Mizari grew up like any normal Shinobi. She had both her parents, loving and doting, and she had many friends. The over all environment for her was a good one, warm and filled with much opportunity. It is a mystery to those who are close to her why she ended up delving in the darker sides of the village, something she doesnt really share with many others. To add insult to injury she has become the newly appointed Mizukage of the Mist after many years of unrest in the village. Her hope is to get it back to its former glory and unification.

There isn't really any vast amount of words that can summarize Mizari. She is all over the place. Her emotions get the better of her so she can either range from extremely happy to extremely upset. It doesn't necessarily mean she has a temper it just means she has a knack for throwing it all out there and telling you exactly how she is feeling. Why keep it inside and be the only one to suffer, is how she would think. Despite her zealous way of life, Mizari is a very rational person and will not plunge into difficult situations without at least having some sort of safety net. Those who grew up with her would tell you that she is manipulative and despite the blond hair she is cunning to boot. Always smiling, Mizari can don the carefree attitude all day but it's those unemotional set of eyes that have won over her nickname as the Ice Queen. Mizari grew up during a time when Mist was not at it's greatest and her backbone is thick. There isn't anything she can't handle.
