Since the original idea was to remove the hollow powers from the Vizard once the Sephira arc was done and over with, that will have to happen in between the time skip. Since I don't want to simply say it happened, I wanted to make a reason. I'll post it here so you can yell at me as you see fit. Quote: Instead of physically removing the inner Hollow, Hei will subjugate them completely using a "drug" that's in energy form and synthesized from his Seigenshi that is directly "injected" into the Vizard's soul. The Vizard will only receive an "injection" specifically made for them. Once injected with the drug, it will target the Reiryoku trace of their Hollow and seal it away permanently, leaving it unable to be recalled or even spoken to. This will not be something that can be merely reversed or undone except using the Hogyoku on them again, or having Aurelius undo it. Not saying anyone will be able to do that, just saying that's how it is. It's "similar" to the Shiki Fūjin in that the Hollow is sealed into the Vizard's soul instead of simply being subjugated by the host Shinigami. The Vizard will still technically be a Vizard since they still technically have the powers, but because they can no longer access or even feel them, they're considered Shinigami again. =D

The "drug" will be calibrated to target their Hollow's Reiryoku and nothing else. If this was not done, all of their abilities would be sealed away permanently and they'd be reduced to mere human souls.

Just for the sake of disagreeing and not really liking the fact that a MERE drug can seal the Hollow away... if that were the case, then couldn't it be used on an Arrancar to seal the hollow/Shinigami in them and turn them back into Human soul or perhaps make them Shinigami, since they are Hollow's with Shinigami powers...? So then there was no need for the entire Sephira arc... xd

I know that the Hogyoku was Shinigami made, but why didn't Urahara just make create another one and reverse the process on the Vizards in the series, so that they wouldn't have to have been banished? I mean, it is Urahara, and he did take down Godh4x Aizen by himself basically by using a Kido he developed to seal him away. . .

First and foremost, it's not a mere drug. It's a drug-like energy synthesized from Hei's power. This allows it to selectively seal away a certain power, rather than simply seal everything away like what happens when you stand inside a cloud of Hei's Seigenshi. It's an extremely complex substance, and to compare it to a "mere drug" is like comparing the human circulatory system to a squirt gun.
Secondly, it has to be calibrated for each Vizard individually in order to allow for a permanent shut down. If not, it would wear off when Hei seals his Zanpakuto, and also as mentioned above it would shut everything down. So yes, had the Sephira been kind enough to sit through three or four months of experimentation, then you're right, the Sephira arc would have been pointless. However, considering the likes of Sakuya and Zenos would sooner claw-rape Hei's face than let him experiment on them, what you're saying is silly.
A "reiryoku identification device" is grossly oversimplifying the method of doing so. Have you ever had surgery? The doctors have to get your height, weight, medicines, blood pressure, etc etc before they can administer sedatives because without the exact amount, you could either wake up during or die shortly after it's given. It's not as simple as waving a fancy device in their direction; it's a complicated process.
Not to mention he can't just throw them at them; it's an energy, not a liquid or a gas, or really even a solid. They'd have to be strapped into a machine in order to have it pumped into them. Or perform a satanic ritual of sorts. Either way.
I'm going with machine.

The best he could do was help with the Hollowfication process by using his own, not reverse it. The Hogyoku was never complete until Aizen fed Urahara's Hogyoku to his own, birthing the one embedded inside his chest. Hei's is perfectly complete, and not the same as the others, otherwise it would "grant wishes" like Aizen's.

Well, you never stated any of the things that you just stated, Taigaa... How was I to know that EVERYTHING is going to be revolved around Hei fixing the mess HE created... =__= *exhausted sarcasm*
Anyways, you didn't say machine, but medicine; see you keep switching it up like a dog circling to poop. You can't find that spot, so you're circling around 926829π times looking for that spot until you can hold it any longer you and just dumb it where you're at; while holding your back end off the ground with your front feet. :ROFL: I'm totally making fun of a dog I have at work right now, but that's just me picking on a defenseless animal.
Anyways, like usual, I don't have a say in the matter since BOTH you and Anna have to gang up on what I said and tear it apart. So I guess I should not even bother anymore.

That's because I was briefly running it by you guys so you'd know, not so you'd say silly things. A more in-depth version of it's effects would come in the form of the arc summary. :'D
Uh... how exactly did you expect an energy to be pushed into a person's soul; a hypodermic needle? Don't insult me by insinuating I'm changing my mind every few seconds. I never once mentioned the method, so it's not like I changed my mind. Not even sure where you got that from... I even said " "injection" " clearly alluding to the fact that it's not an actual shot. >.>
And like usual, I'll say what I always say; everyone has a say in it, but if anyone says something stupid, I'm going to tear that s**t up. I do it to Dante almost every week, I've done it to Taitei; I do it to anyone who says something foolish. It's not just you so please don't try to make yourself out to be the victim. Well, if you're thinking I'm making myself out to be the victim; you're arrogant in thinking you have that much power over me. I'm just tired of everything revolving around certain RPCs. It's bogus. No one every gets a chance for their RPC to get mini arc, or even get to have a fart mentioned. I'm in a weird awkward augmentative mood at the moment, so now is not the time to start. So, in the most respectful way I can say this -- I do not agree with Hei being Jesus Christ and healing everyone's Vizard epidemic, and I don't think the H1N1 Hei plasma infused injectable should be what does it in for the Inner Hollows... I mean, they're supposed to be pretty powerful and crap... gonk After all, the Shinigami HAD to have them in order to take my Seireitei... supposedly. <_<

I'm sorry that you feel that way, but with an overwhelming majority of 8 to 1, that closes the matter. I'm not changing anything just for you, especially if you aren't going to be nice about it.
