Welcome to the Custom Summoning Tread! So for all of you reading this, I assume you're all here cause you're interesting in creating your own version of a summoning. Well, look no more cause you're in the right fourm. Before you get started though, us crew members here at TUP have a few ground rules.


Summoning Contract Rules

1. Summons are an animal companion with special abilities. They are not to be considered an animal version of a ninja.

2. Summonings cannot utilize any of the shinobi world techniques including ninjutsu, genjutsu, and the like.

3. Every summon is allowed a max of 5 custom techniques unique to itself. These do not count towards the general techniques listed in the second section (see format to get clearer understanding).

4. A minimum of 5 summons are required per contract with a minimum of one summon per rank (D to S) being preferred but not required.

5. No contract should hold more than 10 summonings, including the Boss summon.

6. All summonings within a contract should revolve around two central themes, subject (ex. frogs, slugs, rocks) and type (ex: support type summons, offensive summons, cooking summons). The type theme is not necessarily required, but is suggested if you want your summoning contract to be approved.

7. Humanoid summonings, including the Undead (Zombies, Skeletons, etc...) are NOT acceptable. All summonings should be animals, or mythical creatures.

8. Additional summons can be developed and added to a Contract, but must be first submitted in the Custom Forum and approved by a Moderator and the Creator of the Summoning contract. (If the creator is unavailable, the secondary approval falls to the current Head of the Summoning Contract)

9. Sage mode is optional but not required so its up to you as the creator to decide if you want or not want to have a sage mode. However, the Moderators can deny a sage mode for summons that are deemed too powerful.

10. The original creator of a contract reserves the right to hold onto the Sage seat till the creator's RPC reaches the appropriate rank. Till then an NPC sage (controlled by crew) will fill the slot.

11. Only one Sage seat may be resevered at a time per person - if the creator made more than one custom summon, only one of the two rpcs may reserve that seat.

12. Individual personal summons are not allowed, unless they are designed as a generic construct within the summoning contract. (This means that YOUR personal summon within a contract would have a different personality, appearance, etc... but would have the same abilities as MY, or anyone else's personal summon within the same contract.)

13. Personal summons may not exceed B-rank and each RPC can only have one. These summons always remain the same rank and have the same abilities. They do not learn or grow alongside your RPC.

14. If two summoners who utilize the same summoning contract are in battle... any summon that both summoners have summoned before will refuse to fight against the other summoner.

15. Take your time, Do your Best, Deliver a polished and well thought out Summoning Contract... and of course, have fun with it.

Description: The Arachnid Summoning is a lesser known and lesser sought after contract. This is partly due to it being shunned by most societies by its own history of use. Many Summoners have committed foul deeds with the support of the arachnids. Rumors of Summoners, unable to satisfy the needs of these creatures, being eaten alive is another. Indeed, every successful wielder of the Arachnid contract have had a dark and foul past prior any records of their associating with the summons, and all of them have been rogues, cut-throats, traitors, just plain heartless, or simply following orders without a purpose. As a result, many villages have outlawed the contract, and some individuals, including Kages, have sought its eradication. To become an Arachnid Summoner is a heavy task, and anyone who has heard its history will become suspicious of that person.


Rules:
- The Summoner must have committed at least one evil deed in their life-time.
- Spilling human blood must appeal to the RPC.
- Can only have one active element.

Name: Saguridasu Sumo no Jutsu [Spider Spy]

Range: 20 meters
Description: Allows the user to spy through the eyes of a nearby spider - all eight of them at once. This may require some practice on behalf of the user in order to get their brain used to the difference. The spider itself still retains complete control over its body so if it is facing the wrong way, you cannot make it move. Also, you are not able to hear anything the spider hears.

Name: Wajutsu Kumo no Jutsu [Art of Talking - Spider]

Description: By activating this jutsu, the user is able to converse with the surrounding spiders by way of a mental connection. Spiders converse with images rather than words.

Name: Su Heijin no Jutsu [Cobweb Blade]

Range: Self
Description: By using and manipulating cobwebs, the user of this jutsu is able to craft them into sharp, sturdy, almost completely weightless blades sprouting down their arms. The length is an extra third of the user's arm length, affording protection to the user's arms from blunt attacks equal to the users own strength. They are sharp enough to scar steel, can resist sharp weapons, but is extremely vulnerable to fire.

Name: Koumajutsu Kumo no Jutsu "Summon Demon Spiders"

Description: Another jutsu which requires a higher level ninja to master, the technique allows the user to summon spiders from another place entirely, using their bellybutton as the portal. If you're ticklish, it probably isn't the best choice of jutsu for you. The spiders are as fast as any jounin, can come in varying sizes, and take on many differing appearances such as having horns, the face of a cat, etc. They are physically stronger than the user by one rank .

[Training rank: -
Description: A small spider, extremely shy, and faster than any Jounin. Only a Kage or a Sannin have the capacity to keep up with this fellow. It will require the Summoner a number of tries before Kiga will even make itself known to the individual, instantly scurrying away into hiding as soon as it is summoned. Once he is befriended, however, he is a loyal and great ally to have. Unable to communicate, he can not give any advice or knowledge, using only small squeaks when he is distressed or feel his Summoner is in danger. Being shy, he still likes to hide even when comfortable with his Summoner. As such, he has a habit of hiding somewhere in the clothes or hair of the one who has summoned him. Kiga will participate in combat, but will not actively hurt his Summoner's opponent.

Description: Barely the size of a kid's palm, Kanchou is useless in combat. All Kanchou is able to do is spy and scuttle back to show you what he saw through the eye on his abdomen. He uses the eye to project the image as a holograph but it remains flat and with no sound - if he feels like it. Kanchou is uncaring and speaks vulgarly, only doing as told if he thinks it is worth it (he loves sweet things). His bite holds a mild irritant and he is not much faster than a cat.

Description: While Namamekashii is one of the oldest of the Spider Summons, she is horrible at fighting. She stands no bigger than a bull with a very mild poison to her bite which, at best, can only make the victim seriously ill [after three posts], but only if they are already weak. If they are fighting fit, they would instead feel the effects of a cold; running nose, headaches, out of breath, etc. She is also able to light up the area around her by using the fluorescent stripes running all over her body. She is very sensitive to her surroundings and, if given enough time [2 posts of being unharmed], she will be able to call out the spiders in the surrounding area to help you fight. Namamekashii is very gentle and regal, she prefers to be respected and, if proper respect is not given, she will not aid you.

