
She is a POTO phan and wishes her own Phantom to appear and inspire her. She has two childfood boyfriends and needless to say, both of them love her. On her behalf, they take the legendary and cursed masks, and become two Phantoms!
Kakinouchi Narumi also created the famous Vampire Princess Miyu.
I found out about this manga during a search for more information on JET's Operaza no Kaijin (literally, Phantom of the Opera). Of course, I immediately went on a phangirl rampage and found translations of the manga. Here they are:

I'm currently reading the translations, and it's rather good. I wish I had the manga so I could know what the characters are doing, though. Guessing by their speech can be quite hard.
EDIT: I just realized this is an ALW based manga. Oh well, it's nice anyway.
