___Missing-nin (抜け忍, nukenin; English TV "Rogue Ninja") are ninja who left their village without the intention of returning, often because they have committed criminal acts or to pursue other personal gains. The ninja village that they are from will often try to track them down and eliminate them, to which Villages use their special hunter-nin task-force whose only objective is killing traitorous ninja. The ninja organization Akatsuki is composed mostly of S+ class missing-nin, except for Nagato and Konan, who are the leaders of Amegakure.

» Must start in a Village.
» Must have been in the Village for a minimum of two [ 2 ] months.
» Rogues may teach themselves techniques as well as they may teach others.
» No auto-ranking. Though you may rank-up in groups!
» There may only be fifteen [ 15 ] rogues in the Guild at a time.
» Your Rogue Rank is based on what your Rank is when you were in your village.

7,501 - 50,000 » B - Rank
50,000 - 100,000 » A - Rank
100,000 + » S - Rank

There is a Rank near unachievable by most shinobi, and that Rank is S +. It is only given to the greatest of shinobi that have gone Rogue. To obtain S+ Rank you must be given the Rank by a Crew member for doing something remarkable in the Shinobi World.

A - Rank » You gain a +1 Resistance against the element of your choice!
Ex. Lightning Resistance: If say a Chidori hits you, it's damage is dropped from an A-Rank attack down to a B-Rank attack.

S - Rank » Gain 4 more Techniques!
