So says Jon Bon Jovi. Article

I seem to be on the fence with Jon. I agree with him to some degree but alot of it has to do with the quality of the album. I cannot tell you how many times i'm put my faith into buying an album, only to discover that the single was the best song on the album. The rest would be garbage.

I've personally had that a couple times with Bon Jovi themselves; but i'll continue buying their albums only because i'm a die-hard fan. Personally, i've never listened to the Have a Nice Day album in its entirety more than twice. And I found the Crush album to be horrifically boring. Even The Circle had to grow on me (although I do enjoy it alot now).

So Jon, to some degree you are correct. But there is always another side the the coin. And you and your fellow artist buddies need to start producing more than a couple fancy tunes. Give me a Pink Floyd album.
