For setting up weather? Not sure. For abusing it? Excadrill, all the way.

Depends on what weather you want.
SandStorm: Ferrothorn, Excalidrill. Landlordus Rain: Ferrothorn, Thunderus, Sun: Simisear?, not many good Gen V fires come to mind... Hail: Ferrothorn, not many good Gen V ices come to mind...

To set up the weather and then abuse it.
What about beartic for hail?
Why ferrothorn for almost every weather condition?

cursedfirefox To set up the weather and then abuse it. What about beartic for hail? Why ferrothorn for almost every weather condition? It is immune to sandstorm because of it´s steel typing... and rain makes it´s x4 weakness to fire just a very manageable x2 weakness...
As for the hail... who the hell knows... maybe, just maybe with leech seed support and leftovers it can work it out while stalling the enemy.
