Water Release: Air Bubble
Requirements: None.
Description: After a single handseal is made, user can carry a bubble the size of his hand, meaning he can carry air for himself or another, which is used once the person breathes in on it, however, it leaves the hand unable to use handseals. Two bubbles can be carried if the user wises to it.

Water Release: Water Trick
Requirements: None.
Description: After forming a few handseals the user concentrates chakra in his hands. The user combines his chakra with oxygen and moisture to produce a small amount of water (A few drops). This technique is devastating while giving a wet willy or even bursting an overfilled water balloon.

Water Release: Hidden in Water Technique
Requirements: Water source to hide in.
Description: The user blends in with water to be undetected by the enemy, similar to the Earth Release: Hidden Among Rocks Technique.This technique is usable even in water as shallow as a puddle.

Underwater Breathing Technique
Requirements: None.
Description: A fairly simple water manipulation jutsu, this technique provides the ability to breathe underwater for a maximum of fifteen minutes. This ability doesn't require the use of handseals.

Water Release: Cleanse
Requirements: None.
Description: After the user forms a few hand seals they concentrate and convert a small amount of chakra in their eyes into water. The small amount of water causes their eyes to tear and rid themselves of any irritating substances like sand or powder.

Water Release: Poseidon’s Anger
Requirements: None.
Description: After performing the set of handseals, all water sources nearby begin to ripple and progressively get worse until they begin making violent waves, vicious currents or both. This jutsu is not an attack as such but makes moving about in water (such as Suimen or Swimming) almost impossible because of the effects.

Water Release: Sight
Requirements: None.
Description: The user is able to see light without it being bent by water. This allows them to see through a mist, or to the bottom of a pond.

Water Release: Bubble
Requirements: None.
Description: By placing one hand on a source of water and injecting chakra into it, the user of this technique forces bubbles to form (just like a bubble bath) and form around the area of the user in order to block visibility. The height and width of this bubbly mess depends on how much chakra the user puts into the jutsu with a greater amount of chakra creating a larger area of effect. In addition, the dampness of the bubbles soaks into clothing for anyone who ventures into the area of effect and therefore may lead to damp clothing which limits maneuverability.

Water Release: Water Gun
Requirements: None.
Description: The user will commence with a couple of handseals before being able to shoot a very thin jet of water at their opponent. Though not very damaging, it can be annoying and distracting to create a good opening, or even conduct electricity. Moreover, it's very hard to do this attack while moving.

Water Release: Bubble Beam
Requirements: None.
Description: The user will start with a few handseals before being able to release a stream of bubbles from his mouth. These bubbles will shoot at good speed towards the target, and will explode upon contact causing them to flinch. A skilled Suiton user can make the bursting of those bubbles rather painful.

Seal Creator
Requirements: Ink or required seal-creating liquid (Blood, etc).
Description: The user manipulates their ink, such that they are able to right with it on a solid surface without moving their hands. This can be used to produce seals rather quickly, or write letters when one’s hand writing needs to be hidden.

Mist Blower
Requirements: None
Description: This technique doesn’t require any hand seals. The user places their hands to their mouth, and after doing so, blows out, creating a wide stream of rapidly traveling mist. This mist, like the hidden mist technique, completely obscures sight however it covers a much smaller area. As a result, both the chakra demand is lower, and in the hands of a capable user can be used to block the sight of the target without blocking one’s own sight.

Puppet Water Release: Mystical Rain Dance Jutsu
Requirements: Puppeteer, at least two puppets
Description: The puppeteer wraps the enemy with chakra strings in an effort to bind and restrict their movements, then has the puppets spew water on the opponent. This jutsu has the potential to soak earth and make it more difficult for Earth users to manipulate.

Thick Steam Flow Technique
Requirements: Cooperating Water user (if user is a Fire user) OR Cooperating Fire user (if user is a Water user) OR both Water and Fire elements.
Description: The fire-release user unleashes a shot of fire at the same time as their partner releases a water release jutsu, which collide on the opponent in scalding steam.

Water Release: Black Rain Technique
Requirements: None.
Description: This jutsu creates a flammable black mist that forms a small cloud. The user can then move the cloud above their target and disperse it, covering the target in flammable oil.

