Here I will be compiling a list of items I have found on the net for anyone who is serious about gaining weight.

I made this shake with one of your powders listed, turned out to be pretty tasty!
2 Can Sweetened Evaporated Milk 1 Bar of Cream Cheese 8 oz. 1/4 cup Oil (Coconut is best for an extreme gain) 1/2 Gallon Ice Cream (Häagen-Dazs Chocolate Peanut Butter is my choice) 1/2 Cup sugar 2 cups of Russian Bear 5000 Chocolate Gain Powder vanilla (vanilla extract at best) Half a Box of Brownie mix
Blend it all together, having softened the cream cheese and melted the oil sticks if using coconut oil. Toss it in the fridge for a bit to chill and enjoy!
Now for the gain powder to work the best, drink this right before bed or after the last time you plan on moving a lot. Drink it and be lazy the rest of the day, move as little as possible.
