 (( This is to be a very short rp for Izzy to find friends and stuff. Anyone can join but possible mates is preferred))
It was a bright sunny afternoon and Izzy flew through the trees lazily. She enjoyed the feeling of the breeze pass her face and slip through her wings. All in all, she was very content with life but she had noticed that lately, she hadn't been smiling near as often as she had used to.
At first she thought it might just be because she was around her family so much. But after she left them to find her own way, she started smiling even less. Sometimes she tried to force a smile, but that just made her feel worse.
Still, she was determined to smile again. Thus her quest to find her smile began.

 He lazily winged his way through the sky, his blue wings catching the air currents kept him above the trees. Yota looked around the sky and down at the trees. He really didn't want to run into a Daeva, they scared him just as much as some of the foxes.
The trees looked inviting as he winged down to take in the shade they provided. He pulled in his wings and landed on one of the larger branches. Settling down with his front paws hanging over, Yota thought he caught sight of someone flying through the trees. Unsure of what or who it was, he pulled his wings in closer against his back and waited before saying anything.

 Meris rubbed the bridge of his nose again and sighed. He was supposed to meet up with Arcana, something about the gypsy girl wanting to read his fortune again and had gotten lost. It wasn’t his fault the girl didn’t have the sense of where to pick meeting spots. Luckily he was a patient phim and could wait to find her. Mostly just to avoid the sad eyes she would give if he blew her off.
He spotted a white phim a bit off in the distance and thought it might be her only, as he got closer he noticed that the coloring was a bit off. This phim had pink and black versus the purple and lighter purple that Arcana sported. In fact she looked a bit familiar but he had been dragged around to meet lots of foxes the last few days that they where all starting to blend together. Oh great just what he needed a Memory lapse.
“Hey… You... Miss” he called out. Maybe she would know where this swamp like meeting place Arcana had picked was or he could just use it as an excuse to say “Hey I went and socialized and that’s why I’m late” never hut to try both.

At some point in her flying, Izzy had zoned out and began ignoring everything except dodging the trees in front of her. It was quite a shock when she blinked and realized that one; there was a blue and black male hiding in a tree close to her and two; there was multi-shaded purple male who's name currently escaped her that was talking to her.
The white, black, and pink phim skidded to a halt in her flying.... But since she was now focusing on the two phims around her, she had forgotten to focus on her flying... and skidded right into a tree.
She hit the tree with a thud and fell about a foot before she shook her head and the dizziness cleared.
Gracefull, Izzy, very gracefull she said to herself as she rolled her eyes. She looked back to the two males and blushed, completely embarrassed.
"Uh... Hi." She said to both of them.

Yota watched as the female phim crashed a little. He jumped down, still cautious, he moved towards her. "Are you alright?" A glance upwards, brought the other male to his attention. The way he had called out to her, made the blue and black phim wonder if she was being stalked or chased.

 "Geez, can't a guy get any sleep around here?" The somewhat slurred grumble came from the tree the blue Phim had just vacated. It was quite understandable that the fox to whom the voice belonged would have gone unnoticed; like most fish his colors would blend with the light from above if anyone looked up. As he uncoiled from a nest of leafy branches a magenta paw came into view, followed by the tip of a sky-blue horn. Equally blue eyes followed the horn, set in a plum-colored mask on an otherwise white face.
The Daeva, known as Deimos, yawned widely and looked down at the assembly with bored eyes. Phims didn't bother him all that much; he had grandmothers from both sides of the family that were Phims. No, most of his concern was that he was woken from a very nice nap.
Now that he was away though he saw no reason why he couldn't poke around a bit. Deimos was a bit self-absorbed, which got him into trouble with his own kind more often than not. It was hard to find proper devotees when they kept trying to n** him!
He wiggled a bit, and now half his body was freed from his nest. His wings now came into view, starry-patterned and tipped with claws the same colors as his horn.

Meris really hadn’t meant to take her concentration away while she was flying but he did wonder why she zoned out, especially in this terrain you wanted to pay attention to the sounds around you then letting your mind wander. None the less he made a slightly pained face when she went into the tree. Oh was he going to have to apologize especially since she slid down the tree some too.
‘It was then he noticed another phim in the area. He looked familiar but then again Meris normally counted on Arcana or Xi lan to remember most of the foxes he met. He tensed as a daeva made its self known. It didn’t look familiar and wasn’t black, dark blue or purple in some way so he doubt it was sent by his oh so lovely grandfather. No just another young or maybe older Daeva in the area. He looked wearily at it before deciding there where better things than to get worked up.
“hi back” he replied tilting his head to the side and looking over for any injuries the tree might have caused. "I guess.... sorry about that"

Izzy turned to the black and blue phim that had spoken first and smiled at him. He seemed to be a bit timid, which wasn't unusual for their species, but kind. "Yes," Izzy said with a bright laugh. "I'm fine. Thank you for your concern though."
She then turned to the other 'phim, the more purple one, and graced him with a smile as well. "It's not your fault, no need to apologize." Izzy chuckled and rubber her head lightly with a paw. "I have a bad habit of zoning out sometimes when I fly."
The female 'phim was about to engage in conversation with the two others of her kind when she heard the grumble that came from a nearby tree. She looked over to see a 'Daeva half emerged from what appeared to be a nest. Unable to help herself, Izzy started at the being with a mix of curiosity and uncertainty. "My apologies good Sir. We did not mean to disturb your slumber." Her words were, of course, sincere and gentle, just like almost everything about her.