Water Release: Large Projectile
Requirements: None.
Description: The user is able to attack with a giant blast of water by spitting it as a strong stream from their mouth.

Water Release: Water Drowning Technique
Requirements: Water source.
Description: This jutsu will gather a large amount of water to form a large spiralling stream of water. It can be guided to strike a target in a number of angles. It doesn't have much power, but can be used to soak the enemy for whatever purpose.

Water Release: Water Wave Palm
Requirements: None.
Description: The user raises his hand into the air and emits a continuous jet of water to strike the enemy and disrupt his attacks. Due to the nature of water, this technique works especially well against smoke-based attacks.

Hidden Mist Technique
Requirements: None.
Description: A ninjutsu technique that covers the area surrounding the user completely in mist. Once used, there's practically no visibility within the area of this jutsu for both the user and their enemy. This is a perfect situation for someone who trains in the art of silent killing.

Mist Body Flicker Technique
Requirements: User must be outside of battle.
Description: The user will be able to disappear from their previous position in a cloud of mist and reappear elsewhere. The distance they reappear to depend on the amount of chakra they choose to use, though they must travel more than 2 miles, and know exactly where they are going. This jutsu is only to be used outside of a battle, or to leave a thread entirely. This jutsu is only to be used outside of a battle, meaning you can't start a battle with it either.

Water Clone Technique
Requirements: None.
Description: This is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Mizu Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out attacks on its target. Also, elemental clones can think, but only on the rudimentary level, and the concentration for their jutsu needs to be maintained by the user. When this clone disperses, it reverts into a splash of water.

* Special Notes *
- Each bunshin takes 1/10 of your chakra pool to make.
- Bunshin can only travel a moderate distance from the user
- Bunshin have 1/4 the power of the user. This includes weapons, items, powers, speed, reaction speed, etc.
- Elemental Bunshin can perform taijutsu, non-elemental jutsu, and elemental jutsu of its own element that the user knows. Note however, that an elemental clone only has as much chakra as the user gave it, and some of it is used to maintain the clone. Attempting to use a jutsu the clone no longer has enough chakra for will cause the bunshin to burst without the jutsu being performed.
- Will disperse after a single hit or upon the user's command.

Water Release: Wave Impact Technique
Requirements: Water in front of the user.
Description: A small wave of water erupts in front of the user (about 6 feet tall) and crashes down about 7 feet directly in front of them. Although the technique does no real damage, it does deflect projectiles out of the air and can also knock the opponent off their feet if they are caught in the impact.

Water Release: Water Jet Puppet Strings
Requirements: Kugutsu no jutsu.
Description: After using Kugutsu no jutsu the user will apply elemental affinity to their strings in this case water. Only five strings can be made at any time because of the added focus in applying the element. No other jutsu that requires seals can be preformed unless this one is canceled for obvious reasons. After extending the strings from their finger tips each will become like a high power jet of water which can only reach about 15 meters. They strike the enemy with enough force to cause bruising and knock back. Until canceled the jets will continue to spray and slowly drain on chakra. Does not require handseals.

Water Release: Water Animal Creation
Requirements: Water Source.
Description: The user uses their chakra to create animals out of water that are around the size of an average person’s fist. These animals are able to fly if properly shaped, and move with a good deal of speed. However, they have insanely low strength, and will be destroyed with a single hit, making them difficult to put to offensive use.

Purify
Requirements: Water.
Description: The user places their hands on a surface of water and causes all man-harmful impurities to be removed from it. This makes the water suitable for human usage and probably more easy to manipulate by Suiton.

Water Release: Violent Water Wave
Requirements: None.
Description: After forming the needed handseals, the user will expel a strong jet of water from their mouth at their opponent.

Water Release: Wave Thrust
Requirements: Water source under the user.
Description: Done with the handseals for this jutsu, the water beneath the user then erupts like a fountain upwards thrusting them with great force for rapid elevation.

Water Release: Pressure Orb
Requirements: Water Source.
Description: Subsequent to a few handseals, the user extracts a globe of high-pressured water form a water body. The orb is dense at the surface, rubber-like, and mobile inside. Though it appears impenetrable and useless. The ball can be set to burst up with force enough to cause bruises and knock back an opponent, through using the handseal of Tora.