Name: Koukotsu

Description: Koukotsu is lazy and hot tempered, but loves to fight. Standing at the size of a small elephant, he manipulates earth-based attacks and has no poison in his bite but very high defense on his back, which appears to be made of solid rock. Koukotsu is also rather slow due to this and so is used to taking the brute force of an attack. You needn't do anything to convince him to fight for you but if you summon Koukotsu without any enemies directly nearby, he may just turn to fight you instead. A great training partner but tends to ignore orders.

Name: Doton: Jakushin no Jutsu [Mild Earthquake]
Rank: C
Range: 12 meters
Description: This jutsu causes a very mild earthquake to take place directly in front of Koukotsu. It reaches 12 meters far, 6 meters deep, but only 3 meters wide. It is used for trapping, tripping, or fumbling the opponent under the unstable earth. Koukotsu can also close the earth back up. The jutsu cannot take place with sand or loose soil, but can with dirt and even splits solid stone.

Name: Doton: Henseigan no Jutsu "Metamorphic Rock"
Rank: B
Range: 12 meters
Description: This jutsu is Koukotsu's specialty; it allows him to manipulate the nearby rock and stone around him into whatever and wherever he wishes, or is told to manipulate it - he is rather unimaginative. It is as durable as steel but cannot be used as projectiles.

Name: 'Lady' Raiu

Description: Preferring to be called a 'lady,' Raiu is by any means not. She likes to battle, has the speed of a Jounin, and has no problem using crude sexual innuendos, especially if they work to her advantage. Whether the opponent be male or female, she doesn't care; calling all humans 'exactly the same.' Being a spider of Raiton alteration, Raiu's bite sends a large electric shock through the victim's body, temporarily [one post] confusing and dazing them. Raiu's body is long and slender - quite snake-like. It is also brimming with electricity, causing her to be nothing more than an always blurry image, even standing still. Touching her can be quite painful. Touching her five times in a row is lethal to any average human's heart. Raiu fights with quick reflexes, using her long body as a weapon by slamming it against the opponents, shocking them in the process.

Name: Raiton: Hirameku no Jutsu [Flash of Thunder]
Rank: C
Range: 20 meters
Description: This simple, though effective, jutsu is mainly a highly concentrated burst of electricity shot out from the spider's entire body. While little more than a burn and a feeling of being slightly too energetic occurs in the victim, it also blinds them completely for two posts before they start to get their vision back. It may be avoided by hiding behind a solid object or turning one's back and closing their eyes. Because the attack affects a 20 meter radius, the Summoner could also be affected.

Name: Raiton: Ikkatsu no Jutsu [Scream of Thunder]
Rank: C
Range: 15 meters
Description: A special Raiu edition technique, the jutsu concentrates electricity around around the throat which increases the strength of the vocal chords tremendously so when the user speaks, it will be as a great boom that will not only send the target flying, but it will also burst the ear drums of anyone standing in the way of the major onslaught of the sound waves produced. It may be avoided by hiding behind a solid object and covering one's ears.

Description: Manjushage is one of the more powerful and loyal of fighters you can obtain amongst the Spider Summons. Standing barely a head taller than the average man, Manju can wield any weapon given to her with expert precision and is very fast on all six of her feet, capable of racing against Kages. Despite being physically very strong and fast she is weak against all jutsu and inflicted wounds affect her greatly as well. Her bite is capable of completely paralyzing the victim after four posts. It lasts for two posts. Apply a few drops of her blood on the wound to cure/prevent the ailment, or wait another two posts.

Special Abilities: S-rank wielder of weapons. D-rank resistance to all Nin/Genjutsu. B-rank resistance to Taijutsu.

Description: Obeiru is the meanest, and perhaps deadliest, of the possible summons. He is cruel and filled with blood lust, relying heavily on jutsu to break the will of his victim and then devour the victim alive - preferably screaming. His bite is foul, causing puss-filled swelling and a horrible odor to occur - but death will not. All other spiders flee from the area when he is summoned, sensing the overwhelming darkness within their kinsman. Obeiru has no trouble using his horrifying jutsus on the summoner if he is not satisfied with the battle presented to him. Extremely powerful and can only be beaten by one other of the Spider Summons - Kigahikeru. Kiga is needed if Obeiru ever escapes, needing to have him standing on a sealing circle, which only Kiga has the speed and knowledge to draw, before Obeiru runs off.

Name: Shinri Su no Jutsu [Mental Web]
Rank: B
Range: 10 meters
Description: To use this Ninjutsu effectively, Obeiru shoots a web to physically connect him with the victim. Once the thread makes contact, activating the jutsu allows Obeiru to fuse his mind, through the thread, with that of the victim's. Unless the victim has Strong-Willed, Sensor, or a Medic Class of equal/above rank, Obeiru will be able to sort through the memories of the victim, for as long as the cobweb remains connecting the two of them, and bring out whatever fears or desires Obeiru chooses, in an attempt to break the victim's will. The victim relives every memory visited, making them detached from reality for the single post the Jutsu requires for Obeiru to find what he wants.

Name: Gekidoku Su no Jutsu [Deadly Poison Cobweb]
Rank: B
Range: 7 meters
Description: Activating this Ninjutsu allows Obeiru to spin a web of deadly poison. The threads can be spat as a two-by-two web or as a long, single thread reaching up to 12 meters. It is so acidic that anything that it touches slowly dissolves for a period of time [two posts]. It can be useful as a trap but it can be easily spotted; the smell of the fumes from the cobweb as it dissolves it surroundings tipping off anyone nearby. The web itself also eats away at its own molecules, completely dissolving and lasting no longer than four posts. A single thread can eat away a depth of a centimeter of flesh if touched.

