Tribute Summoning is possible one of the worst moves you can make in this game.
Vampire Dragon's effect isn't worth his cost and there are better cards that do better things for Zombie Decks.

Pheso Tribute Summoning is possible one of the worst moves you can make in this game. Frognarchs. 'Nuff said. Pheso Vampire Dragon's effect isn't worth his cost and there are better cards that do better things for Zombie Decks. 100% true

Well, tribute summoning in GENERAL isn't horrible, at least not for just a level 5.
The fact that you HAVE TO tribute for its effect screws you over, though.

ok I get what youre saying but I just love the idea of a card thats a complete toolbox, I atleast have to try one in frognarchs

Pheso I said it could work, never that it was perfect :/ I was simply pointing out the obvious. The first post I had was directed towards you and the comment on how tribute summoning is the worst thing to do, however, once priority ruling is modified, frognarchs-who run on tribute summoning- will be back to a higher tier deck. As for this one, it was more directed at "ryan", basically showing how bad this card is for just about any deck. First, the tribute summon isn't for the effect that a Sangan is capable of, not to mention any themed searcher. Pyramid Turtle is a far better choice in this deck for the sheer fact that it requires no tribute and summons the monster to the field, allowing for a different number of strategic plays.

As for frognarchs, go with pure frogs, rather than undine engine. You can always creature swap into a synchro summon, but you'll be fine just using the monarchs for quick removal. Namely Spore and Glow-up bulb, allowing to special summon themselves for instant tune. Combined with Plaguespreader, that's 3 tuners that can SS from grave even if only once Dandylion creates tokens as long as it goes to the graveyard. This can help because milling will do this quick, and it gives more synchro material. Debris Dragon with plants = duh I will admit, I threw the deck together in a bored hurry and it could do with some tweeking. I'll do it when I feel more obligated to do so. It's all about the synchro summon
