So uneventful.
So dreadfully uneventful.
What a terribly, horribly uneventful day.
Since leaving the company of a rather amusing duo before the day had begun, in a time when the lands were still quiet and the sun hadn't yet stirred beneath the surface of the distant horizon, Fuuenken hadn't seen a soul.
Which was perturbing to him really.
Given that the savanna was often so teaming with life that the feisty redhead could barely choose between those available for him to encounter. Who would he meet today? What would he learn? And how would he convince them that if they didn't allow him to entertain them for a while he would surely shrivel up and become an empty, useless husk. Okay, so perhaps that was a bit melodramatic, but on occasion a little melodrama was required to see that he was permitted the company of others. The ones who weren't exactly thrilled with his presence, those always turned out to be the most rewarding.
However, there didn't seem to be any concern of that today. On a tragic day of unrelenting solitude. Fuuen'll be lucky to find anyone...
Muttering grimly, mismatched hues of green and blue drifted towards the sky or what could be seen of it through the canopy overhead. The shafts of light were growing dimmer, but there was still enough time to find someone before nightfall. Hopefully.