Name: Akumu Kumo no Jutsu "Nightmare Spider"

Range: 4 meters
Description: A Genjutsu of dangerous proportions, it forces the victims into a shadowed state of vision. It takes three posts to reach it's fatal conclusion. First post; Everything becomes distorted and much like a dream where everything is jumbled together and anything thought of becomes a 'reality'. Second post; The victims loose their sense of equilibrium, not knowing what is up or down, and that is when Obeiru implements his own influence - Third post; Calling upon imagined spiders, of grotesque appearance and distorted proportions, to 'eat' the victims. As this happens, Obieru is actually eating them. At the fourth post, a single victim is dead, and any second victim is being devoured now.

Description: The highest ranked of all Spider Summons, Shiragiku is Queen over all spiders. The moment of summoning, spiders for miles around will start gathering at her feet, coating her in cobwebs. So much so is this done that all of her features have been lost under decades of snow-white cobwebs. Shiragiku will never utter a word, and rumor has it she never has, but her power is mighty, and only rivaled by two of her millions of sons; Obeiru and Kigahikeru - Obeiru more adamant than his younger sibling. She has an amazing mass of chakra but will never move from the position from which she was summoned to.

Special Abilities: Spiders gather to fight for her, and no spider summoning (except Obeiru) will fight her. She can use up to two jutsus at once and has the ability to dismiss herself.

Name: Su Tate no Jutsu [Cobweb Shield]
Rank: B
Range: Self
Description: Shiragiku leaks her chakra out, hardening the cobwebs it touches into an unbreakable force. However, if it used to harden all of the webs around her, it also prevents air from getting through to the Queen. As such, after three posts, she will need to cease the jutsu. Name: Dokusatsu no Jutsu [Kill by Poison]

Description: A fatal attack by all means, this is the ultimate jutsu in Shiragiku's arsenal. Opening her mouth, the Summoning breaks the hundreds of cobwebs there and drenches them in her venom. Similar to Obeiru, the venom is highly acidic. The cobwebs dissolve and a deadly fume forms as a result, filling the air around her. Her venom also drips to the ground, dissolving the earth and everything in its path, letting more fumes fill the air. Everything (arachnid, Summoner, enemy, plants) will die. It takes three posts for the fumes to reach the maximum radius.

Sage Mode:


Description: The fusion of Kigahikeru with the Summoner grants the individual six extra slits for eyes (same colour as user's original eye colour). It is really just the skin harmlessly parting, and the eyes are nothing but pure chakra. Summoner's original eyes go a solid colour as well. A red stripe also graces each of the Summoner's cheeks.

Abilities/Bonuses:
- Sensing ability - able to sense all chakra signatures up to one rank above the user.
- Speed boosted by one rank, and chakra by twice their current amount.
- Blood, saliva, claws, and teeth are acidic, burning all who touch it.

How to achieve: Must have previously summoned the Arachnid boss. To activate; summon and ask Kiga to achieve Sage mode.

Pandas
The Taijutsu Experts of the summoning World


Description: The Pandas, one of the oldest summonings species of the Shinobi world, have always been peaceful. Fun loving and cheerful, it can be hard to see how a Panda Bear could be used for battle. However, those who are lucky enough to wield the contract know full well that if a Panda is unleashed, he/she will prove formidable in battle.

The Pandas live in a Bamboo forest, a forest unbeknown to anyone save for the contract holders. The majority of pandas aren't actually warriors, more a community of different characters. A select few are chosen to be warriors, and always are given the choice to opt out. As mentioned before, most pandas are kind and cheerful, often lazy, and always peaceful. However, they understand when fighting is needed, and will gladly do so for the sake of their people as well as the summoner.

Pandas are usually physical based, for their excess fat and lack of fingers prevent them from performing jutsu. Although big, pandas are far from slow.


Rules:
- All Pandas have the Toughness Attribute (due to their excess fat)
- Pandas will not accept you if you are violent, evil, or have any ill intention (if you are a member of Akatsuki, don't count on it. If your RPC character or personality is evil or malicious, you will be denied)
- Pandas are exceedingly strong, able to carry large objects (such as boulders)
- Pandas are unaffected by Genjutsu C-Rank and lower
- Bamboo Sticks are similar to staffs, in feel and weight. However, bamboo sticks are extremely flammable, and if a D-Rank offensive katon ninjutsu used on one, the bamboo stick is destroyed.

Description: Available to Pandas and contract holders. The Pandas, covered in fur, release chakra around their body. From here, they can spike their fur (after which they can launch it at their opponent), harden it (which adds an extra +1 defense against taijutsu and ninjutsu), and heat it up. The contract holder, however, cannot do this. He can only spike his hair (similar to Jiraiya) for D-Rank jutsu cost. Also, the contract holder can only spike the hair they have on their head (meaning, if Naruto were to do this, his hair on top his head would be spiked. Thats it.) The fur effects only lasts for 2 posts, and then the Panda's fur is back to normal.

Description: Not so much an ability as a disability. The Pandas are used to be exceedingly lazy, and as such, they need to take a break every so often. Once every 5 posts that the panda is out (posts meaning the contract holder's posts) the Panda lets out a yawn and takes 1 full posts to relax itself. During this time, he/she will not move or do anything to assist the contract holder, who is now on his/her own. This can be avoided by feeding the Panda a bamboo stick, which allows the panda to be active another 5 posts before needing to rest. The bamboo may only be found at the Bamboo Forest, and a person may only hold 10 sticks of bamboo at one given time. To get more, he/she will have to travel back to the Bamboo Forest and retrieve some more.

Description: Suimono is the youngest of all Panda Warriors, something he does not mind at all. His name literally means "soup", for upon summoning, the panda always requests a minute to drink his soup (which always sits in his hand, no matter the situation) Suimono is known as being one of the heaviest eaters of the Bamboo forest. Still, Suimono is kind at heart, and although still young, his ability with the bamboo stick can put others to shame.
Height - 4 ft/122 cm (when standing on its hind legs)
Weight - 280 lbs/127 kg
Other - Suimono is always seen with food, whether it be a bamboo stick or a bowl of soup.
Special Abilities: Suimono is proficient with his bamboo stick, the weapon being his main form of attack.

Description: Juueki is a panda who is interested in one thing: money. Always having some sort of antique from the "ancient shinobi world", Juueki literally tries to haggle with his summoner....in the middle of a battle! Although sometimes cheating out the summoner (more often than not) Juueki is useful in combat, and his constant attempt at merchandising never fails to put a smile on anyone's face.

