"It's so beautiful..." Soft words were murmured as he stepped off of the bus that had dropped his husband, as well as himself off at the hotel. Not even a few days ago, they had been wed in a small, but very sweet ceremony, only family and a few very close friends. His white dress.. His lover's dashing suit.. It was beyond perfect in every way to him, and now, here they were, so far from home, to enjoy a week of time together..
From where he stood, he could see the crystal clear water of the beach behind the hotel, where the sun was slowly making it's way towards the horizon. Such a lovely sight, one that could never be seen through the smog of the city.
"Cody, let's go put the stuff away, then to dinner, how does that sound?" Edes felt so shy around his darling husband, just the slightest touch, a kiss, a held hand, even just the briefest of touches caused him to blush and shy advert his glaze.. Nonetheless, he laced his fingers with that of Cody's, giving him a gentle smile.

The scene around them was breathtaking, Cody would admit to that at least. The clear, sapphire waters, the brilliantly cloudless sky above, the golden sands... All of it was just like something from a fairy tale or some mythical forgotten realm, untouched by time and war for thousands of years. But this... This wasn't some made-up land with fairies and goblins. No, this was real.
And yet, none of it was remotely interesting to the spawn. Well, when compared with the one that was currently linked to him. Cody's attention was solely focused on Edes, no matter where his eyes may say he was. Ever since their little wedding, and minor mishaps with varying guests disputing upon getting heavily drunk, the sloth spawn was all he could think about. He had finally made the boy his and his alone, both to themselves and to the world. And no one would take that from them.
No one. As Edes spoke, blue-green eyes drifted down and over to his side, flashing him a smile. "Sounds great. I'm already starving," Cody teased, lightly squeezing the hand laced with his own. Oh the fun they would have together, alone amongst themselves in this little taste of paradise.

The little teasing that Cody did was something that always made Edes blush, no matter how simple it was. With the hand in his own, he quickly stood up on his toes, kissing his husband softly, gently, before leading him excitedly to their bedroom up on the 8th floor.

To be completely honest, he did not want to leave their bedroom right now. Maybe he was being lazy, but then again, it could be a newer feeling inside him, one that simply did not want to be too far from his darling, from his place of comfort, which was in his arms. Sure, there was the fact that even if they had gone out they would have been together, but... Well, he didn't know, just that He wanted Cody close to him.
"How about we order roomservice?" He really hopped that his darling would agree, smiling at him as he took their clothes out of the suit case and hung them up in the closet.

As he was led upstairs to their room on what had to be the top floor, Cody couldn't help but flop onto their fairly large bed with a soft sigh. Their Honeymoon was going to be awesome if he got to sleep on this. He could stay on this bed forever if he could it was so comfortable and relaxing...
"Huh? Room service? Sure, we can order that," he replied, blinking in slight confusion. It only then dawned on him that his boy-no, husband might want to stay together in their room for their first night. Flashing Edes a grin, he propped himself up on his elbows to better watch him. "Order whatever you want. I'm not picky," Cody replied, taking a moment to let his eyes roam around the room. It wasn't the biggest room the hotel could offer, nor was it the smallest. Being nice sized, they had a partial kitchen, a TV, and some various furniture and what appeared to be a decently sized bathroom. He could practically live in here it was so nice.

A sweet smile came upon the sloth/kindness spawn, and he kissed his darling's cheek, blushing. Just the simple look in his eyes was proof that his heart, his everything belonged to the greed spawn, and he was much more than pleased with this.
The bed beneath him was belong comfortable, soft, fluffy, and like clouds... With grin, he moved to cuddle with Cody, grabbing the menu beside them.
"Hmm... I'm feeling like something... Delicious." He honestly never knew what to choose to eat... "Actually, I have no idea, you choose, okay my love..?"

Cody laughed and pulled the menu over to flip through it. "Alright, alright. I'll pick something for us. Hm..." Mexican, french, Italian, southern, pizza, fried chicken... They had it all it seemed, even having a few phone numbers to other nearby restaurants for take-out or ordering in. "Jeeze, they've got everything. How about something tropical? Like... That?" he asked, pointing to a section of the menu. Most of it had some sort of fruit in it or a tropical feel in the title or food itself. Seemed appropriate considering where they were.
"Looks good, anyways," Cody continued, wrapping an arm around Edes to pull him closer. Yeah, he could get used to this.

"Hmm... That looks delicous~ But I see something that looks even better~ " He teased him, leaning down to n** his love's ear just a little bit. The arms around his waist were welcomed in every way and he let out a soft giggle. Everything made him feel giddy and chilidish, as if he was just a little kid gain.
"I think We'll order that then~" He crooned, picking up the phone, placing the order, as well as putting in an order of champagne as well. As they waited, he stood.
"I think.. I'm going to change." Edes noted, slowly beginning to take off his clothes, to change into a robe he had brought along with him. He wasn't TRYING to be sexual, but the way he moved his body, the long slender curves that seemed to be every edge of him, and the choosing of his clothing, most particularly his choosing of underwear, all seemed to emphasis his sexuality. He didn't notice this at all, and simply slipped on the robe overtop of him and his undergarments, then plopped back down on his bed, looking up to Cody.
"I wonder how long it's going to take for the food to get here~"

Cody chuckled softly at the n** to his ear, pulling him closer while he called down their order. Everything was perfect and Edes... It was rare the boy was so giggly and cute like this and he was determined to... make...
His eyes widened slightly, a dark blush quickly forming on his face as Edes started to strip down to change into... whatever it was. Blue-green eyes followed him, watching his every movement with increasing attentiveness. Any and all thoughts flew out the window and right into the gutter the more he moved. It was a wonder he even responded at all when Edes spoke.
"I-I-I-I h-have n-no i-i-idea," Cody managed to stammer out, his entire face and ears a darker shade of red than his hair. Breathing hard, he tore his gaze from his husband to look at something OTHER than him and forget what had transpired. Hopefully he'd calm down before the food came or Edes worried TOO much.
