The land covered in desert even the villages walkways are sand. the Village entrance can be entered from above but the kage has a special seal in place that notifies him of aerial assault's. the entrance is two large blockades of giant rock side with a very narrow entrance. The only way in is guarded by two Jounin level nin and is watched carefully.