Other - Juueki is always seen with numerous pots, pots in which he fights with
Special Abilities: Juueki is an expert in chemical mixing, and he uses this to his advantage. He carries a total of 6 gourds, gourds in which different chemicals are held in. The gourds are attached to metal chains, and Juueki uses these chains to control the movements of the gourds. Each gourd is about a liter in volume, and each gourd is scorching hot to the touch, causing 1st degree burns to the touch, and 2nd degree burns if help in place for a over 10 seconds.

Gourds 1 and 2: Boiling Water. These gourds hold about a liter of boiled water each. Due to the special container, the water can never get cold.

Gourd 3: Alcohol: A special type of alcohol, this is not meant to be drunk. Instead, Juueki attempts to throw this liquid into a person's eyes, which will cause the victim to go blind for 2 posts. Also, if thrown at the opponent, he/she will feel a burning sensation all around his skin. No actual damage will be done, but the feeling is extremely distracting. Water cures the blindness and the sensation.

Gourd 4: Germs: Although not all that useful in the beginning of the battle, this can be used when a person is openly bleeding. When put into an open wound, or swallowed, this liquid causes the victim to feel a bit sick. The victim loses concentration, and as a result, is easier to defeat. (-1 rank in speed) The germs may enter in any open hole (eyes, nose, mouth, wounds, etc)

Gourd 5: Medicine: This gourd holds medicine, and as such, Juueki never uses it in battle. When swallowed, the medicine helps the user and takes care of a bit of wounds (small scratches and cuts. no damage more than a D-Rank injury)

Gourd 6: Scent: This gourd is useful, mainly if the opponent is a stealth ninja. When sprayed on the victim, he/she inherits a very strong scent, a nasty one at that. Besides getting odd looks from his/her teammates, this liquid allows the pandas, who have excellent smelling, to find the victim within a 1 mile radius. The scent cannot be removed easily, and it stays on a person for 5 posts (posts of the victim) before wearing off)

Description: Chitabi is a very serious panda, one that is unlike the others. He is battle ready, and he can be found scolding his fellow kin for their sheer laziness. However, despite his harshness, he means well, and although rarely seen smiling, he does have a sense of humor, albeit a small one.

Weight - 245 lbs/111 kg
Other - Chitabi is always seen carrying a large hat on his back, one that makes him resemble a turtle a little.
Special Abilities: Chitabi's main form of attacking is with his bamboo sticks. A master of staff fighting, he swift movements and masterful dexterity prove to be deadly in battle. Also, Chitabi is the only panda who does not suffer from the "Yawn" disability.

Description: Taishita is a cocky panda, one who thinks he can defeat any of the others. He is also one of the oldest, and while age might have distorted his view on who's the best, it has never slowed down his abilities, making him still one of the most hailed pandas in the world. Physically, he is the strongest panda in the Bamboo forest, even beating out the Boss Summon, though by only a little. All in all, if you could deal with Taishita's lies about how he saved the boss Summon numerous times, he is an actual joy to be around with.

Other - Taishita is very large, towering even the largest shinobi. He is also always seen with a bamboo stick in his mouth.
Special Abilities: Taishita is the only panda who fights without a weapon, only using his bare claws to battle other shinobi. Taishita holds the "Strength" Attribute.

Description: Youfu and Komijin are father and son, and they rarely travel without one another. Youfu, the father, is one of the oldest summons, alongside Tashita and the Boss Summon. Youfy is unbelievably nice, so much that is surprises even the enemy. He can be called a bit of a pushover, for he allows others to do what they want in his presence, i.e. Tashita and his bragging. However, when it comes to battle, Youfu is useful, and although he still remains polite, he will defeat the enemy as told.

Komijin, the small son, views Youfu as his idol. Believing him to be the strongest Panda of all (even better than the boss) he usually resides on his father's head, cheering him on in battle. Komijin is a bit bossy, but he is only a child, and his father usually lets him get what he wants. Besides that, he is not that useful.

Other - If Youfu is in an important battle, he will leave Komijin behind, not wanting his son to get in danger. Komijin can be separately summoned as an E-Rank summon.

For every ninjutsu used that is at least a C-Rank technique, Youfu's sword power increases a rank, starting at a regular sword, than working its way up to C-Rank damage every hit, B-Rank damage every hit, A-Rank damage every hit, and finally, S-Rank damage every hit. For every rank the sword increases, it can completely nullify a ninjutsu technique two ranks lower than itself (if the sword is A-Rank, it can completely block out C-Rank ninjutsu)

Name: Zenryoku

Description: Zenryoku is the current King of all Pandas. Growing up with Youfu and Taishita, the three have always been close, but Zenryoku proved to be the most able at being a leader. He is, perhaps, the most jolly of all pandas, a smile always on his face, and a keg of alcohol always at his side. Outside of battle, he is a friendly, jolly panda, but during battle is another story. Zenryoku is fierce and powerful, usually coming out of battle the victor. Because of this, Zenryoku is held as the most powerful Panda of them all.

Weight - 410 lbs/185 kg
Other - Zenryoku always holds a keg of alcohol in one of his arms. However, for some strange reason, he can never get drunk, and drinking does not affect his battle abilities.
Special Abilities: Zenryoku, as the Boss Summon, can perform all the special abilities and jutsus of the other Pandas. He does not, however, have Youfu's sword, or Juueki's gourds. Also, Zenryoku is skilled with both Taijutsu and Kenjutsu, being S-Rank in both,

If a fire jutsu C+ in rank is used, the prison catches fire, and the target will be trapped inside until it finishes burning. (1 turn) Also, B-Rank strength or weapons strength can break through it.

Name: Taketon: Take Yaiba Joushou no Jutsu [Bamboo Release: Bamboo Blade Rising Skill]

Range: Close to Mid
Description: A skill where the user infuses their chakra through the ground, creating pillars of bamboo underneath the ground. As the opponent rushes towards them, the user releases this jutsu. Multiple hollow bamboo spikes to emerge from the ground in order to impale the opponent from various angles. Spikes can reach a maximum of five feet tall, and there can be a maximum of thirty spikes, covering a 50 ft radius.

