Direct translation- 'still Plagues,' termed unofficially as 'stunted Plagues' in Panymese. Most commonly referred to Excito Plagues unable to reach later stages due to the disappearance of a Grimm. More often than not grown in mass quantities in a phenomena called 'All Saint's Night,' derived off of the increased tendency for stunted growth around October 31st, when Obscuvans honor their saints at the pique of dusk. More likely evidenced after death of an Anhelo Plague, massive quantities of Putesco essence are found in a mass of the same item. The reason for diversity between items such as difference in personality, gender, and attire are unknown.
