed triangle, lozenge or leaf. The heads of fishing spears usually feature barbs or serrated edges. Spears can be divided into two broad categories: those designed for thrusting and those designed for throwing. Spears used primarily for thrusting may be used with either one or two hands and tend to have heavier and sturdier designs than those intended exclusively for throwing. Those designed for throwing, often referred to as javelins, tend to be lighter and have a more streamlined head, and they may be thrown either by hand or with the assistance of a spear thrower such as the atlatl or woomera. From the atlatl dart, the arrow for use with bows eventually developed.
Stage 1 At this level the student is merely a novice at using the spear. Through training they are able to perform fast strikes and flowing movements, which can help them take on one or many opponents from a distance. The student must remember to watch their back, however, as the spear style often leaves it completely open. For training the student must practice the basic circling and thrusting movements with their spear while wearing weights in knee-deep water, in order to build up the strength necessary to defeat an opponent.
Lieying Quanda Rank: E Description: Build up a little ki into your spear and arms. Hold the spear in both hands, keeping it level with the ground. When you are ready thrust the spear forward fast, the ki you put into it travels through your arms, the shaft and the head to your opponent, making the attack stronger than a normal attack.
Diqiu She Rank: E Description: Planting your heel into the earth you hold your spear straight out from your body. You make one spin on your heel until you are facing the direction you initiated the skill with. Though not meant to do much damage wise but is effective in getting your opponent(s) at a distance that you want them to be.
Richu Rank: D Description: Flipping your spear around use the heavy end of the spear to increase the power of an upwards thrust with the blunt-end of the pole. This should send your opponent into the air to be at mercy from attacks from below such as Xiezi.
Stage 2 This stage teaches the student the power and versatility of the spear in actual combat. Training is done simply by forcing the student into a basic fighting scenarios, and is best learned in the training room where multiple nameless enemies can be simulated. Whether the enemies be real of simulated the student must use their spear, and only their spear, to defend themselves, pushing them to get creative and utilize their spear more as a weapon.
Hudie Rank: D Description: While running you spin your spear from either side of you, covering you from attacks on either side and ahead of you.
Diyide Da Rank: D Description: Usually used as the initiator of the fight. Charging your opponent hold your spear tightly in your hand. Just as you are about to close range with your opponent stop, placing a little Ki into your feet and your weapon. Thrust the spear forward. You will slide forward a couple more feet and a small energy burst will emanate from the tip of your weapon. This should knock your opponent back, off guard, and/or confuse their sense of distance temporarily. Use this at the beginning of a fight to give you an early advantage. This does C-rank damage.
Dizhen Rank: C Description: Gathering Ki into your spear you stab the end of it into the ground and release the energy into the ground and create a 30 ft shockwave from your position.
Stage 3 After the student has learned the basics of defending against opponents and multiple attackers its finally time for them to master attacking with their spear. This stage focuses on offense and the user is meant to train against moving targets thrown or shot at them. In addition to that the student must train with a weighted, heavy spear (can be found in the supply closet on the Track and Field school area), which improves the students strength while forcing them to rely on careful footing to maneuver around until they can land a proper strike.
Xiezi Rank: C Description: Three quick successive stabs. The movements are so fast that if the first connects, the next two attacks will also connect.
Zuihou Da Rank: C Description: Meant to be the finish of a battle. Rotate your spear so that the head is down and stab it into your opponent’s leg. Drag his leg out from under him, bringing him to one knee. Remove the spear and perform a quick, strong strike to his ribs with the blunt end of your spear, then strike the head with the same force with the head of the spear.
Maotouying Rank: C Description: First send a wave of Ki through your body. Afterwards leap into the air, swing your spear to catch and sweep up an opponent. Release the ki allowing you to remain airborne for a short amount of time while you attack your opponent in the air. You remain airborne for only one post, use it well.
Stage 4 Now that the student is fluent in using the spear they can focus on infusing Ki into their spear strikes to deal greater damage and force. Training is done by setting the student and their weapon up against large boulders. The student practices using their Ki through their weapon to pierce and eventually shatter the boulders.
Long Zhuazi Rank: B Description: This skill begins by swinging the spear completely around your body, getting your opponent(s) within the right range. Without stopping step forward and swing the end of the spear up, launching your opponent into the air. Follow by leaping into the air above your opponent and launching your energy as a wave towards him. Finish by diving at the opponent, forcing him back to earth.
Canren Chengfa Rank: B Description: Swing your spear down aiming for your opponent’s leg. If it connects dig the head of your spear deep into the flesh and force him down. The pain should be excruciating enough to keep him from moving. Move to his side, removing your spear from his leg, then rotate the spear to the center of your opponents body and swing it forward, propelling him away from you. Your opponent should barely have any use of that leg.
