A small waterfall where water flows easily and abundantly into a small lake. An outlet of the river located much deeper within the land. It is here where one may find tranquility and experience. Ideal location for meditation, training, recovery, and escape.

Qastor arrived after Haruka and Ikumen, the boy was hopping on rocks and practicing his kunai throwing at trees. Haruka sat reading a book on a rock in the center of the waterfalls rapids the water rushing all around her, yet never touching her. Qastor stepped onto the rocks and tossed a scroll out to Ikumen,"Start learning Ikumen-kun!" A gruff sigh could be heard from the other side of the falls, but the boy knew he couldnt argue. Qastor returned to the banks and sat under a tree turning to Miirrors,"Can you hand me those papers?"

 ▷ Chuunin - Genjutsu~ Harmonious Illusion - Moon Village - Sage - Cats Summoner ◀  Miirror came after Qastor as he looked around the waterfalls. He had only seen two in his life; the one in the Land of Cats and the other which was what he was witnessing now. Amazing... He though to himself, blinding as he noticed Haruka somewhat being able to part and control the water from spraying ontop of her... or was it something else? Shaking his head in confusion, Miirror returned to Qastor's side just as he heard Ikumen being told he must train. Smirking a little and shaking his head, remembering the time when he was younger but unlike others Miirror was forced to be great; as a member of a Daiga, he must out-do the Uchiha in every manner until the name of the Daiga replaces the Uchiha. Handing the documents over to Qastor, Miirror tilted his head as he questioned,"Ano... Sumimasen. Sore wa, nan desu ka?" Miirror asked, wondering what could all those papers be as they didn't seem like the simple kind of documents that the Kage's usually put a stamp of approval of denial on.

Qastor put his hand out to silence the young man as he took a deep breath,"You are a strong shinobi Miirrors-san. Tenichi tried to keep you weak in rank and discourage you, but he did not weaken you as he thought. I would like to promote you to the rank of Jounin and start you in the Anbu training program if you will accept." Qastor handed over a scroll from the documents and pulled out a cat faced mask for him as well as arm and shin guards,"A mighty fine mask for the Wild Cat Sage, ne?" The scroll was meant for the Anbu captain to notify him of his newest member. "If you will accept I have two missions for you. The first is to take that document to your captain and notify him of your entry into the program. Second, I want you to take a trip to the Waterfall Village and speak with the Takikage on my behalf. The Waterfall has grown weak because of Tenichi, he utterly destroyed their economy and those not in poverty have barely been able to train to complete missions to strengthen the village. Their village is in danger because of their lack of Shinobi, I want you to try and restore our alliance along with Takigakures trust in Kirigakure. If we are to bring about an era of peace we must help those we once helped and restore villages nearly erased by Tenichis gambit with power." Qastor stood up as he handed the second mission scroll to Miirrors,"It will not be easy, they are likely very distrusting of us with the constant changes in leadership. I trust you can get the job done, you know my promises better than any other person here and how to trust in them. Will you accept?"

▷ Jounin - Genjutsu~ Harmonious Illusion - Moon Village - Sage - Cats Summoner ◀ Miirror quickly halted his question and inquiry about the documents as he quieted down and began to listen. He had wondered what was so important, but it didn't seem like something of bad news which thankfully is a good thing; in fact, the news he did receive was beyond that of what he could truly comprehend at first. A... Promotion?? He thought, as Miirror was even more shocked that not only was he promoted, but also promoted to ANBU! Something that the child had been working for since the day of his birth. He had finally, starting today, completed the legacy that his parents had once held and hopefully he will hold it in the same light as they did and exhibit the might and pride of the Daiga. Bowing lowly as he accepted the gifts, Miirror spoke in nothing less than pure enthusiasm of being able to hold this title and continue his families legacy,"H-Hai!! Domo... Domo Arigatou Gouzaimasu!!!" The young spoke spoke as when he rose back up, his cheeks were just slightly dampened. Slight tears of joy had leaked from those intricate eyes which he quickly rubbed away and placed the guards upon his being, as well as the ANBU mask which he put on but slide it across the side of his face. Now he too, would be able to hang his ANBU mask along with his parent's own. Even more so that it represented the cats that had trained him and gave him the authority of the Sage over them. Truly the mast meant as much as Qastor had said if not more.
Listening to his mission carefully, Miirror's nodded and took note of the severity of the second mission. He didn't think that Takigakure would bring trouble against him but in case they did he most definitely would attend to halt them from bringing too much trouble if it indeed became necessary. "Wakarimashita... Ano... Dare wa, ANBU no Tai-Chou desu ka?" Miirror asked about whom was the captain of the ANBU in the first place, as he honestly didn't know who was the ANBU captain. His parents didn't know either as they retired from the shinobi world to live a more peaceful life."Also... sumimasen for all of my questions but... would it truly be alright to leave the village for such a long time? I mean... We have lost quite a few shinobi during the fight with Tenichi. I know you are able... but..." Miirror glanced at Qastor's covered eye with a somewhat worried frown. He remembered how much damage that eye took during the battle and he wasn't sure it even functioned right any more. Then he looked over to Hakuda and Ikumen who were rather the last two Shinobi that were able to fight; not so much Ikumen due to his youth during the battle but if a force tried to take over the Mist during his departure they might all be in trouble.

"I think it should be alright, there arent many who oppose us at the moment, Leaf is suspicious. Though they would not act so informally. I think the only threat is Waterfall, if they do not trust us well. That is why your mission is so important, if we can cooperate with Waterfall then we will have the entire Water Country as one nation." Ikumen had already finished his taijutsu and Bukijutsu and as onto his Ninjutsu. "Ikumen-kun, you better not use those eyes until you finish your basic training." The boy sighed but continued to practice, it was as if Qastor was trying to keep him from using his bloodline. Qastor indeed had reason though.