Dragon Contract
Mythical, Versatile, Synchronized

Description: The Dragon Summoning Contract is not for the feint of heart to acquire or go head to head with. Each summon is a mythical creature which not only has it's own unique abilities, but also has a synchronization effect with it's summoner, boosting the summoner's abilities as long as the summon remains active. This helps the summoner to remain versatile amidst a constantly changing battlefield, but summoning such creatures requires a substantial pool of chakra which can be quite taxing, even to those with high chakra values.

Rules:
- Dragon Summons can only be attained for the user's current rank, so if the user is a Genin, they can only access Genin-rank summons.
- All Dragon summons must be learned from the Dragon Sage NPC, or from a summoner of at least Jounin rank.
- All Dragon summons last for only 3 posts, after which the summon poofs away and all synchronized effects dissipate.
- Only one Dragon can be active on the field at a time and the summoner must wait 2 posts in between un-summoning a current summon and summoning a new summon.

Name: Kuchiyose no jutsu

Description: This technique is what calls forth each summon from the Land of Dragons into the summoner's command. The cost of the technique depends on the summon called. Summoning requires a blood sacrifice of significant flow, at least a full slice across the palm of the hand. This sacrifice of blood costs 5 stamina on top of the chakra cost attached to each dragon.

Description: This is a technique that the summons themselves know rather then the summoner. Name: Pet Dragon

Description: The smallest of all all the dragon summons, these little guys are often seen as a pet to most summoners. As such, every Dragon Contract owner summons their own, and once they do, it is bound to them forever, sharing their master's own primary chakra element and chakra color. This makes them a rather personal summon, though every pet dragon has it's own personality traits. This can often lead to interesting interactions between summoner and summon as they are not always immediately agreeable.

No larger then the average adult's hand, the maximum wingspan of these mini dragons is about 10 inches to a foot, and the average total length is around 15 inches (tip of the nose, to tip of the tail). Color also varies greatly amongst the dragon pets, often matching that of the user's own chakra color, but not always. It weighs little more then 3 pounds at the heaviest. It's claws and teeth are sharp, but can cause little more then scratches or small puncture wounds on the skin.

Special Abilities:

Flight - (Passive, Summon) - The Pet Dragon can fly at the same passive speed it's master can run.

Name: Palax

[Training rank: Genin]
Description: Palax is known as the Guardian, the Protector, the Shield... and all for good reason. A somewhat unique dragon, Palax feels an intense connection with her summoners and is dedicated to their well being, always watchful, never straying far from their side. She is friendly and always playful, but fiercely protective of those that call on her aid, quickly turning angry with anyone who would harm her master, either physically, or emotionally. She will move to defend at a moment's notice, not often waiting for the sanction of her master before acting against any perceived threat.

Somewhat large as compared to the other lower dragon summons, Palax is about 4 feet in length (from tip of her horns to the tip of her tail) and weighs about 20 pounds. Her wingspan however is massive, spanning about 10 feet wide from tip to tip and 6 feet tall, making her capable of wrapping her wings completely around herself and an average sized human, covering them both from all sides. Her claws, horns, and teeth are all surprisingly dull for a dragon, making them completely non-combat effective, but this makes sense as sharp claws would be more likely to harm her summoner as she never leaves their side, and constantly latches onto them.

Special Abilities:

Flight - (Passive, Summon) - Palax can fly quite well, but it never flies further then 5 feet from the summoner. Normally, she either hovers nearby, gently flapping her wings to stay afloat, or latches onto an arm or on the shoulder of her master.

Synchronize - (Active, Summoner) - When making contact with Palax, the summoner is capable of siphoning some of Palax's chakra to replenish their own chakra. This can only be done at the rate of 2 chakra points per post, up to a maximum of 10 chakra points.

Description: Palax is capable of spreading her wings and using them as a shield against incoming attacks. When an attack approaches, she moves her wings into position, then a brief shimmer of chakra flows through them as they instantly become as hard as steel, deflecting any C-rank or below Taijutsu or Kenjutsu technique used against the summoner (Costs 5 chakra). It can also protect the user from a C-rank ninjutsu, but this requires additional chakra (Costs 7 chakra). Once used, it requires a 1 post cooldown before it can be used again.

Description: When utilized, Palax releases a sparkling pink mist which quickly bellows into a large smoke shield in front of her and her summoner. This works much like the effect of a smoke bomb, but the mist also stings any enemy which comes in contact with it, causing extreme irritation, especially if breathed in. (Palax and the Summoner are unaffected by the mist's effects.)

Name: Ryx

[Training rank: Chuunin]
Description: His name literally meaning both Fast and Lithe as well as Rain and Water, Ryx is a unique summon with a hyper personality and a playful nature who grows stronger as his summoner increases in ability. Always hyperactive and ready to play, Ryx almost never stops moving either on land or in the water and has an extreme propensity for running all around a summoner, using chakra to stay constantly attached. Most summoners say that they only way to keep him still is to firmly hold him around the midsection, but even then, his tail constantly moves, whipping about and wrapping around one's arm. Playful to the end, even in the midst of combat, Ryx will nudge and act hyper while attached to his master until he is told to attack, which he does with an excited leap into battle, enjoying the freedom to move and go crazy. Surprising him has a nasty habit of having him dig his claws into whatever he is currently attached to, even if it is his summoner.

Considering he is a water dragon, Ryx performs surprisingly well on land however, moving rather quickly across the ground, scurrying like a lizard. This speed can easily keep up with most Chuunin and he is rather agile as well, capable of darting in and out of combat and dodging incoming attacks easily. Relatively small for a dragon, Ryx's body is about 1 foot in length, but his tail more then doubles his length, being about a foot and half long itself. He has two fin-like projections off the back of his head and two larger fin-like projections coming off his back, extending down to the start of his tail. These are in essence his wings, but they do not allow him to fly, excepting when he is in water where they allow him to swim at incredible speeds and make quick and agile turns and maneuvers beneath the surface. Overall, he weighs about 25 lbs.

Synchronize - (Passive, Summoner) - While Ryx is active, a thin aura of chakra surrounds the summoner. This makes it so the summoner cannot get wet, and is instantly dried off when created. It also enables the user to breathe underwater and allows them to swim much more quickly then normal, with greater control and agility. While the veil is active, Suiton ninjutsu suffer a -1 rank reduction against the summoner.

