idk if this goes here but here is a two-parter question, this first part is do pokemon change their abilities as they evolve if their later evolution has a different ability? Particularly, a dream world one?

1: only if their previous ability isn't In the evolution. Example: Darmartian trades hustle for sheer force
2: only if the DW ability changes upon evolution. Example: Eevee

When it evolves into WigglyTuff it's ability will change into Frisk.

When it evolves into WigglyTuff it's ability will change into Frisk. I was talking about the DW ability and hm, I see, well then for the second part of the question is there no way possible for me to get a move Jigglypuff can learn in fourth gen but not fifth gen AND the DW ability? Stealth Rock is the move.
