Character Race Traits: Her eyesight is very enhanced / above average than a humans and is able to see even in murky and starless nights. However, this trait does not extend far in truly thick bogs or hazes.
Her instinctive reactions are more fluent and controlled than the average humans by the shared genes of an avian demons. However, she only has this sort of reaction only when she is in the course of high stress and anxiety, usually mistaken for just false hype. Successful reactions rarely occur.
Her father was a shapeshifter and thus this trait to change her traits passed down to his daughter. She can only change the colors of her skin, hair, and eyes at will while the rest of her facial complexions she can alter slightly.
Current Levelling Points LP: 1,600
Current Level: Level 1 : Novice [Nobody]
Description of Appearance: She appears to be a young blonde girl in her mid-to late teens. Her hair is often worn into messy ponytails or high-tie's. She has a warm glow that seems to radiate from her creamy golden eyes with a slightly vulpine outline. She has a slender body for her weight and height. However, she has a diagonal scar running down her back and a horizontal scar just above her right shoulder.
Skill Set: Level 1 : "Hot Blooded Warrior" - In this level, the character possesses some form of control over heat. At this stage, she is only able to boil water. In her trade, it's easier to make the metal bend.
Level 2 : In this level, the character is able to touch scalding items by augmenting her body temperature without any trouble of being injured. Level 3 : In this level, she is capable of creating some access of flames, though very small. ---- etc [Filling out upon further progression]
Weapons/armor/items Carried:
A dark mahogany gladius sword that is double edged hollow at the blade, weighs up 3.5lb, measures out to 27 inches in length, the width being 5 cm, with the blade length being 2 ft.
Quiver: 20 metal-tipped, wooden arrows / Bow with the heartstring of unicorn's mane. Some properties imbued within it makes it durable but not unbreakable. The wood of it's arch is elm, a simple small bow.
Survival vest - Absorbs the majority of the damage within the cushions of a protective plaque. By the sides, it is hemmed with various pockets for placing tools; doming hammer, chisels, hand held tongs.
Kite shield [Stainless Steel Surface] - Fairly resistant against fire.
Signature Moves: Heat Transfer - The character is able to pass heat from one object to another. So she can take heat from a fire and passing it through her blade or object and even do the same for the opposing team. She can also heat up the surface of an opponent's armor to harm them.
Blazing Blade - Because the blade itself is carved inside while the frame of it still double edged, a rope-like wire is placed there. Upon igniting that wire by the friction caused by the flint lock near the handle, the sparks come off the wire and burns the rope within the blade. This blade is similar to a torch as it's flames are lengthy enough to precede caution. Because the property of the roped wire is not as durable to the flames, it lasts up to two-three posts.
Scalding Surface - By heating the metalic surface of the shield, it's thrust technique can cause severe burns. - Which is usually enough to get a pained reaction that is effective enough to get Ronan out of a tight spot.
*"Minor Telekinetic Hand" - The move was obtained from the Library quest. Within at 5 meters, Ronan can levitate objects that weigh up to 20lb.
Background Story: Her father was a vain shapeshifter who often used his abilities to charm others but made more debts than he could be out on the run for. He was a writer and made light novels out of his experience from his journey. Along the way, he met a young woman so abused with her work as a smith that he pitied her. Day after day, he would watch her burn her sallow flesh and dress in dry ash. Pity soon became acknowledgement for he would occasionally watch her from silence. Then, through quiet acts of kindness where he would conceal her apprenticing mistakes, feed her with hidden portions, and soon, sending letters. After time, he grew fond of the smith's pitiful daughter, even fell in love with her. Their relationship was very strained due to the opposition set by the woman's father and thus they frequently planned of eloping.
Unfortunately, the plan became one-sided. After spending a considerable amount of time with her, he left her for a less pitiable woman. With his disappearance, the smith's daughter was left with his unborn child. Distraught by not dismayed, she raised her daughter, hoping at least that she had inherited her father's handsome traits. The child however, was born unlike her mother's expectations. She was born blind. The woman grieved for months, not knowing what to do of her lame child until an unusual clergy heard of her family's shame.
His enchanting person persuaded the mother to transplant the baby girl's eyes with a pair of an avian-demons in exchange for the tongue of her mothers. More hasty than reluctant, the deal was done. Past the blindness of her mother's eyes, the girl eventually named Ronan grew up looking less than what her mother had hoped for and actually took on foreign traits. Instead of inheriting either the straw blondness of her mothers nor the cinder red locks of her fathers, she grew with raven hair, dark lidded eyes and cerulean blue irises. Her characteristics were never consistent however, as they would skip to every other color year after year. In time, she was raised with much discipline, never any room to be vain or selfish for there was much work need to be done. Despite her many longings as a growing girl, she was forced to part with them as older and weaker her mother grew with age and illness.
She was happy growing up in a secluded but fundamental smith's home, learned the basics from her mother as she grew. She heard distant stories of places beyond the mountains from where she grew as she hampered armor. After her fourteenth year, her mother had passed away from mercury poisoning under negligence of her health and without the currency to pay for it. With the rest of her relatives unable to care for her, she set off across on a journey with the ambitions to learn, to be able to care for herself and others.
