I got one!
That subforum about dragons... how does it work exactly? Do I have to post a profile in the profiles thread first and then post in one of the threads at the dragons subforum or what exactly?
I ask cuz I'd like to post two kinds of things, maybe a profile for this character that is half elf, half dragon and also, I was thinking it would be fun to have a thread that was just for all of us to discuss what we like about dragons and then it can go from there like, things we like that have to do with dragons or even games or alike. How about it?

I ask cuz I'd like to post two kinds of things, maybe a profile for this character that is half elf, half dragon and also, I was thinking it would be fun to have a thread that was just for all of us to discuss what we like about dragons and then it can go from there like, things we like that have to do with dragons or even games or alike. How about it? All characters you create go into the profiles. So if the character is half one race and half another they go into the half and half race form in the profiles sectoin. All the other sub-forms are more or less for the story. Now why its unlike the star Wars one we are in right now is because it prevents alot of clutter in the forms, so that its easier to know where you are and don't have to do anything special. And the part about the Dragons thread that you want to make, go ahead. But know that one of the sub-forms will be changing its name soon, so be ready to put this new thread of yours there. Its to keep the guild sleek for lacking of a better word.

Ah, so the profiles section has another subsection to create halflings too? I hadn't noticed. Thanks for the info!
I'll wait a while before I create a new thread though...

Let me explain, there are alot of different areas. since all the areas I created are prexisting. Each sub form is a general area, while each form in each sub form is a more specific area in that general location. So if you are in one location, its good to keep up with whos in the surounding areas so that you can interact a bit with them. That doesn't mean you can talk to someone in a completely seperate area that you are in, that wouldn't work out to well. So there is only one world, just alot of different areas. So if you, the crew and leaders of the Star Wars guild that we are in wanted to limit the area that we can go into, they would construct a sort of thing that I use for the guild. Its a bit confusing and tedious. the end resalt is something that is seomthing that isn't cluttered and allows for people to easily keep up with the person they are rping with. the only problem that I could forsee is that someone that comes back after a long period of time may forget where they last posted. that is the only problem that I can see.

Bit I like this - you can have a home, family whatever in your own genre - and work with other factions in the RP - am I right? Yes that is correct, open endedness along with a story makes things intresting. It lets people be someone inside the whole story and play a part, but doesn't need to do anything achieve a good ending. Its like the person can be a shop keeper the whole rp and have his posts be about numbers and products and trading with other towns. I haven't even created factions really in the rp. So if a group of people want to start calling themselfs a cult of such and such then they can go stright ahead. There are specific backgrouds for each race that makes them unquie to everything. LIke the humans for explain, they worship the Goddes of Vengence. That is there faith. Which allows them to start killing people in the name of the Goddes. But back to the factions and homes. All factions will be player created to add more empathis to keep it more intresting. Speaking of which I will have to set up a section for that and some guide lines for it. Homes can be in any of the major proviences for each race. Minded, I do expect humans to be living with the Elfs and vice versa. As for the other areas and races. It will be intresting to see the back story of characters and as to how why they settled down in a forign territory. But some of this is just me speculating.