Liuxing Rank: B Description: While running or using one of the running techniques stab the head of your spear into the ground. Use your momentum to take you up off the ground and into the air, pulling the spear out of the earth as you ascend. Make one flip to right yourself up then hurl yourself back to the ground, swinging your spear towards your opponent. The added momentum to the swing should cause more damage, or at least knock him off balance.
Stage 5 The student now becomes a master and adapts techniques that seem almost humanly impossible. Training is done braving the Forbidden Jungle and defending themselves against the extremes of what the beast world has to throw at them. In doing so they will take some of that primal experience back with them, and learn when and what is necessary to kill with the spear.
Zhenshi Kuaisu Rank: A Description: Putting some energy into your feet you move a level faster for this post. You hold your spear in a defensive position as you run. Acting like a bulldozer you can run through a group of enemies and defend against most attacks. You cannot attack, and if you are struck, the technique ends.
San Xing Rank: A Description: A three-part attack heavily utilizing Ki. It is initiated by swinging the blunt end of your spear in a feint attack, causing your opponent to retreat slightly. You then stab the spear into the ground and surge ki into it, creating a small burst meant to cause your enemies to lose their balance. Using your spear as an anchor you lift yourself into the air and over your spear. Upon impact surge ki into the ground again, sending a second shock wave through it. Pull the spear from the ground and swing it around in a circle, when you stop release an energy wave through the air to finally knock them down if they haven't fallen already.

Longsword Defiance Style The stance is simple, you hold the broadsword with both hands keeping it slightly lower than your chest and slightly to the left or right This allows for easier movement without affecting a great area. Best used in tight places.
Stage 1 To learn the basics of this stage the student must learn the basic movements and attacks, as well as having some decent power to their attacks, The student must thrust and stab at a dummy continuously in order to move on in this skill, this improves their effectiveness with the sword to a beginner level.
Double Slash Rank: E Description: The most basic of the longsword skills, the user takes their stance as the opponent rushes at them. Waiting for the attack, the user will slash their blade once, tapping on the weapon of the opponent and brushing the attack aside by swinging the blade to the left or right. From this position, the user will take a single step back, swinging their blade in the opposite direction of their first slash in order to counter the enemy attack.
Dual Edged Defense Rank: E Description: As it states it can be a double edged attack since the broadsword is a double edged weapon. You hold the blade over your head slightly but angle it so it points down and quickly ram into the enemy. This is best used right after a dodge to catch them by surprise.
Ol' one Two Rank: E Description: The basic of basics really. It starts off with an upward swing and then take a step forward for a stab.
Stage 2 In this stage the student learns about using tricks and tactics to their advantage, for this they will need a durable and well balanced dummy that is harder to knock over than regular practice dummies. The student will practice their slashing trying to improve on speed, as well as aiming to knock over the dummy or even make it stumble, this will be difficult due to the fact the dummy MUST be at least double the weight what a regular person is. The lesson is done when the student can knock over the dummy with no problem.
Hilt Hit Rank: D Description: A variation of the double slash, the Hilt Hit takes advantage of the fact that the entirety of the sword can be used as a lethal weapon. Upon being attacked, the user will slash down using the blade of the sword, swatting the attack downwards. At this point, the user will take a step forward and bring the sword up, slamming the bottom of the sword against the bottom of the opponent's chin.
Full Commit Rank:C Description: A Speedy offensive move that allows little mistakes. Starts off with a powerful upward slash to either knock the enemy into the air or the enemy's weapon out of their hand. Use both hands with that slash. You immediately swing the sword downwards in a C shape to cut into the side of the enemy.
Crowning Rank: C Description: More of an insult than an actual powerful attack its best used when the enemy is off guard. Starting off from a crouching position you use both hands to keep the blade pointed straight and you lift up with your feet. Thats how you will slash them from under their weapon to knock them over and then take a step forward and drive the sword into their skull.
Heavy Hilt Rank: C Requires: Hilt Hit Description: An improved version of the Hilt Hit skill where you pull away from the enemy and then slam the hilt of the sword pull force into their chest, the impact alone will push a prepared enemy back, but if the enemy is caught of guard they will be sent flying back a couple of feet. This skill is good for a counter.
Stage 3 In this stage the student begins to practice focusing their ki into the sword to help the sword's overall effectiveness, enhancing the speed by helping it cut through the air to to help them pull off more tricky skills and enhancing the sharpness to make the damage it inflicts more lethal. The student will need to practice on a fully grown tree in the jungle, this is due to the fact dummies would get wrecked in this training process. The student will need to slash at the tree multiple times, attempting to do quick and powerful slashes to leave large gashes into the thick tree. Once this is done the student can learn the skills.