Striking an opponent delivers immense blunt force damage to the effected area and will heavily bruise the area struck, possibly even causing internal injury. Deflecting this attack is very difficult considering the swirling nature of the water, and it also protects Ryx from counter attacks and makes it so that the attack itself does not harm the dragon in any way. This technique has the speed, power, and cost of a B-rank technique

Description: While in a large body of water, Ryx can utilize his great swimming speed to very quickly swim in a tight circle about a 10 foot radius around an opponent. Fusing his chakra with this speed and pushing it into the water, this enables Ryx to to create a violent whirlpool around the enclosed foe which will suck him under the water and make it very difficult for them to escape from the forces spinning at such high velocity. This requires a C-rank of chakra.

Description: Known as the Great Sleeping Giant, Treoris' name actually means Dream, Illusion, or Sleep which are more descriptive of his powers, but either name works equally well. A mellow and laid back beast, When Treoris is summoned, he comes out of the ground slowly with a low bellowed groan, as if he had been disturbed from a deep sleep. Often times when commands are issued, it will take a few seconds for the great moss dragon to react, making him appear to be slow-witted, or even lazy, but he is far from either of those descriptions. His breaths are deep and load, his exhales seeming like moans as the earth seems to move with him as his chest expands.

Whenever Treoris appears, he is always covered with moss and long grass on all sides, making him look as if he had been sleeping below the earth for centuries, allowing the grasses to grow over him. The moss and grass even covers his wings, only his eyes remaining uncovered by the mass. A large portion of his body always remains underground, only the top sections of his wings, his upper chest, and his neck and head rise up from the surface. Even still, just those sections span about 25 feet long and his head rises to be about 15 feet high. His head alone is massive and it appears as if he would be capable of swallowing several people whole if opening up to it's widest.

Special Abilities:

Earth Stride - (Passive, Summon) - Treoris moves by an interesting mechanism most would describe as akin to 'swimming' through the earth. Given his massive size, this only happens at the pace of a slow jog, but given his size and the fact that he swims through the earth like it were water makes the feat impressive. Remarkably, the earth shows no sign of disturbance either, and Treoris leaves no trace of his presence behind.

Dragon Wall - (Passive, Summon) - Treoris' sheer size makes him an excellent wall to guard the user from incoming attacks. By hiding behind Treoris, the summoner can find shelter from most attacks, but there is a limit to how much damage he can take before he must leave the battlefield. Treoris has an effective Stamina of 25. Every jutsu used against him depletes his Stamina according to the power of the attack. When his Stamina hits zero, he is un-summoned.

Mind Haze - (Passive, Summon) - When Treoris is active, he constantly emits a low growling roar which reverberates strangely in the air and clouds the minds of those around him (Within 150 feet), often causing them to forget things they previously knew. Anytime someone attempts to use a Ninjutsu or Genjutsu, they must roll a 4-sided die. If the result is a 1, they forget the handseals for the technique they were going to use, and the technique fails (No chakra is lost when a technique fails due to the Mind Haze). The Mind Haze counts as a B-rank Genjutsu and is constantly active and drains 3 chakra from Treoris per post. [This affects the summoner as well]

Synchronize - (Passive, Summon/Summoner) - If the summoner is caught by a Genjutsu, Treoris will detect the enemy's Genjutsu and warn the summoner, so that he can free himself from the technique.

Description: When the situation calls, Treoris is capable of opening his massive maw and descend on the summoner and up to four of the summoner's allies around him. The entire group is swallowed whole as Treoris' massive frame slams into the ground with a loud crash before sinking slowly beneath the surface again, leaving no trace of his presence. He can then re-emerge from the ground anywhere within five miles, his body rising up first, followed by his neck and head, his mouth opened wide as the passengers are released in the new area, completely unharmed. All that the passengers experience is a brief period of darkness and the feeling that they are standing in a warm and humid environment. (This requires 10 chakra points)

Description: Many Dragon summoners will admit that Gos is one of the more intriguing summons as unlike many others, he does not seem to have a true form. His name literally meaning 'Air' or 'Wind', it can be difficult to tell where the air ends and the dragon begins as his form is not truly corporeal. Most summoners would describe his presence as a force, claiming that they can feel the edges of what would be his body, but note also that, like the air, those edges are constantly changing and moving. Regardless however, though his form is difficult to understand, his presence is undeniable. On the field of combat, no dragon's roar is as shrill or carries as far as Gos' and those who have faced his Fuuton techniques have no doubt that he is a real and present threat.

Although his exact size is hard to gauge, Gos is estimated to be about 50 feet tall, has a wingspan of about 75 feet wide, and is essentially weightless. As described by some summoners, he can be "felt" but he can not be truly 'touched' as his form is ever shifting at the edges. One would feel that they grasps nothing but a wisp of cloud if they tried. Gos' nature is generally calm, but foreboding due to his size. He is quiet and still, brooding over the field until instructed to attack at which point he suddenly shrieks and attacks ferociously almost out of nowhere. In all ways, he mimics the very personality of the wind.

Special Abilities:

Flight - (Passive, Summon) - Gos is one with the air, mainly hovering just slightly behind and above the summoner. He has perfect control of his position in the sky and can move through it with ease, not even needing to flap his massive shifting wings to achieve this movement. Being one with the air, his speed is not something which can be measured as at times it can seem that he is in one place and then simply in another. The majority of the time however, his massive form simply hovers in place behind the user. When the user moves, Gos follows, slowly at first, but then suddenly, his entire form shifts and he re-materializes near the user once more.

Formless - (Passive, Summon) - Due to his unique body type, Gos is completely immune to all Taijutsu, Kenjutsu, and Doton/Suiton/Raiton/Fuuton Ninjutsu. The only form of jutsu which can harm him are Katon Jutsu of A-rank or higher, which ignite his form and makes him un-summon himself.

Synchronize - (Passive, Summoner) - When Gos is on the field, an aura of swirling wind surrounds the summoner granting them increased speed (+1 rank [Passive]) and renders them immune to Gos' Gale Force Wind Technique and any other force that strong winds would have on them. Taijutsu strikes also have their range slightly increased since a 'miss' will still allow the wind aura to strike the opponent, knocking them back and delivering small cuts and slices to the area struck.

