Capaz in literal terms means Capable.

Yo capaz practice deportes.

The dark red word means I.

The red word means capable.

The orange word means practicing.

The brown word means sports.

In English you would say it like so.

I am capable of practicing sports.

Not that you would say that.....

Wouldn't it be the infinitive? "To practice?"

Sorry, but your sentence... makes no sense.... 'Puedo practicar los deportes' would be the easiest way of saying that. I don't even think 'practice' is a word in Spanish, as it would be 'practique', which is totally out of place as it isn't present tense, nor is it the Spanish equivalent of 'practicing', which is 'practicando'.
