Zephyr traveled atop buildings, taking care to keep himself hidden from sight from any civilians or law enforcement officers. He landed atop a certain building before jumping directly down -- landing on his balcony, slightly jarring the young woman in his arms. "Sorry," he said brusquely, not out of rudeness, and stepped forward to pull open the doors.

Going through the front, and particularly the lobby of the building would have drawn far too much attention and questions that Zephyr had no desire to answer. But he wouldn't feel assured until they were inside, and the doors locked.

Once inside, he knelled, gently settling the guardian cat onto his couch. He effortlessly switched from his powered form to his civilian form, nodding to the guardian cat to do the same. Could they..? Either way, it would become dangerous if they maintained their power state. As it was, Senri didn't have much experience with guardian cats, save for one that awakened him who disappeared shortly after. He continued to kneel, his gloved hands bring up Cora's bare foot to observe the damage inflicted. "You're still a child, aren't you? To recklessly run around in a form with such a powerful energy signature?" His words held a faint note of derision, but rest assured, Senri most likely treated everyone similarly.

It wasn't his original intention to bring her to his home but Senri found it easier to bring her here than to leave her.

Cora had been quiet for the whole time senshi of the wind had carried her in his home. She didn't want to disturb him as he seemed to concentrate hard to keep themselves hidden and taking care of her being comfortably in his arms even though the trip would not be as comfortable as it could be.

There was also another reason why she was quiet. She was studying. His energy signature, his senshi name and rank. His way to move, to jump from roof to roof. His way to hold her. In her mind, she picked up details and came into conclusion. A conclusion that was close to the concept of (maybe stories Ainsley had been reading her had a little influence of this) little like a prince. Not necessarily a prince who would radiate the light all around him but a prince nonetheless. He was so graceful, so tender when holding her. Maybe he actually shared a prince's soul.

She startled a little bit when he landed on the balcony. "It's alright," she said quietly, rising her gaze to look at him. Rosy eyes watched him as he moved towards the couch. She watched him as her fragile body slid on the couch, next to him before he knelt down to examine her foot which seemed to be okay. She found herself feeling a hint of disappointment that she couldn't be in his arms anymore but she was he hadn't gone far. She felt her heart beating fast, faster than it had beaten ever before. A little tint of rosy blush appeared on her cheeks.

She didn't have time to recognize those strange symptoms however. Senri's scolding words got her off-guard which after her eyes turned to look at her features. A blush on her cheeks that may have been a sign of something sweet turned into blush of shame when she realized her still being in her human form, shining like a beacon in his living room.

"I'm so sorry."

A bare foot that he had been examining escaped from between his hands and turned into a cream colored paw. Soon Senri found a young, a decorate capelet wearing turkish van cat from his couch, widgeting nervously as she sat there quietly. She was avoiding his gaze.

"I'm still new at this," the cat said and broke the awkward silence. She sounded like a little apologizing child that had been got caught of doing something forbidden. "I haven't met many senshi yet, I have little experience of battles. I didn't even knew I had this form until this night when we entered into...." Suddenly, her whole froze. She rose her gaze a bit, staring into the distance now. The look on her eyes was... somewhat empty. So was her voice when she continued. "... the Elysium."

Her eyes saddened and showed fear as memories of the night's events found their way into little guardian cat's mind. So much blood. So much violence. So much chaos. A teal-haired General-Queen choking Hypnos.

A teal-haired General-Queen choking Hypnos.

The cat made a little helpless meow sound and turned her frightened gaze down. Her little body was shaking. A light brown tail - that resembled a bottle brush a little - curled around, almost like in hugging manner.

"I'm sorry, Zephyr! I was too weak..." she finally whispered.

Elysium, huh? Senri had some experience with that particular area, although he recalled being a landing pad. Needless to say, that didn't go over well.

Ahh, what was Senri to do now? He really was at a loss. He didn't exactly meet the standard ideals as a senshi.

Cora's admission had Senri's mouth curving into a smile but the smile didn't reach his eyes. Rather, his mouth curved into a callous smile, aware that the nicer option would be to comfort her but the male wasn't that nice. "Should I say that it'll be all right?" Senri replied with silken words, brushing Cora's feline hair back. "Or should I just tell you want you want to hear?" Senri, with a woman, could have easily gone with false words. But Senri, as Zephyr, had no need or desire to deceive others. "Regardless of what I say, when it comes down to it, we're in a war. Tell me.. what do you hope to accomplish by apologizing to me?" After all, Senri wasn't in a position that Cora had to answer to. "But if that relieves your guilt, go ahead."

He didn't know what had happened in Elysium to scare the feline, but Senri knew that her current state wouldn't help her.

After finishing with Cora's first aid, Senri dropped onto the couch with a tired sigh. "Either way, calm down." He reigned himself in, knowing that Cora would break down if he went too far. In response to her shivering manner, Senri pulled off his jacket and wrapped the feline in the dark cloth. He didn't pressure her to look up, but merely let her go her own way at her own pace.