Water Release: Sea Spire
Requirements: Sufficient Water
Description: The user makes a certain spot of water within eyesight rise up in a 5 foot long spire shape. This spire is just as hard as standard ninja weapons while it is rising, but upon reaching its peak, it becomes regular water and splashes back down. This jutsu has very few handseals so it can be used rapidly.

Water Release: Water Camouflage
Requirements: Water Source.
Description: The user performs a short string of handseals then stands still in a pool of water for a few moments. He then sinks into it turning completely into water. The user loses mobility but can still see and sense his surroundings. This makes for a good surveillance or ambush technique.

Water Absorption
Requirements: Water.
Description: Certain Suiton jutsu require water, this jutsu allows the user to absorb water for future use for a single jutsu whatever the rank is. In other words, the user has to charge his body with water before fighting, and during the battle the water reserved by the technique will serve as a source for a single jutsu execution only.

Takigakure Style: Watercutting Sword
Requirements: Takigakure origin OR being taught by someone with Takigakure origin
Description: A secret jutsu of Takigakure that utilizes water to create a sword. The sword can be wielded in the normal fashion, allowing the ninja to cut and stab like a normal blade. This sword can also go through most fire jutsu.

Tornado of Water
Requirements: Water source.
Description: A technique that utilizes water to create a spinning water vortex around the user. The water vortex acts both as a barrier and an attack mechanism. The power of the vortex is enough to knock an opponent unconscious.

Water Release Genjutsu: Mystic Fog Prison
Requirements: None.
Description: The user releases a mist from their mouth that engulfs the opponent and sends them into a genjutsu. The target will see a large phantom face hovering in front of them, which will start licking them until they are frozen. The opponent may become paralyzed with fear, leading to an possible mental breakdown from the stress.

Water Prison Technique
Requirements: None.
Description: This jutsu is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This jutsu requires a sufficient amount of water, which can be provided by expelling it from one's mouth. Because of the density of the water it can be used, to a limited extent, for defensive purposes if performed on oneself.

Water Release: Five Feeding Sharks
Requirements: Large water source.
Description: The user puts his hand on the surface of a body of water and from the tips of five fingers, chakra is released into the water, changing it into the form of five ferocious sharks. The sharks circle the target with high speed, creating a raging stream that takes away their prey's freedom of movement and their sharp teeth tear into the enemy with each consecutive attack. If extra chakra is put in, these sharks can regenerate from surrounding water, making them difficult to destroy.

Water Release: Gunshot
Requirements: None.
Description: The user kneads chakra and forms balls, shooting them from their hands or mouth. The high-speed waterball attack possesses just as much power to kill as an actual gunshot. It's also possible to increase the power of destruction of the balls themselves by building up the chakra inside of them. The number of bullets is determined while kneading chakra. By taking advantage of gravity, the bullets can brutally increase in power.

Water Release: Huge Explosion Technique
Requirements: None.
Description: This jutsu allows the user to create a torrent of water. Besides that, the user will be turned into water and lead his or her opponent into drowning.

Water Release: Ice Darts Technique
Requirements: None.
Description: The user shoots numerous darts of ice from their mouth at high speeds which can shatter rock.

Water Release: Rampaging Water
Requirements: None.
Description: The user shoots a stream of high-power water from his or her mouth, which may wash away the target. If enough chakra is used, it can damage terrain, but it can become very tiring on the user quite quickly.

Water Release: Syrup Capture Field
Requirements: None.
Description: The user spits out high-viscosity, chakra infused water, aimed at a surface of wide scope. This is a stream of sticky liquid which can be used to form an adhesive trap that can inhibit a person's mobility. One can effectively reduce their enemy's area of activity with this technique, and has the effect of being able to take complete control over the battlefield. The normal scope of this technique is normally just a few meters, but if prepared, and extra chakra is used, it is also possible to make an entire pond of starch syrup. Being caught in the technique can be avoided by channelling chakra to one's feet allowing one to walk upon it uninhibited, beforehand.

Water Release: Violent Bubble Wave
Requirements: None.
Description: The user spits out a large volume of bubbles which covers the ground and reduces friction, considerably limiting the opponents' movements. The bubbles are spit out with violent force that is capable of washing away most attacks, such as oil and fire. This technique can also be used as an effective smokescreen.