▷ Jounin - Genjutsu~ Harmonious Illusion - Moon Village - Sage - Cats Summoner ◀ Miirror smiled a little as a bit of comfort washed over his mind as he could now leave the village without having the sense of worry haunting his mind; for engaging in talking to the Water village, which lay within the Fire Country didn't bother him too much. Konoha didn't seem to be the one to simply attack another village and he was sure he could coax Takigakure to keep making any foolish movements."Hai... But before I depart,"Miirror began, looking to Ikumen as he wondered briefly what Qastor was speaking about. His eyes? It cannot be that of the Sharingan as Qastor had stolen them. What does the boy wield? He thought before continuing with his sentence,"Who is the ANBU Captain? I rather do not know who he or she is."

"Well now that will be our surprise, Id like to ask you to complete your waterfall mission first. Then take that scroll to the Anbu compound." Qastor smiled as he knew Miirror was curious, I may have him train Ikumen sometime, the boys always anxious.

I will not fail you Kage-dono."He said giving a bow before forming the seal 'Tori ( Bird )' and giving a small amount of chakra mixed with the utilization of his Raiton abilities as he focused on heading home first. To stock up, and...well show his parents that he had finally achieved his dream. With a burst of electricity taking his place, Miirror was off. [Exit to Gekkou Weaponry]

Ikumen was more than excited to be able to go out of the village. It was his first foreign travel to another village, and it was his first mission. His first real mission! The anbu informed Ikumen of what he needed to do and told him he would be seen off as far as the gates, given a map and the rest. Ikumen enjoyed everything eagerly, Haruka gave him a smiling nod and soon he was off.

Entering the waterfalls, the Prince pulls out his new blade, the Diamond Katana and begins to practice and train deeply for the next mission.
'I have to get better... and stronger... I want to be able to use Raiton to my will without any problems that way I will not have to move to the Curse Mark'
Training behind the waterfall, the Prince begins to charge his chakra into his hand in such of a blast. With some effort, the chakra becomes visible and takes the shape of an sparking orb. Using his other hand, he shapes his chakra to his to keep the energy intact. After some time, the Prince points at the wall of cave and fires the continuous blast of electricity at the wall. The power behind the blast becomes stronger and more constant as long as the Prince holds the energy tightly. After some time, the Prince closes his hand stopping the chakra flow. He then does it again and begins focusing the chakra at a high level. After a few times, the blast becomes easier to create even with one hand.
Raiton: Raikou Hitofuki no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Lightning Blast Technique)
After some rest, the Prince stands back up and pulls out the Diamond Katana and the book on the Hatake Clan. After repeating a small chant, the Prince stands up and begins to charge a high level of chakra into the katana. The diamonds on the katana begin to glow brightly and if one looks closely, small electrical particles can be seen from the tip of the blade. Swinging the blade, the Diamond Katana is obviously high power and with the electrical charge flowing through it, it gains a destructive power. The chakra then extends from the katana similar to Ichimaru's zanpakuto. Swinging the blade, the katana slashes the up the cave easily, even reaching the ceiling of the huge cave. But as the more chakra is used, the blade becomes shorter and shorter until it returns back tomorrow.
'With less chakra, the blade becomes shorter and shorter...'

Rika appeared by the lake that the waterfall poured into and removed the summoning scroll from her hip. She re-read it and then sent it to the Temple of the Aquarians for storage. She'd not been there yet, but she knew that she'd be able to locate it any time she needed now. It was almost as if they pulled her to them, which gave her a sense of belonging. She walked across the water, slowly as she looked at the surface below. This was going to be her first attempt summoning...
Pouring her chakra out, she bit her finger and did the signs that she learned from her scroll and placed her hand down against the lake's surface. In an explosion of smoke, she tried to see what had happened. At this point? A goldfish was swimming around beneath her. Cursing, she sent it back to where it came from and tried again. Five times more and still nothing better came out of it, though the goldfish seemed to be bigger each time. "Come on, dammit."
The last time, she poured a considerable amount of chakra out of her and felt the pull of it greater than before. Considerably greater, really. Keeping her eyes closed and not wanting to see the result, she felt something cool touch her head. It was hard as bone, yet also felt soft against her so she peeked her eyes open. The most beautiful creature she had ever seen was before her, smiling kindly. At first guess, Rika though she was a mermaid until she saw her fins and legs. "Lady Rika, I presume?"
Rika could only nod as she stared at the figure in the water. The lady...mermaid...thing smiled and swam around a bit. "I am Mercadia, Queen of the Aquarians. I'm one of the last of my species, a Merlioness." She swam some more, her fins cutting through the water will elegance. "You're the first in a long time to summon Us, let alone myself. We knew you were right for us, that's why we tried everything to let you have our scroll. But you could only acquire it when you were ready."
Rika was stunned. So it was all orchestrated for her to get the scroll, they wanted her to have it the first time she arrived at the temple. And she was now they're vassal in the ninja world. She grinned, "I won't let you down, Queen Mercadia." The merlioness simply smiled and nodded, disappearing in a burst of smoke.

Ichiro Mikami  As Ichi strolled along the village, he eventually stumbled being upon arriving at the village’s waterfall. Geez… this takes back memories… I used always used to be here when I was little he told himself as he gazed upon the water flowing down the stream. As Ichi looked closer, he noticed Rika standing on top of the water talking to a what seems like a floating mermaid. Ichi rushed himself towards Rika’s side curious about the creature that Rika was talking to but as Ichi closes a puff of smoke covered mermaid and disappeared Woah! what was that RIka-chan? Ichi asked