Tri-spin Rank C Description: This is a heavy hitting attack that can easily surprise the enemy. The first attack will be to the enemy's legs. You raise your sword and swing it down diagonally to chop at their legs and let yourself spin while you swing so that by the time you make a full spin your sword is also about to swing upward into the enemy's head. As soon as that is done pull the bladed down to slash at his/her side.
Thruster Rank: C Description: Instead of parrying a blow, the user will directly block an attack with their blade, stopping the blow completely. At this point, the user will kick at the opponent's stomach, breaking the standstill from their weapons. The finishing blow...a quick yet powerful thrust to pierce through the opponent's flesh.
Braver Rank: C Description: The user will wait for the attack of the opponent. Instead of taking the attack head on and parrying like the Double Slash skill, the user will leap into the air, dodging the first strike. The user can jump over or to the side of the opponent, regardless the user must be in range for the oncoming strike. Raising their blade in the air, the blade will glint in the light of the hovering moon or sun and come down upon their opponent, slashing downwards to cut through their foe.
Stage 4 This stage is much like the previous one but this time the student has to focus ki to both his sword and parts of their body to increase the efficiency of their weapon and the skills in this stage. To do this the student must be able to distribute their ki perfectly to their arms and legs. The student will then be able to learn the skills for this stage no problem. As stated previously, this stage is much like the previous one. The student must practice on a jungle tree, but this time they must cut a total of five trees down to fully master this stage. They can then learn the skills of this stage.
Sword Flash Rank: C Description: Unlike the natural stance, the user will hold their blade out in front of them, stretching their hand. Maintaining this stance, the user will wait for the oncoming strike from their opponent. The user will use their sword as a ruler, waiting for the opponent's strike to reach the point where the blade and guard meet. At this point, the user will side step to either the left or the right. The opponent by the time that they have reached the guard, will not be able to retract their attack. It is at this point where the user will fluidly flick their wrists, aiming to slash at the neck of their opponent.
Lateral Moon Rank: C Description: This skill is used when an attack comes from above, requiring fast reflexes and versatile movement in order to be carried out effectively. Upon being attacked from above, the user will flip backwards, holding tight the blade in one hand while using the other to push off the ground and back unto their feet. Landing on their feet, the user will dash forward while the enemy is still getting over that their attack just missed. Bringing the blade across your chest, the user will slice into their opponent's chest in one powerful yet graceful slash.
Rough Divine Rank: B Description: One of the few offensive skills of this style, the user will place their free hand across the face of the blade. This will cause the user's energy to travel from within unto the blade itself. Coating the blade in energy, the user will dash forward towards their enemy. Stopping before the enemy, the user will slash upwards, using the momentum of the swing to send them flying into the air higher than they normally could. The energy coating the blade extends roughly two feet from the blade, meaning that the blade does not necessarily have to be touching the opponent in order for the opponent to be sliced in half. This skill has enough force to break through shields of equal rank or lower.
Stage 5 This stage is a total recap of everything the student has learned in this style, they must practice the stages (not the skills) they have learned thus far, this will take time but it is necessary to master them in order to perfect the skills of the stage. The student must practice stage one through four, doing what they have done in the past in order to become a master of the long sword.
Rev roulette Rank: A Description: A lightning quick and powerful attack this is unusual none the less. Starts of by slashing upwards but make sure that you step to the right or left. You then let go of the sword causing it to spin rapidly and slash at the enemy. You make a mad dash as it spins around slashing into the enemy and grip it again for one final downward slash.
Fated Circle Rank A Description: Similar to the Rough Divide, the user will place their hand upon the blade of their sword, transferring their energy unto the blade itself. Once the opponent has come within five meters of the user, or the user charges and is within five meters of his opponent, they will spin their body rapidly in a 360 degrees spin. Letting the blade cut through the air, the user will come to a sudden stop upon making the full spin, releasing a wave of pure energy around them. This wave of energy cuts through all that is five meters of the point of origin. This wave emanates from the blade itself and the wave extends from where the tip of the blade was directed. This means that others can jump over, or even duck under the skill should they be given enough time to do so.
Shall not Surrender Rank: S Description: This combination of attacks is best suited to be done after the enemy barely misses on their close ranged attack. Point the blade downwards but hold it over head just like in Dual Edged Defense but slash upwards as you try to ram the enemy. You raise your leg as you bring it back down onto your enemy to increase the force this slash ends with you in a crouching position. Its not yet done You slash upwards again with FULL force as you rise up making sure that your upward slash starts with the blade in between the legs to slice them in half.
