Guild News
Welcome guild, to the betrayl of Marokia. The first dramatic step, into a world filled with darkness.
Happy Judas Tuesday, everyone. I delayed the Monster Monday for the Judas date. We have a lot of news this week so buckle down and get ready, for this is a bumpy ride for those faint of heart.
I would like to thank Tee, my little wickedness, for the Paparazzi Ambient Waltz remix.
And remember, one of these days, I will have to reduce the MMM's to two songs and two pictures, but I'm still not quite sure when that will be, little monsters.
Gaga News
Last Friday, as we all know, The first Betrayal of Gaga was revealed. Judas was released early to counter the leaks of the nearly complete song. There has been an overall mix of news but Judas has received good reception from me. In Judas news, also, It has been revealed Lady Gaga herself is playing as the prostitute Mary Magdeline, who was also Jesus's wife. It is also said Judas will be the sequel to Bad Romance but this speculation and could possibly be fake. If I got anything wrong about that, someone please correct me. It has also been reported that Lady Gaga made the single picture of Judas herself in Microsoft Word, then took a picture of it with her cell phone to give it texture.
Since we're talking about pictures, everyone is talking about the Born This Way over. Who wouldn't. It was in the same shoot with Nick Knight and Lady Gaga is pictured as a motorcycle, android, humanoid thing. Basically look at the Shiva motorbike from FF13 and you may get a little bit of my drift. If not, drift through the guild. Won't take ya long to find what I'm talking about. The face from the same picture is used on the deluxe edition, but the word deluxe isn't anywhere on the cover, due to Gaga hating the word "deluxe".
It is thought Gaga is replicating the three betrayals of Judas, with the early release of Judas, the album covers looking as fake and dingy as all getout. What is the third betrayal, if she is replicating them?
Also, with the cover of Born This Way, is a new song and some lyrics. The newest song revealed is Highway Unicorn (Road to Love). For some reason, I'm getting Unicorn motorcycle hybrids. Anyone else? It seems like it would be a really awesome song though. Who doesn't like unicorns? Especially gothic crazy unicorns?
Anyways the lyrics. Apparently I had missed some due to... welll... I don't know so... yeah.
From October 20th: “We are not just Art
for Michelangelo to carve, he can't rewrite the agro of my furied heart.”
From November 19th: "When Punk-tius comes to kill the King upon his throne, I'm ready for their stones."
From April 13th: "You've got to earn your leather in this part of town."
Leather Jacket is the fan-made name of the third song.
There's a chance, by the way, for No Way to appear on Born This Way, for Fernando Garibreay talked about it as he was informed of the unauthorized release of the song.
Whoa! Sudden update on the Gagapedia! Bloody Mary, a song thought to be Track 6 on the Fame Monster representing the Alcohol Monster, will actually be on Born This Way! It's apparently a spooky rave ballad. There's ballads at raves? It's sung from a Mary perspective.
Here's what Gaga says about the song: "Bloody Mary is quite subtle actually, it's a song about Mary being divine and human at the same time, with a subtext (maybe it's not even a subtext) about the role of a woman who is supposed to be a superstar and a real woman at the same time. Not life alteringly deep perhaps but it works as a pop song."
With the release of Judas, it has already topped the charts in 12 countries and is currently selling within the top 10 of every country with an iTunes store.
Lady Gaga is among the finalists for the 2011 Billboard Music Awards with 12 nominations, including Top Pop Album and Top Dance/Electronic Album, where she is listed with three records. Gaga is also the only singer to score a Top Artists nomination without releasing an album in 2010.
Lady Gaga was spotted at the Walt Disney World following her sold-out concert at Orlando’s Amway Center on Saturday. The singer rode attractions including The Haunted Mansion, It’s a Small World and Peter Pan’s Flight and also took time to pose with the Evil Queen from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.
