Leandar strolled around the underground part of Hallowmarl, the real Hallowmarl. He was hoping the avoid the sun today, although he enjoyed sun bathing; it was abnormally hot, and Leandar did not like being sun burned. The feline strummed his dulcimer as he walked, he was growing quite bored, and was at the moment considering going to the forges, and working a glass vase. It was an exquisite work, multi-layered with different colors of glass. Stopping for a moment, he decided instead to work on one of his songs. Leandar slid down the nearest wall, and took a seat.
"The desert does not have pinecones, because it does not have the right kind of treeeeeeeeeeeeeees."

Robert placed both paws on his hips as he stared around the den in dismay. Just... when did the place get so dusty?! He was sure he had cleaned it not too long ago...
Realization hit as he slapped a paw to his face, groaning. It was just yesterday that he had to chase down some young one who made off with his cape feather, who had just HAPPENED to dive his way into a den to hopefully seek shelter from the indignant rabbit. Unfortunately, he had chased the child in a complete circle around the underground tunnel, ending up sending him into his own burrow. The two fought each other, creating a tidy mess around them. When he had finally seized the feather and shooed the youth out, he had just collapsed from exhaustion and went to sleep on the floor, muttering about cleaning up the mess later.
He grumbled as he picked bits of sticks and dried leaves that had ended up in the chaos, and placed them in a pile, but even then, it would take a good whole afternoon to even somewhat straighten up the place. His ears twitched as he heard a faint sound, and walked over to the wall as he placed his ear against it, trying to determine what the sound was. He winced as he heard the mystery voice belt out a long sustained note, which sounded somewhat off-pitch. Just what he needed. A migraine from the noise and this mess to deal with.
Sticking his head out the opening of his den, he looked around, and lifted a paw to his mouth.
"HEY! Quiet down over there! Some of us are trying to get some work done!"

Leandar heard a loud and angry complaint come from not too far away. Eager to plead him case, because this was one of his favorite spots to practice; the wildcat stood up and walked over. He was pleasantly surprised to find that it was his old friend Robert. Walking up to the den, a startled look was painted on the feline's face. "Well I'll be," Leandar said with a grin on his face. The last memory he had of the rabbit named Robert, was being dragged away half-conscious, while the rabbit pleaded with their Fangrooter aggressors.
"How've you been old friend?"