Water Release: Violent Water Wave
Requirements: None.
Description: Water gushes out from the mouth like a waterfall and washes away the enemy. One can freely control the power of this technique with the amount chakra one releases. Having many variations, this is a basic Water Release technique.

Water Release: Water Shark Breakthrough
Requirements: Water source.
Description: The user summons a water shark to jump into the air and bolt towards the enemy, striking them.

Water Release: Water Trumpet
Requirements: None.
Description: The user launches a large jet of water from their mouth through their hand. This gives the appearance of playing a trumpet, hence the name.

Water Shield Shot
Requirements: Water source.
Description: A bit like Water Release: Syrup Capture Field, the user creates a disc made out of viscious water taken from an existing source. This disc can be thrown to pin or incapacitate the target, or held in front of the user like a shield to block and trap incoming projectile attacks.

Wind Enhanced Water Wave
Requirements: Cooperating Wind user (if user is a Water user) OR Cooperating Water user (if user is a Wind user) OR both Water and Wind elements.
Description: The Water Release user unleashes a wave of water at the opponent, and the Wind Releace user enhances its speed and destructive capacity with a burst of wind.

Water Release: Water Whip
Requirements: None.
Description: The user creates a whip made of water that can wrap around the opponent. The user can also funnel lightning chakra to shock anyone wrapped in it.

Water Release: Water Shark Bullet Technique
Requirements: None.
Description: The user shapes water into the form of a large shark, and thrusts their hand forward sending it towards the opponent. The shark moves at high-speeds and creates a powerful impact. The user can also ride inside the water shark to increase their swimming speed.

Water Release: Rain Summoning technique
Requirements: None.
Description: This is for use in areas with little or no water. The object of this jutsu is to bring water to you. By performing a number of seals, and focusing ones chakra into the ground, water within a given area, depending on ones chakra strength and water control, will be condensed and begin to form clouds. Once this is complete the clouds then proceed to the selected area, causing a down pour bringing the water to the user. There must be at least some water in the immediate area, and this technique does take a while, so it is hard to bring a sufficient amount in a short time, unless one has the element of surprise.

Water Release: Rhapsody of Water
Requirements: None.
Description: The user performs several handseals causing jets of water to shoot up around the user, who is in contact with the target. The user then knocks the target to their back and leaps away while the jets of water slam down toward the target.

Water Release: Water Blast
Requirements: None.
Description: After making the handseals, the water will start gathering around the user from any available water source near by. After gathering a minimal amount, the water will shoot out in all directions in a spherical shape.

Water Release: Water Manipulation Technique
Requirements: None.
Description: A defensive water jutsu, the user must perform handseals and mold chakra in order to draw a thin wall of water to coat their body, which isn’t visible. The jutsu can defend against weaker fire jutsu, keep the user cool under extreme temperatures by using chakra to constantly keep the water cool, and makes some forms of weapons (slicing type of weapons) and occasionally kunai slide off the armor. The jutsu of course is a constant drain and uses up a lot of chakra to maintain.

Water Release: Water Fang Bullet
Requirements: None.
Description: By doing a string of handseals, that user will use this jutsu to cause a nearby body of water to form many spinning drills around the target. The water seems to cause small vortexes that then erupt into these spinning fangs and assault the target.

Water Release: Water Wall
Requirements: None.
Description: This jutsu gives the user the ability to create a defensive wall of water through doing a string of hand seals. The wall may be blown out as jet of water from the user's mouth that forms into a barricade or even gush out of the ground. However, it's more usual to use a source of water to make this technique less draining.

Water Release: Water Prison Technique
Requirements: None.
Description: A Ninjutsu technique that controls the density of water, creating a heavy area of water that becomes a bubble-like prison that is inescapable so long as the user maintains their concentration as well as physical contact with the prison.

Water Release: Whirlpool Vortex Technique
Requirements: Water under the opponent.
Description: The water beneath the opponent begins to spin furiously and after a few moments develops into a strong whirlpool that is intended to suck the opponent deep underneath the water whilst the spinning movement should provide enough shock to make them lose their breath. However the whirlpool is only small (about 6 foot radius) and can be easily avoided if the opponent is aware of the danger.

