SUGGEST THINGS THAT WILL MAKE OUR GUILD GREAT.

First thing I'd say, though it's not that important I think these two wee things make a difference
A) sticky threads
B) sub forums
The problem?
A) The sticky thread are on the whole good ones, PYP, directory etc, but I think it's too big a block that just brings the page down.
B) because of the poor design by Gaia it is impossible to know when sub forums have new posts, so you have to go in and out (like yer da) and yeah. I think reducing the number of forums (like to we really need a TV one?) will make the page cleaner and mean that threads are more likey to be seen and replied to rather than having a TV thread ect randomly tucked away.

My suggestions as proposed solutions?
Sub forums:
(new)Know your TITS - Contains stickies like PYP, TIT directory, ect
WordGames - As it is
THE AND OF MAKE BELIEVE - As it is
SPAM - As it is.
Delete/remove all other sub forums.
That will leave 4 Unique, clear and necessary sub forums, and only 2-3 stickies on the front page, yeah (:

Also, to get us of the ground again I'd be happy to do a 30K Reward scheme for introductions. Ie. Person A (In the guild already) invites Person B to join, Person A & B each get 15K.
Person A and B can then go on to earn more gold by inviting persons C, D and E...
Ofcourse all gold given out is subject to my scrutiny (ie no mule accounts or non Irish // Northern Irish persons) and I have the right to not pay if in doubt. But tbh I have alllllot of gold and I will not be holding back to try and keep it or anything lol.

Have added the Meta tags 'UK' 'Northern' and 'British' to our guild, hopefully increasing our hit potential. Meaning all 5 tags are now being used, but if anyone can think of better tags I'd be happy to drop my currently added ones for them.

i was thinking of pretty much the same things, except maybe a nice little quest subforum too, so we can help out our fellow tits. a bit of the old sharing and caring, you dig?
i'll get right on it.
as for the rewards, how bout you just give all that sexy gold to me? wink
or if you think the reward system will work, do that. biggrin
