The Wrath of Valtiel is a violent creature very similar to the Red Pyramid, it expresses itself as an executioner of sorts, because of it being a part of Ian's desire for revenge, the creature is drawn to his strange transformation. When Ian's aggression reaches to the point where the Seal of Metatron forms on his head, and his hair and eyes turn blood red, this creature can come. Ian's "rebirth" in the intentions of the cult plays in the favor of their desires to use his tainted blood to birth the God.