Water Release: Water Dragon Bite
Requirements: Active Water Clone.
Description: With the water clone jumping over the opponent the user makes a set of hand seals transforming the clone into a dragon head with his mouth open that falls and bites the opponent.

Water Release: Water Drill
Requirements: Water Source.
Description: Clapping their hands together at the chest, the user then thrusts his body forward, arms extending. Palms facing outward, a quick and piercing drill of water shoots out of their hands in a straight line.

Water Release: Wave Rider
Requirements: Suimen Hokou no Gyou, Water source under the user.
Description: A wave of water produces beneath the user's feet as soon as he finishes the handseals for this jutsu. The wave seems to raise more beneath the user as it thins back to the sides. It would seem like the user is surfing and the wave is his means of moving on the water. This jutsu lasts as long as chakra is consumed for it.

Water Release: Rising Water Cutter
Requirements: Water Environment.
Description: With the handseals of this jutsu done with, the user will then kick his foot to the water, causing a vertical slicing blade of water to rise up and travel towards his target.

Water Attack Strong Current Torrential Rain
Requirements: None.
Description: The user will, after finishing a chain of handseals, generate a mass of water. This will then be sent towards his target as a biting serpent of fluid that can extend to a long range.

Earth Dragon Bullet Technique
Requirements: Water Release: Water Dragon Bullet Technique, Cooperating Earth user (if user is a Water user) OR Cooperating Water user (if user is an Earth user) OR both Water and Earth elements.
Description: The user uses Water Release: Water Dragon Bullet Technique with an Earth user adding Earth to it, and the dragon shoots mud at the opponent.

Discharge Lightning Calamity Technique
Requirements: Cooperating Lightning user (if user is a Water user) OR Cooperating Water user (if user is a Lightning user) OR both Water and Lightning elements.
Description: A collaboration jutsu used by a water release user and lightning release user. The water release user uses their release to create a large puddle of water. The lightning release user uses their release to electrocute the opponent, causing an explosion. If the same ninja uses both elements, this attack can be quite slow, as the user needs to create the puddle and then electrify it after he or she does so, leaving the user well open to attack.

Menacing Shark
Requirements: Bakusui Shouha (Exploding Water Colliding Wave)
Description: The user uses Exploding Water Colliding Wave and slashes the opponent underwater with a weapon.

Water Release: Exploding Water Colliding Wave
Requirements: None.
Description: The user spits out a great volume of water from their mouth, swallowing up and crushing the enemy with the advancing surge. The user can ride the wave, allowing them to move at high speed, and attack the enemy, now swept off their feet, without fear of counter-attacks. The amount of water created is proportional to the amount of chakra used. Afterward, the excess water can be used for additional water release jutsu.

Return of the Devil
Requirements: Water Release: Water Dragon Bullet Technique, weapon
Description: The user first uses Water Release: Water Dragon Bullet Technique on the opponent, damaging them and leaving them in the air, then strikes them down, crashing the opponent onto the ground with his or her weapon.

Water Release: Water Dragon Bullet Technique
Requirements: Water source
Description: This technique shapes a large amount of water into a giant, powerful dragon, which hits the opponent with formidable might, dealing physical damage. The ideal place to use it is near a body of water, but if the user's skill allows it, it is possible to use it even in a place where there is none. The amount of water used will be in proportion with the user's skill. It is very difficult to use in battle due to the fact it uses fourty-four hand seals, therefore leaving the user open to attack for quite a while depending on their skill with hand seals.

Thousand Flying Water Needles of Death
Requirements: None.
Description: Using this jutsu, the user gathers some water from the air and surrounding environment into one thousand long needles, then directs them to a specific target at high speed, leaping backwards before impact so he or she doesn't get caught in the crossfire. While the needles do surround a target from all sides, they don't appear above the target, creating an escape route. One is able to perform this jutsu with one-handed seals, allowing the user to pin an opponent's arm and attack while they cannot use any techniques themselves.

Water Gathering Gorgon
Requirements: None.
Description: This technique will summon a large amount of water that will then be used to strike at the opponent in several versatile ways. Some users have been known to transform it into a dragon with a gaping mouth to attack. The water used will be stationary until it is sent offensively toward the opponent.

Water Release: Great Excavation
Requirements: Weapon.
Description: The user coats their weapon in water, and forms it into the shape of a drill. After drilling the opponent into the ground the water spreads out into a tsunami that drenches the battlefield.