Deimos tilted his head, regarding the gathering of Modiphims. "Being called sir makes me feel old," he rumbled. "Just call me Deimos." The respect thing wasn't really an issue to him; in Dei's mind, everyone was awed and respectful to him. Even those hurling little witty, sarcastic barbs around were eaten up with envy!
For the moment, though, he pulled away from his introspection to give his "guests" some observation. Dei had grandmothers on both sides of his family that were Phims, but he'd never seen one in person. He knew his mom was about a 50/50 of her parents, so it argued for his grandma being a looker.
The female had perhaps the simplest patterns of them all, just a white coat with black and pink feet, tail, and wings. Dei found himself admiring the effectiveness of the simplicity, how it highlighted her long legs, her curly mane framing her delicate face, and the wings adding enough color so she didn't make you blind staring at her.
The males didn't give off nearly such an impression of long, delicate limbs, but that was most likely a gender thing. The first he noticed was blue and black. Excellent colors, meshed very well. The patterns were a bit too confused and erratic for Dei's personal tastes, but he was sure any feathers the male shed would be quite lovely.
The second male, Dei believed, was probably heckled by the occasional bold bird try to snatch a feather to line its nest. The bright against dark made a nice glowing effect, and were Dei the type to get jealous he just might have been. (But, of course, he wasn't.) The male was black and varying shades of purple (also excellent colors), with patterns still a bit too erratic but perhaps a tad bit more organized.
Dei wiggled the rest of the way out of his nest. If he had to guess he would say he was the largest fox in the gathering, but since he was in a tree the height didn't matter. His eyes traveled over the trio again. "So, you got names," he asked.

Deimos huh, well then he definitely wasn't any one his grandfather was associated with. Xi lan and Meris tended to keep track of all the names of foxes related to their grandfather. It was also probably around the same age as him from the way it talked and responded to Sir. He looked powerful and would probably be fun to fight if Meris had the urge to do something. At the current moment he just wanted directions towards that stupid swamp and out of this much company.
He turned back towards the vixen.... Izzi. No that wasnt right it was something close. Perhaps he would stop relying on Arcana when he needed something remembered. His face schooled neutral at the comment that she zoned out a lot and his brain betrayed him with scenes similar to today. If that was the case she was probably an expert at crash landing by now. "If... if you are certain" He replied.
Then of course his attention was back on the daeva. It wanted to know his name. Meris hardly gave his name out to members of his own species. He didnt like any one knowing anything about him more than necessary. However the Daeva screamed pride and if Meris truly did not want to start a fight it was best to crush down his irritation and hand over his name. "Meris." he answered finally.

Yota watched with concern in his eyes as the vixen touched her head. It didn't seem to hurt, but one could never really know in head crashes. "I am pleased you are not hurt."
The female phim seemed to be okay with the other male there, so he must not of been chasing her. It soothed his mind with that. He didn't know many phims that would chase another into a tree.
He turned to see who she was talking to and shivered inside. It had to be a Daeva with those wings. He personally hadn't seen on up close, but now it was happening. Deimos seemed to be waiting for them all to answer his question, maybe he could be like Meris and just state his name. His tail flicked, it wasn't like him. Softly, "Yota."

The female 'phim turned to the black and purple 'phim and nodded, enthusiastically. "I am indeed." Then she turned back to the black and blue 'phim. "Me too. That would be rather unfortunate if I was. I wouldn't be able to properly introduce myself."
The female 'phim smiled to each of the three males in turn as they stated their names. "Deimos then. It's a pleasure to meet you. I must say, I've never encountered a 'Daeva before." She gracefully fluttered over onto a nearby branch to give her wings a rest from flying. "It's a pleasure to meet you as well Yota. And I believe I've met you before Meris but I am glad to encounter you again."
Izzy tossed her hair from her face and her smile widened. "I'm Izzy." She looked at all of them with her bright pink eyes, looking for reactions to see if friendship was possible with all of them.

For a moment Dei looked like nothing more than a large cat, the way he held himself. "Of course it's a pleasure to meet me," he stated, as though suggesting anything else would be entirely incorrect. The way he was now, you could almost expect him to start washing a paw and maybe even purr a little.
Despite the impudence his sky-colored eyes were quite friendly, maybe even humorous. Dei's main flaw was his self-aborbed personality, how he tended not to care about the things he did or said affecting others but only that they were what he wanted to say. Otherwise he was actually quite a social fellow. Trouble was, almost everyone he met looked at him like he was insane or they wanted to harm him in some physical fashion. Silly creatures, like they could harm him!

Ah so he was right with his assumptions that he looked familiar. Who would have ever thought he would run into some one again that he had met on one of Arcana’s field trips. “Hmm that’s right your name was izzy. Well it’s a pleasure to meet you again Izzy” Meris let out a small smile. There he was civil, it was supposed to be how to act again right?
Then the daeva caught his attention again. He inwardly suppressed a groan, he was definitely the type of daeva Meris would try to steer away from. Those that thought highly of themselves, well at least this one looked like he might be slightly more agreeable. Meris could try being civil, after all he was half daeva himself.
So Yota, Demios and Izzy, hmm apparently he was closer remembering her name that he thought he was. They where all interesting names, however he had hardly any room to talk with a name like meris.