He leaned back against his couch, closing his eyes briefly. "A guardian cat's job is to wake up senshi, right?" Not that Senri agreed with that certain sentiment, but he wouldn't hold one guardian cat's acts against Cora. "And a senshi's job is to fight. If you think that you're responsible for something, it isn't your fault."

"So stop worrying for now. If you still feel unsatisfied, start to learn what you can do, little by little. Nobody expects you to be perfect."

Cora didn't want to hear false words. She didn't want Senri to tell her everything being all right. Because it wouldn't. No matter how much she disliked it, her peaceful days were over and she had been thrown in the middle of the war againgst her will. There might be better days and nights than this but she knew she could never go back to live a life she had lived before.

But she was worried. Worried of the hit Zephyr had got in fight with the negaverse lieutenant that had attacked her. She was worried he would be angry to her, for the all trouble she had caused. Why he would had sighed so in tired manner if he wouldn't be angry to her?

She was about to break down and cry again, feeling guilty of what happened when suddenly she was pulled up and wrapped in a warm, dark cloth. She let out a surprised sound that sounded like a mix of mew and a cute growl. "Grr-meow?"

The feline looked up. He didn't look very angry after all. She listened his words, pressing her head againgst him. It was somehow a big deal to her that he was not upset towards her. "Thank you for not being angry to me," she said with purring voice and stroked lightly side of her head on his lower chest. "Thank you for bringing me here. Thank you for saving my life." She was purring loud now, clearly happier and more relaxed than a moment ago.

Suddenly she stopped her cheek nudging. Cora rose her head to meet his face, fuschia-colored eyes looking at him somewhat determited.

"You, my mister, deserve a reward."

"No need for thanks." Senri wasn't comfortable with all the heroic praise. He wasn't used to playing the hero. There were people in the word who had no desire to play the villain or hero -- they were just looking out for their own self-interest. Senri was one of them.

So even if he had saved the cat, it certainly wasn't with good intentions.

But when the cat spoke of a reward, Senri looked down at her with a mildly interested glance. "A reward?" Senri looked rather doubtful, looking off to the side for a moment reliving some memories. The last time that he had gotten 'rewarded' from a cat involved a henshin pen and a life-altering event. It couldn't exactly be called a reward, could it? Judging from the rather pitiful yet annoyed glance on his face, it really wasn't. And thanks to that event, Senri was now wary of cats. The model was even more wary of those who could talk and had stars on their foreheads. Yet, what was he doing with one here in his apartment?

And here he was forced to think if he was in the right frame of his mind.

Could it really get any worse?

"Why not?" Looking at the cat, Senri was doubtful that it could become any worse. "It might be interesting." And besides, it didn't look like the cat planned to back down soon. Although it might have been fun to have her try to convince him as well.

Cora was too happy to notice Senri's uncomfortable feelings. However, when she noticed his reaction to her suggestion of reward, her ears flattened down a bit and her purr's volume toned down as well. Did he.... not like the idea? Clearly, the reaction wasn't very positive. He wasn't smiling. Rather, he looked annoyed, like something would bothering him.

"You're still angry, aren't you?" she muttered quietly, lowering her gaze on his chest for a moment. Her fluffy tail swung from side to side few times before she looked at him again, trying to act like she had been a moment ago.

"Allright then if you really want so," the cat said with a nod. Senri could feel the light pressure of her tiny cat paws on his chest as she stepped out under her jacket and finally settled down so that her head was pressed againgst the spot which was closest to the point where his starseed was.

The cat closed her eyes. Her star sign glimmered lightly as she focused on his starseed.... No, he wasn't ready for the super level yet. Plan A, not working. But what was plan B?

"Hmm...." Cora hummed after a moment, an idea finally formed in her mind. "If you want.... We could visit Zephyr together. Learn more of your past?"

The cat's head tilted a little as she waited for the answer curiously and hoping he would like the idea.

"Hm? If I was angry, you wouldn't have to ask." Senri deliberately smiled, seeing the cat would be discomfited otherwise. But no, Senri really wasn't angry. He didn't blame one cat for the actions of another, petting the cream-colored cat to reassure her.

The untoward suggestion caused a flicker of discomposure within the male. Should he humor her? Scientists had deemed most planets inhabitable -- unfit for any form of human life since long ago. It was common sense, nothing that caused him to question the fact, until now. It was already ridiculous for him to be a senshi.. much less a senshi with a past life and planet.

"All right then kitty. Perform your magic tricks." Would there be illusions? Or made-up facts that hoped to turn him over to the side of Queen Serenity? Either way, would it make a difference? He let the back of his fingers brush against Cora's fur, willing to tolerate whatever Cora had in mind. But one had to pardon him for the lack of faith in the guardian cat's words. Senri considered himself open-minded but he crossed the line at foolishness.