Water Release: Great Whirlpool Enfolding Technique
Requirements:
Description: The user uses a nearby water supply to create a giant water vortex around their weapon, then wields the vortex as a weapon. The user then jumps above their opponent and uses their sword to smash the vortex into his targets, causing a great deal of damage.

Water Release: Infinite Sharks
Requirements: Water source (to send enemy into)
Description: The user summons a water shark to force the enemy under water, where he or she releases an orb of water that releases countless water sharks to strike the enemy before causing a massive implosion.

Water Release: Stormy Blockade
Requirements: None.
Description: This technique allows the user to summon a massive amount of water from the sky, crushing it into the opponent. If needed, the user can cancel the technique in an instant.

Water Release: Water Beast
Requirements: None.
Description: The user manipulates water and transforms it into a giant wolf-like beast. The beast can launch powerful streams of water from its mouth, or sweep the area with its claws to let a powerful torrent of water to wash away the enemies.

Water Release: Water Fang Bullet
Requirements: Water source.
Description: A technique that deals physical damage to the enemy with a liquid mass brought forth from underwater. Its power to kill and maim is augmented by adding a spinning motion to the compactly pressured water. During fights on water, taking advantage of its characteristic ability to attack from anywhere in a 360 degrees radius, in conjunction with other techniques for distraction, confusion and so forth, this technique has an extensive array of applications.

Water Release: Water Hardened Drill
Requirements: Water source beneath target.
Description: The user makes the water under the enemy explode, launching them into the air. Then the user jumps above the enemy and creates a large water drill around his arm, striking the enemy with it and creating a large water explosion.

Water Release: Water Shockwave
Requirements: None.
Description: This technique allows the user to make a spiralling vortex of water. The vortex then proceeds to explode from the top in the form of a wave. The user can also control the direction the wave goes.

Water Release: Waterfall Basin Technique
Requirements: A cliff OR an Earth user who can create a wall of earth to place the waterfall on.
Description: This is a jutsu which creates a waterfall by developing spring water in a place without water veins and manipulating the resulting water current to form a wave. This is a very convenient technique as it can be used for training or relaxation. On the other hand, because it changes the environment on a large scale, it also has the effect of hiding one's location from the enemy by confusing them. The width of the water source, waterfall, and basin can be expanded, as long as the user continues to send chakra in.

Water Release: Great Explosion Technique
Requirements: None.
Description: A technique that creates a massive tidal wave of water in all directions. This jutsu requires a an immense amount of chakra since it basically reforms the terrain and can create a whole lake.

Water Release: Great Waterfall Technique
Requirements: Water source.
Description: This technique is used to create a massive blast of water. Once done with the handseals, water beneath the user will swirl up creating a circle and then it'll gather and explode ahead like a spinning violent torrent going for a long distance. Behind that torrent, water will flood to both sides at a high level. Handseals are ox, monkey, hare, pig, bird, ox, horse, dog, ram, tiger, snake, ox, monkey, and hare. This is a very destructive jutsu, capable of uprooting trees and destroying the ground.

Water Release: Sea God's Rage
Requirements: Large water source.
Description: The user fills the water with their chakra and raises their arms. The water will grow turbulent and several massive twisters will blast upwards, spinning with body grinding force.

Water Release: Water Columns
Requirement: Water source.
Description: Water floods out into the surrounding area then is condensed in different areas, spouting upward swiftly, to make columns that can strike a target from underneath and can then collapse upon the target if they miss.

Water Release: Water Barricade
Requirement: Water source.
Description: A Suiton ninjutsu technique where the ninja uses already existing water and raises it around them in a circular barrier, utilizing a special handseals of placing the right thumb-up fist into the left palm. Only extremely powerful ninjas can use this technique without available water.

Water Release: Rising Geyser
Requirements: None.
Description: The user's chain of handseals will cause chakra to burst through from beneath the opponent and produce a rising geyser to knock them upwards. The geyser will continue to flood for while and can stop to let the enemy fall to the ground, and even re-burst to push them upwards again.

Water Release: Hydro Pump
Requirements: None.
Description: The user will first have to go through a long series of handseals before being able to release an extremely powerful and regular jet of water from their mouth that can blow the enemy away and even pin them with its force to a wall as it crushes them.

