Tell us your goal here! It can be any amount of words, or anything else you want to accomplish.
I'll start off with my goal for this year:
I want to finish the first major revision of The Wind From Del Damos, my 2nd SuWriMos novel. It's editing, but it's going to involve a lot of writing as well since I've got two whole plot arcs to add into the story.

Hi there!
I'm gonna use this as a chance to continue on my story. My goal should be to complete the chapter I've been struggling with since christmas and at least 2 more chapter's during the summer.

I'll be writing another one-act for the district theatre competition. Last year's won an Excellent. Not bad for my first play, so I have confidence in this one. It's about D&D. Gonna be super-fun. 3nodding
And I want to write at least three new chapters for this story I've been working on. At least one per month. The chapters are short, so I'll be alright there.

I'll be aiming to complete my novel, about 25 chapters in total. Hoping to manage 100K this year.

I've never done this before, my longest piece is a mere 12 pages... when I was 12.
Between mid-June (after finals) and mid-August (family vacation) I want to write a children's story. (Ages 8-12 ish)
I've been re-reading some kid's classics lately (e.g. The Secret Garden, Journey to the River Sea, the Chrestomanci series) and it has inspired me.
You rarely get the same connection with literature that you had as a child.
But it's so difficult, isn't it? You need a terrific plot and unforgettable characters.

I Am Smartie I've never done this before, my longest piece is a mere 12 pages... when I was 12. You can do it! I had never written a novel before the very first SuWriMos back in 2005. I made it to 75k words. Before that, my stories averaged about 3k words each (12 pages, give or take).

I had never written a novel before the very first SuWriMos back in 2005. I made it to 75k words. Before that, my stories averaged about 3k words each (12 pages, give or take). I attempted NaNo in November, but I only got to 4000 words, heh. To be honest, November is always a busy time for me. But I won't be doing anything else this summer.

I'm going to be in Alaska working my a** off this summer. I'll be lucky to get 20k in.
How about this? My goal is to write 10k more in Craft. My best friend has been begging me to write more in it. I'll do it for her.
This is sad what I have been reduced to. Oh well.

This summer will be a horribly busy one for me, but I'll be damned if I let it ruin any writing mojo I might have working. So, I guess I'll start with a nice 50k, and see where we go from there. ninja
I have a vacation with my mum in June, which she wants to spend doing nothing. And since it's just me and her, I'm sure I'll be able to get in a good few days of pure writing time. >D

Hoping to finish the novel I started two NaNos ago, and get some headway on another project I'm collabing with a friend of mine. Not sure how many k it is, guess I can start with 50, see where it goes from there.

I'm going to aim for 30k words... which I know isn't a lot, but it'll be more than I've ever written for one story. I figure I should start off with a goal that's modest and realistic while still being challenging.