Description: One of a rare and unique Dragon species, Alaerth is known as the Master of the Skies. His name literally meaning Agile, Quick, or Lightning, Alaerth is unmatched in the air, even by those which would seemingly be much larger then him. Alaerth was built for flying, with sleek, black leathery skin and an aerodynamic design. He has three sets of wings, the larger main pair which spread wide for maximum speed, a second pair of wings protruding off of his tail, and a final third set a the very tip of his tail. The two additional wing pairs are what provide the ability to initiate hairpin turns and incredible acrobatic stunts with ease.

Alaerth's size is perfect for faster then lightning speeds through the air, even with a passenger. This is what makes him particularly dangerous to fight against. Considering his speed is unbeatable in the air, Alaerth often attacks via fly-by maneuvers and when coupled with a summoner riding the dragon, this can lead to quick and deadly combination between them. Alerth is also mentioned by many to be the most intelligent of the Dragon summons, at least in it's cunning and quick thinking in combat. Catching this dragon off guard is rather rare and his speed and agility make him rather difficult to hit.

Special Abilities:

Flight - (Passive, Summon) - Alaerth can fly at speed which would make even most Jounin cringe and can maneuver and turn in the air on a dime. This makes him nearly un-hittable in the air, but it also makes him fragile. any hit to any of Alaerth's wings will clip him completely and he will be unable to fly anymore.

Synchronize - (Passive, Summoner) - When Alaerth is active, a green aura encompasses the summoner and allows them to attach to ride Alaerth without any fear of falling or losing their footing. This aura acts much the same as the Wall or Water-walking skill, except that it keeps the summoner attached to the Dragon effortlessly. When initiating this ability and riding atop Alaerth, the user gains +1 to their Evasion as it is rather difficult to hit a summoner on top of such an aerial ace.

Description: For a B-rank of chakra, Alaerth triggers a chakra reaction through his body which allows him to travel at supersonic speeds for a brief period. During this movement, Alaerth spreads his main pair of wings and pushes chakra through them, making them razor sharp and as durable as steel. Combining these two effects, Alaerth can perform an incredibly swift fly-by attack which can cut through trees and rock with ease. The attack however must be made in a straight line, and even then, it is rather hard to control, making it hard to be specifically deadly with. The best one could hope for with this attack is a deep laceration across the skin, or perhaps a severed limb.

Range: Long (~150 feet)
Description: After initiating the Razor Wing effect, when traveling at such high speeds, Alaerth is able to take care of the unique chakra composition within him and create a devastating attack. When traveling at the supersonic speeds created in the burst provided by the Razor Wind ability, Alaerth can spend an additional A-rank of chakra to send out a ball of blue lightning out of it's mouth. With the speed of the attack and the chakra behind it, the lightning tears through the air, igniting the area around it before it crashes into it's target, the ground, or any hard surface at which point the entire mass explodes in a ball of blue flame lightning.

The blast radius of the attack is about a 10 ft radius and the intensity of the blast is about the same as three explosion tags. This gives it enough force to easily destroy smaller structures and can cause major damage to anyone caught in the blast radius. After the attack, blue flames linger in the area and will ignite any material around it, causing blue flame fires to spread quickly until put out.

Hey, so I'm sorry for taking so long to respond but I finally had the time to properly sit down and take a good look at it. Some more general questions first.

1. What do you mean by 'can only have one active element'?

2. Dokusatsu no Jutsu - is there a cure or is it pretty much a you're trapped and in three posts you're a goner type of final attack or what?

Now onto some concerns that caught my eye:

1. When you say in their special abilities that they have immunity up to one rank above the user, I feel that it might be a bit much as if the summoner reaches lets say an S-rank level then all attacks of that element won't work against said summon.

2. Obeiru - he's immune to genjutsu but up to what limit? Or is he just completely immune to all of them?

So far, these are the only things I need confirmed/discussed. I'll quote you again if I come across anything else. Thanks and sorry again for the delay.

Same here, I apologize for the delay. It's just rl has been rather busy for me but with summer school almost done, I've found a bit more time for mod stuff. Anyhow, lets move on to your contract.

1. All Pandas have toughness attribute, that's great but what tier? You need to be more specific seeing how when a panda faces off against someone for example Havik who has toughness primary. We need to know who's tougher.

2. A technique's training rank should generally be equal or of higher rank unless you can really justify it being lower.

3. For the Bamboo stick technique, 1000 is a bit much for just a C-rank. Either the weakness is really great or you need to cut down on the maximum.

4. Absorbing sword - It's a bit op in the scense that there's no real drawbacks with the technique. Nor does it mention how long the sword can maintain at its rank which makes me assume that once it reaches S-rank it will stay that way throughout the rp which is a no no. Sorry.

5. Your boss summon...I'm gonna have to discuss it a bit further with Kagetsukiko in regards to its strength. Being an S-rank, we rarely allow more than 2-3 techniques so we'll need to see how things balance out. But for now, you should just work on either justifying the above or editing it. Thanks.

Remember that this is spying we're talking about, and the size of the summoning could enter anywhere. One of these would be your inability to move while casting the jutsu and having a limit of posts that you can spy. Also add a cooldown.

2. Cobweb Blade: Define it's weaknesses better. Such as a set number of posts leading to its destruction and so on. Also remember that the user has to have a summon nearby to craft the cobwebs up.

3. Summon Demon Spiders. So, you're bringing up another form of Summoning that gives you unlimited Jounin-speed spiders?

4. Explain why Kigahikeru is needed for if not attacking the opponent. We need to know why we're allowing an E-Rank have S-Rank speed.

5. Once more, please stop making summoning-based weaknesses. "He uses the eye to project the image as a holograph but it remains flat and with no sound - if he feels like it" on the Kanchou just sounds weak. It's obvious that you'll help yourself out and always apply the audio as well.

6. How strong are the spiders gathered by Namamekashii? Or just regular real life spiders? Also, strip the ability of hers. Having an antidote insight ability is just too much, don't you think?