Chakra Detecting Rain
Requirements: Suiton: Ame Yose no Jutsu.
Description: The user creates a downpour of rain over a wide area. The user's chakra is still connected to the rain and can detect all disturbances in it. This can be used to locate objects or persons being struck by the rain.

Gushing Water Imprisonment
Requirements: Water source beneath the opponent.
Description: The user creates a flow of gushing water under the opponent which traps them in a sphere of water. The user can perform an attack while the opponent is trapped. This jutsu is similar to the Water Prison Technique, though the user doesn't need to keep his or her arm in the sphere of water.

Grudge Rain
Requirements: At least four users - all users require Water Release and prior knowledge of the jutsu.
Description: This technique requires a various amount of users. After a single hand seal (Dog), the users create a large storm cloud, which in turn produces rain. The large amount of rain then turns into a large wave of water and sweeps the enemy off their feet. While the targets are trapped in the water, their chakra will slowly be drained away.

Torrent: Hydration Technique
Requirements: Weapon.
Description: The user transforms into a wave of water which crashes the opponent. Then he or she rushes behind the opponent and slashes them with their weapon. This technique requires a fair amount of chakra to be used, but makes up for its high amount of damage.

Water Release: A Thousand Feeding Sharks
Requirements: Water Release: Five Feeding Sharks
Description: A much more powerful version of the Water Release: Five Feeding Sharks, the user creates one thousand sharks out of water, and they enter a wall formation, raining down to attack the opponent.

Water Release: Burdock Root Feeding Sharks
Requirements: Water Release: Five Feeding Sharks
Description: The user slashes a body of water, creating a pillar of water that launches the enemy into the air, then releases five water sharks that attack the enemy until one devours them before imploding, launching the enemy into the air again. The remaining water sharks surround the enemy and force them underwater where they implode in on the enemy. It is possible to have the sharks regenerate themselves if extra chakra is added.

Water Release: Flash Grinding Destruction
Requirements: Weapon.
Description: The user spits a lake of water near the enemy from which water sharks come out and force the enemy up, then jumps up and slashes the opponent back into the lake, where they are devoured by the sharks.

Water Release: Great Exploding Water Colliding Wave
Requirements: Water Release: Exploding Water Colliding Wave
Description: A stronger version of the Water Release: Exploding Water Colliding Wave. With it, the user spits out a large amount of water, covering an entire area with crushing, unavoidable waves. The water then forms into a giant orb, instead of letting it flow freely like the original.

Water Release: Great Shark Bullet Technique
Requirements: Water Release: Water Shark Bullet Technique.
Description: A stronger version of the Water Release: Water Shark Bullet Technique. The user creates a gigantic shark out of water, and thrusts both hands forward, sending it to attack the opponent. This technique differs from the original in that it is able to absorb the chakra from an opponent's technique, and in turn, use that chakra to grow larger and more powerful.

Water Release: Great Waterfall Technique
Requirements: Large water source.
Description: This technique extends water over a large scale, surges and rises up to several dozen meters high. Then it streams down to the ground in one big cascade, much like a gigantic waterfall. In doing so, it resembles a huge wave, with tremendous power that can hollow out the ground. What remains after that jutsu's utilization is reminiscent of no less than the aftermath of a natural disaster.

Water Release: Rising Water Slicer
Requirements: Water source.
Description: This jutsu will create a fast jet of water running through the ground that is powerful enough to slice through solid rock. However, it can easily be avoided by jumping upwards.

Water Release: Tearing Torrent
Requirements: None.
Description: This technique creates water that spirals in the user's hand and fires at a highspeed burst at the enemy. The overall amount of water formed is large enough to help extinguish even large-scale fire release techniques

Water Release: Water Dragon Whip
Requirements: None.
Description: This jutsu creates an orb of water from which many sharp whips of water emerge that can be directed towards and impale a target or multiple targets. The whips can also change direction in mid-trajectory, bending to seek out the targets.

