Bio: He was born in Germany hence his last name, his family was one of the original 2 quincy tribes, at the age of 6 he began his arduous quincy training and at age 8 had become a master of basic quincy techniques like Hirenkyaku, at that same age he began training with his Sanrei Glove and at age 12 fully mastered it and the advanced quincy techniques that were handed down to him, that same year his family was killed by a hollow invasion, he was able to survive by unlocking HIS final form of the quincy bow, afterwards he spent the rest of his years training and perfecting his abilities even going as far as creating some new ones... thus gaining his status as quincy genius.

#1 Raiton (Lightning Release): Lestat fires several hundred arrows at high speeds at the air, which then become charged with Natural lightning and rain down on his opponents, the quantity of arrows can be controlled and the direction of them as well, however the more the arrows the harder they are to control
#2 Trueno del Diablo (Devil's Bolt): Utilizing his bows abilities to the fullest Lestat charges an arrow with an exceedingly high amount of electricity and then fires it at an alarming speed, the arrow itself becomes lightning instead of retaining its natural form, as it goes towards it target it rotates generating even more power, the instant it comes in contact with a solid surface it creates a large explosion. Lestat is also able to control the trajectory of the arrow.
#3 Rapid Fire Lightning: Lestat's bow glows a bright blue color and fires a massive amount of arrows (lightning infused of course) these arrows however are weaker than his regular arrows, this technique is used to overwhelm an opponent by number and not by force.
Final Form Information: This was accomplished the day that his family was wiped out, it is the Manifestation of his anger and it translates into a change of his Bow, he can now collect reishi and spirit particles a lot faster and it also adds more power to his attacks.......

Abilities:
Hirenkyaku: is analogous to the Shinigami Flash Steps or the Arrancar Sonído, the Quincy Hirenkyaku allows the user to move quickly over short distances.
Ransōtengai — this is a high level technique that allows the user to control their body parts using strings of spirit energy controlled by their brain, forming lines or strings out of countless spiritrons. By using this technique, the user can control their body as one would a puppet, allowing them to move freely despite paralysis, broken limbs, or any other force that would impede normal movement.
Heizen: This technique creates a transparent, rectangular beam of energy from silver tubes which slices through the opponent. It is activated by the command "Feel the wrath of battle and accept this sacred chalice - Sacred Bite!"
Gritz:This technique forms a man-sized pentagonal Quincy cross which envelops its target. It is activated by the command "A silver rod strikes the five-fingered stone bed - Quintuple Restraining Frames!"
Wolke: This technique uses a silver tube to create a large blast. While it may not be intended for use as such, Uryū uses it to cushion the impact of a fall. It is activated by the command "Tilt the goblet to the west - Emerald Grail!"
Sprenger: This technique uses five Seele Schneiders to create a pentagon-shaped seal, which when activated causes a massive explosion within its borders. When an object or a person stands within the middle of the Pentagon can the placement of the fifth Seele Schneider trap them by wrapping and binding their legs to the ground with dense spirit particles. The Seele Schneiders function as accumulators, gathering the necessary amount of spirit particles to create the explosion. The liquid inside a silver tube acts as the trigger. The preparations for the technique combined with the charging time for the Seele Schneiders make its use in battle impractical unless the user has a partner that can stall to buy time.
Quincy: Letzt Stil: By removing the artificial repulsion to spiritual energy that the glove placed on them, the Quincy user will experience an abrupt increase in power as their reishi gathering abilities.While in this form, the Quincy will absorb energy from their surroundings at such an alarming rate that they can actually deconstruct spiritual objects, such as buildings in Seireitei. There is however a set-back to this technique, after using it the Quincy will lose all his power.

Description: With this skill, the Quincy’s senses become advanced to the point where they are aware of steps of any kind (Shunpo, Sonido, or Hirenkyaku). While their target may use steps, the Quincy can judge where the step will end, and thus can attack that area before their target gets there. Description: This technique allows the Quincy to utilize spirit particles as a healing agent, curing anything from surface wounds to internal damage. The better the Quincy, the more they can heal.

Spirit Shackles: Lestat posses a very unique Quincy item called spirit shackles, the purpose of the aforementioned is similar to that of the Sanrei Glove, however... it not only restricts reishi gathering and control abilities, it also restricts movement speed and the amount of reiatsu of the user. After removing these shackles his speed would increase x3 and the rate of his reishi and spirit particle gathering would increase as well with his reiatsu also taking on an increase.... He can re-shackle himself after a fight.
Quincy Sword: Lestat, having been born of very high Quincy lineage has inherited what is perhaps one of the rarest items, in terms to a quincy, it is the reishi blade, Lestat wields the blade with great proficiency, enough to hold his own against other sword wielding opponents, in essence the blade is a big Seele Schinder, but upon closer examination it is revealed that it's spirit particle vibration rate far exceeds the limits of the Seele Schiner at least 3x, this allows it to eventually cut other solid items, this based solely on the wielders strength and stamina.....