7. Add a breaking point to Koukotsu's 'shield'. Maybe somewhere B-Ranked Taijutsu?

8. How exactly are the Metamorphic Rock strong? Please add more detail.

9. Just a reminder: Humans are not attracted to Summonings, not to mention Spiders. Also, does Raiu absorb ANY rank jutsus? Maybe up to A-Rank but not more. Remember that S-Ranks are deadly as hell. In Screan of Thunder, the Raiu deals electricity to the user? Remember that this would electrify the user, and sending the target flying is too much.

10. Once more, Obeiru has Summoning-based weaknesses or 'bad' points. Attacking the user with deadly jutsu for their 'bad performance' in battle is somewhat illogical. The Mental Web, there are also some other Attributes who give you bonuses to genjutsu/traps. Check them out thoroughly for their bonuses.

11. Deadly Posion Cobweb: So, this acid dissolves a human's arm for example in two posts, but it's WEB for four?

12. I'd like to redirect you to rule number Fourteen for the Shiragiku's Special Ability section :

It applies to spiders, not summonings. And I fail to see how the weakness works in favor for the user. (Okay, obviously people will make sure that their spider is in the 'convenient' location, but they are seeing something through eight eyes and no sound...) Inability to move is obvious, so I will clarify that in the description - that was my fault. I'm not fond of the cool-down, but how about four-post (not user posts) limit?

What if cobwebs are already present? Must the cobwebs be from a summon?

To restrain Obeiru (should the spider escape it's contract), to allow Sage mode, and aid in combat. His lack of desire to cause harm is his restriction, so he'd be tasked in 'playing keep-away' with weapons, maybe stealing objects, alerting the summoner of incoming opponents. Let me know what you think about this and I'll clarify in the spider's description accordingly.

Why do say that he'll 'apply audio'? There is no audio. End of story. If it'll make it better, I'll say he won't cooperate (ever) in telling the summoner what happened or what was said - he'll just run the image and that is it. Also, 'if he feels like it' is an aid for the RPer to get some character into the spider - I like my summons to have personalities. But I could change it to 'if he is given a sweet'.

The spiders are normal. Shall I add that their bites only cause irritation and a fever? No deadly spiders? It is quite a variable, now that I'm looking at it...
I would say 'most' plants, but then the RPer could be 'conveniently' around the deadliest plants on earth. So~ change it to 'plants that can keep away infections and aid in the healing of wounds'? Regular wounds like scrapes, and cuts.

Why did you bring up attraction? Is it because of the sexual innuendos Raiu does? I'm talking about flustering, embarrassment, etc. I'll clarify that in her description. I'll change it to A-Rank. The user can be injured if standing in the way of Raiu's attack, yes. Hopefully they would be smarter than that though. What if I change it to 'knock them off their feet'?

10. Once more, Obeiru has Summoning-based weaknesses or 'bad' points. Attacking the user with deadly jutsu for their 'bad performance' in battle is somewhat illogical. What if... If the battle ends in less that 20 posts all together, than Obeiru will escape from his contract and become an NPC, of sorts. I'll go research the other attributes.

It isn't through the arm - a centimeter is too deep though. 3mm? It will take 2 posts for the acid to stop burning and reach 3mm, leaving behind a numb scar. So, two posts of pain!

Obviously, I need to clarify some sections in the summon descriptions. But please read what I have added to what you said above and reply so I may edit accordingly.

&Lily:
1. Exactly what it says. Only one element. The RPC may have to give up their second element to access this contract.

2. Yes, the RPCs present are all goners. The idea behind it is to force the battle to end and allow the summoner to escape. Ah, I've forgotten to add that the spider can dismiss herself, so I'll need to add that to her description.

3. I'll edit it to just B-rank resistance.

4.Completely Immune. Shall I change it to A-rank?


On A Side Not To All:
- I would like to add that this Contract is for the dark-sided RPCs, as hinted at by the requirements needed to use the contract. The personalities of nearly all of the summons have darker tendencies, and are to be the fuel in giving the summoner an idea or incentive in enriching their RP experience and style. So, while I understand where the concerns from Lily and Criti come from, I'm also looking at trying to keep the dark undercurrent and overall threat that this Summoning Contract brings with it. I find it rather boring that the Summons all listen to their master just because of the Summoner's rank - I want this to be tricky, captivating, even a little manipulative, but not so much so that users feel pushed away by it.

I'm used to RPing where everything is not always convenient and fitting into place, where my RPC gets bashed up a lot, but seeing Criti's comments made me realise that not everyone is like that, so, please, be harsh. Don't let it be manipulated by people who do like convenience. I want this contract to have a rock-hard spine! Thank you! -

1. So, you can link yourself with any spider? Now that I look at it, the range of 20 Meters restricts it enough. However, keep the immobilizing effect and the Limit. So, after four posts of your target the jutsu is away. But you can always reach it again immediately after the first limit is done, and at E-Rank, you can spy one the whole day. I say either raise it's rank, or add a cooldown along with the others.

2. You're telling me that summoners can manipulate cobwebs around and create them in different shapes?

4. Once more, the user would never make Obeiru, the second-strongest summon to run away. Unless you make some rules when he runs. And list those manners of Kigahikeru in the description as well so people know how he fights.

5. You said that if Kanchou felt like it, he would also supply his holograph with the sounds he heard. And you may want to add personalities, but you're giving up some heavy weaknesses and exchanging them for something illogical. Sweets are always present.

8. And Raiton, Raiton > Doton. Although I meant more to add how he can form the rock and in what manners it can be used.

9. You got me confused here. In Scream of Thunder, the Raiu allows the user to have some of her raiton and therefore raising the capacity of the Vocal Cord, right? If so, wouldn't this hurt the user?

And like I said before, we're completely fine with you giving them personalities, we even ask for it. But you're exchanging summon-based weaknesses for some heavy weaknesses. We all know the obvious answer - The summoner will help themselves, that's why they called the summoning in first place.

This is Fruity's creation. Others who want to use it will have to accept it for the Summoning Contract it is. If she wants to impose hard weaknesses on her summons, then so be it. Aside from her, only one other will be allowed to sign the contract anyway.

Yes, but as long as it's not a Rule to follow their personalities, no one will, or am I wrong?

On a side note, I'd like to ask supervision [If you have time] on my new job here. Just to know if I'm too strict.