Water Release: Water Encampment Wall

Description: This defensive jutsu creates a wall of water around the user. Enemy attacks are completely intercepted by a fence of water blown out from the mouth, and is raised from below with tremendous might. The water is blown out in the form of a circle around the user, and it makes for a defence without openings. It is also possible for the user to control the amount of water and duration at will. The wall's strength and resistance change following the quantity of chakra poured down into the water, so a skilful shinobi will be able to build a sturdy one. Furthermore, because the field of vision is maintained even while defending one can easily go on to the next move, which is a great advantage. The wall can also be formed from a pre-existing water source.

Water Release: Water Shark Gun Technique
Requirements: Water Release: Water Shark Breakthrough, water source
Description: An advanced version of Water Release: Water Shark Breakthrough in which the user can summon up to three water sharks at once that advance rapidly towards his opponent and causes severe internal damage.

Water Release: Water Sky Convergence
Requirements: Ground water.
Description: This jutsu enables the user to control water and moisture. It can be used to block most incoming attacks, bind or drown opponents, and shape the water into various attacks, allowing the user in conjunction with the Summoning Technique to allow water-based summonings to fight in areas that it normally need water to move around by either trapping the target in the same water or maneuvering the water to allow the summing to chase the target. It is able to extract and utilize groundwater, and as is very effective most areas, but useless in rocky areas.

Ice Release: Mighty Guard - Grand prison
Requirements: Ice Release Kekkei Genkai.
Description: It will begin by creating a giant ice barrier, which will surround the user, or desired target. For the mighty guard technique, the user will then summon a water barrier in beneath the ice barrier. The two will act in a cycle feeding off the other. as the ice is chipped away, water will fill in through the cracks, and re form into ice, at a high speed, and keep the barrier strong, not allowing any attacks in. As well, the ice barrier can send spikes from the outer walls, and reform from the water, for those who venture to close, or can fire them, for those who stay back.

The grand prison technique is almost the exact opposite in theory. Instead of place the water barrier beneath the ice, it surrounds the outer layer of the barrier, and thus keeping the target inside. As well, spikes can form from the ice wall, or fire from the ice wall, and pierce the target within. Both techniques are very strong, and only the strongest of attacks can actually penetrate and destroy the barrier itself. This technique is also one which is very draining in chakra, and only those with a great amount of chakra, and chakra control, can use this technique more than once, with minimal consequences on the body.

Ice Release: Ice-Water Twin Headed Hydra
Requirements: Ice Release Kekkei Genkai.
Description: This technique produces two dragons, one of ice and one of water, which fuse together to form a dragon, with two heads. If a head is destroyed it is able to regenerate, with extra chakra used, but this technique can be very draining as the size and power of the jutsu makes it hard to maintain. The ice head is capable of exploding, and sending shards of ice at the enemy as well, where the water can be used to surround the enemy and trap, or with better chakra control, even drown, or crush the opponent. But once again this technique is very draining on the user, and therefore cannot be used too much and for too long.

Water Release: Big Water Prison Technique
Requirements: Water Release: Water Prison Technique, 4 Users
Description: Similar to it’s predecessor, Water Release: Big Water Prison Technique controls the density of water to make an inescapable sphere of water. As the name suggests, however, this prison is much larger, capable of holding 10-20 people at once, and requires several users at once. Like the previous technique, all of the user’s must have one hand submerged in the orb at all times, in addition to concentration being required to be maintained as well, however, once the prison has been set, it doesn't require further chakra to be maintained.

Requirements: None.
Description: This technique allows the user to generate a spinning column of water which will take the form of a snake with a gaping jaw. This snake can twist and follow its targets and swallow them. After it has swallowed them, it turns into a river that carries the enemy away.

Typhoon Water Vortex Technique
Requirements: Cooperating user of Cooperating Wind user (if user is a Water user) OR Cooperating Water user (if user is a Wind user) - Wind user must know Wind Release: Rasengan, and Water user must know Water Release: Tearing Torrent
Description: This combination ninjutsu uses the wild rotation of the Wind Release: Rasengan to swallow up the water current created by the Water Release: Tearing Torrent, creating a large quantity of water vapour. Once invoked, a strong wind whirls around inside the highly concentrated mist, turning it into a solid barrier. The mist created by the violent rotating of the Rasengan also has the effect of taking away the enemy's field of vision. Of course, the mist can be used as a smokescreen when escaping, but the confusion it creates can also be used, for instance, to launch a surprise attack.
