She thinks her actions over carefully and tends to linger in places getting everything she can out of the trip. A very strategic thinker, not only when it comes to pokemon battles but in everyday life as well, she can usually think her way out of a problem. She's often described as down-to-earth and a good, loyal friend.
Ash is generally quiet, but has a lot on her mind. She tends to keep to herself, and understands people very well. She likes people, just not talking a lot. Her best quality is that she thinks about her words, and the possible effects of them before she speaks. Her worst is that she tends to overthink things.
Ash is, basically, a laid back kind of girl. She doesn't get angry especially easily--and tends to hold herself back very well when she actually does. She likes to keep to her own business; sensible, serious, and quiet describe her quite efficiently. She's independent, almost to a fault. Things like status, good looks, and money don't matter that much to her. Her laid back attitude allows her to readily accept the people around her for who they are. However, her attitude also has serious drawbacks. It allows her to get swept up into situations where she feels helpless. It can also lead to a level of ambivalence and alienation that can make connecting with others the way she intends difficult.
Even though she's not particularly quick to anger, like everyone, Ash gets irritated with people and things around her, but her passiveness allows her to get over problems without really feeling much of an urge to confront problems. Her quiet, reserved nature allows her to observe the people and events around her, and she has a fairly sharp eye and quick wit that allows her to catch on to other peoples' motives. Despite her detached nature on the surface, she really does care for people deeply, even though sometimes her ways of showing that affection appear otherwise. Once she's come to a decision for a course of action, she's steadfast in seeing it through, no matter the odds or cost. Her parents were a nice young man and woman named Finn and Audrey. Finn was a genius doctor and made tons of money and the family was rich. Being well-off, Ash was raised like a normal good little girl, learning instruments, going to prestigious private schools, and never getting into anything bad.
As a young child, she took quite an affinity to the ocarina, after inpiration from The Legend of Zelda. Cause she's a nerd. She also knows a few other instruments, but she doesn't count them as actually knowing how to play them because, to tell the truth, she sucked at them. French horn and piano was more of her best, and the rest aren't even worth mentioning.
As soon as she turned five she was shipped off to a boarding school across the country in Arizona. She wasn't nearly as smart as Percy and Lulu, her siblings, so she just got average grades, never got as much attention as him. As she got older and wiser, her sister just got stupider, getting into crap that got her sent to another, more security-tight boarding school. As expected, she somehow got out and no one really knows what happened to her for a few years. It's just assumed she joined a bordello.
As it was apparent that staying in the US was not doing so well for Audrey and Finn, as they wanted their first little girl to grow up well, not like a slut. So they considered moving to these new places such as Brazil, Japan, Germany. Being the geek she was, Ash voted for Japan. They ended up going to this place named Nirvani though, an island in the middle of the Altantic Ocean. That would be good for Lulu. Not good for the rest of the family. Once they lived there for about a year, the St. Jeans knew the island was not right for them and left, dumping Lulu there because it was the reason they went in the first place.
Without Lulu to worry about, the parents toughened up on Ash, sending her to Percy's amazing school. Too bad it was an all boys school. Ash dressed up as a boy every day that year. It wasn't hard for her, anyways. Because she was only of average smartness, she failed a lot of her classes and was thrown out, because they could not 'have such an incapable student who lowers the average.' Being the first ever St. Jean to be kicked out of Grayson's Academy for the Gifted, she was basically disowned, given a credit card with no limit because they knew she would only use it for emergencies, and her DS. She took a plane to Nirvani because she wanted to live with Lulu, so they could be outcasts of the family together. indent, yo⇨ ⊰ ❀ - - - - ⊰ａｐｐｅａｒａｎｃｅyes i had to put a yo Ash is a perfectly normal teenager in almost every way. Except maybe a little short, and a little fat. But let's not go there! D< Ash has pink hair, naturally blonde just like her brother, sister, and mother. She was born with green eyes but they slowly changed to blue over the years and are getting slightly darker. She is pretty athletic, only because she forces herself to take jogs so she's not a fatty. Cause she sure eats like one. Cakes, brownies, chips, and top ramen are most of her meals now that she doesn't have a maid making delicious food that appears before her very eyes. She can only run for like... a mile before dying though. But she can walk forever.
Ash wears really, a variety of things. They're usually shorts and whatever, cause tropical islands are warm and stuff. Since all her clothes were recently donated and replaced with many boys uniforms for that academy she went to during the time skip. She doesn't really have that many clothes and unlike Lulu, is totally fine just going out in a T-shirt and jeans.
