Hello, I've been thinking about buying Lucky Star on DVD online and I found volumes from 1 to 6 and I was wondering how many episodes are there throughout the series. I should also add that I've only watched up to episode 7, so I doubt I'm near the final episode.

Yosh! If you've not seen the entire LS series yet though you might not want to watch the OVA just in case it spoils (I don't know if it will but some peeps get a lil' upset saying "you spoiled it for meh!!! gonk ")
The OVA is like... An EXTRA SPECIAL episode of Lucky Star! *o*
If you want a link to it though i'll send it to you.

Sorry sweatdrop It's Original Video Animation. "OVA's are episodes produced exclusively for video release, though they usually air on television a few months later. Most anime shows are released for television first (in Japan) and then released on DVD later, but OVA's are the reverse. OVA's often contain special extra episodes, marketed to fans who may have seen an entire series but are hungry for more." <-- Copied it from YahooAnswers 'cause i'm too lazy to write it myself. xd

What I kinda meant was that I understood what you said a OVA basicly was in your first post, but thank you for your better explanation in your second one.
I was also wondering, I noticed that one of the characters in your sig looked like one of Gaia's items and wanted to know which anime is she from.

All the characters in my sig are from Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt and yes, Gaia did make a Panty and Stocking anime item and even a Kneesocks item! (which is one of the demons name in meh sig) By the way, the anime is reallllllllllly sexy rude amongst other things... o///o
