So ♥
The lack of activity in this guild is rather disappointing. So, just because I feel like it, I'm gonna try to get the total members of this guild up to...hmm...let's say 500 ^^ maybe then we'll finally be rather active.
How am I to do so? Well that's for me to know, and for anybody who asks me to find out ♪
But anyways, I'll probably start my devious little plan after this easter event is done with ^^ if it doesn't imbue life into this guild, I don't know what will ><
This being said, there will be a time soon for which I reach out for help from any active guild members (because I might be getting rather busy in a week or two).
So.
People wanting to help me with my plan, just let me know ♥
And if anybody has any of their own ideas of how to get more activity, or anything that they'd like to see happen in this guild, lemme hear 'em ♥

I'll probably get things set up to start for this coming Monday. Well. Whenever the Easter event is over with, because that's already attracting too much attention from random people ><
On a related note, do you happen to know when the event ends? I wasn't on my gaia account last year, so I don't know how much longer after Easter that it stays up.

Here's the plan (so far):
I've accumulated a decent amount of gold so far. And I'm rather eccentric. So I'm gonna give much away in the hopes of bringing more people to this guild, and making things more interesting ^^
The way I see it, we can go through and invite relatively active Gaians, but that's going to take a rather long time, and might not be successful. So what I was thinking was, why not offer people 10k just for joining the guild and posting at least once a day, for an entire week.
Just to clarify: they would have to join the guild, and then I could make a thread in which they have to post every day for a week. If they manage to do it, without skipping a day, then I'll send them the trade. If they have to skip a day, well, they'll just have to try until they can get a run of seven days in a row, in which they can post at least once.
I realize that this may attract a decent amount of people that are just interested in the gold, but the way I see it, you lock enough people in a room together, they'll start talking to each other, and want to keep the conversation going, even after getting the reward. I want this guild to be the room ♥
What this will involve:
At the start, just some forum watching. I was thinking, we could create a thread or two, to advertise and create interest and recruit some people. So trying to keep this thread up near the top of the list will be vital. Hopefully people take note and will help with that, but there may be slow times.
I'm sure, at the least, we'll get a few people wanting to do this. But more likely (and hopefully), a fairly large volume. And I might be fairly organized and be able to keep track of things well, but if we have a large number of people wanting to do this, it will be hard. So, if I can have help making a list of all those participating, and keeping tabs on who posted for each consecutive day (even if it's just somebody double checking over a list I make and making sure that I don't forget anybody or miss their posts).

Considerations on implementation:
I know that I can, at the very least, get on for a little while each day in order to check the list and edit it. And what I can have people do, is quote me on a post at the start of the thread once for their day, so that it's easier to keep tabs on who had posted for the day.
I'm not sure on the popularity of the various forums (I don't visit them often), and where best this kind of thread would reside. I want to wait until after the Easter event is over, because that's taking over quite a lot of interest. But, if someone knowledgeable on the threads knows where it would be good to post a thread or two, that would be appreciated.
Also, I'm not good at designing threads and making things look nice and attractive. So if somebody's good at that, and could plan that out, it would be nice.
Another possible venture with this is to create a mini-contest associated with this event, and have prizes above the 10k for posting for the week. I feel comfortable paying for an influx of around 400 or so members, and doling out about 100k in additional prizes.
