wahmbulance WE'RE HIRING!!! wahmbulance I.WON.CLAN is hiring a good number of members to be promoted to CREW that will help manage the day-to-day running of the forum as well as stimulate the guild's acitivities in Gaia online.
This hiring process will stay for forever. We will keep this thread open to keep an eye in spotting members that deserve the position. Everyone will be fairly considered. Whether you're a newbie or a senior member, who knows this spot might just be right for you.
However, not everyone will be hired. If you have submitted your application but you didn't receive a single notice from us, please consider to post your application again after 2 months and refine/improve your qualification as a guild member.

QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Must be friendly & approachable
2. Should be conversant in written English and Tagalog
3. Active forum poster
4. Goes online 3 times or more a week
5. Can design banners/logo
6. Can create a creative posting layout
7. Can moderate the forums and contests
8. Of good moral conduct
9. Willing to learn
10. Loyal to the guild.FUNCTIONS OF AN IWC CREW: 1. Recruit members
2. Moderate topics. What topics to move, to delete, to edit, and to update.
3. Welcome newbies of the guild in the forum/rally
4. To propound contests and events for the guild
5. Attend IWC meetings and events
6. Assist and provide help & support to the members
7. Initiate discussion by posting/replying to a member's post in the forum
8. Maintain peace and order in the forum/rally
9. Mediate and solve conflicts within the scope of the guild and/or the members
10. Be active GROUNDS FOR DEMOTION:
(Terms are thoroughly discussed at the IWC Staff's Office) 1. Confidentiality clause
2. Unacceptable Personal Conduct
3. Incompetency
4. Inactivity (No post for 15 days)
5. Involved in scamming, hacking, or any other kinds of gaia exploits. Do you understand that if you do not work and post adequately, you will be demoted? • Only active members upon the posting of their application form will be hired.
• This position is purely voluntary and with no salary.
• Being an IWC crew is a tough job. Really.
