Viotanica sat within his personal seat, taking a sip of his coffee. He smiled, taking in the scenery of the academy. Everything was perfect at the moment, and nothing would be able to sway him, or even make him nervous. He plucked up the remote from his table, pressing the power button. The television flicked on, and instead of seeing his regular news show, he saw something much more interesting. It turns out that a high (emphasis on high) ranking Britannian offical was found near-dead in a mall. Smiling, Viotanica turned up the volume, sitting back and watching the news.

"Just earlier today, Britannian General Bradsford Wellington had been found having a heart attack. It turns out that somehow, a virus had entered his system almost instantly, causing his heart faliure. The boy who saved his life will be here for interviewing right after these messages."

Viotanica smiled. So Bradsford had almost died because of a heart attack? Foolish. The man always took care of his body, meaning that someone had to have done something to him. In seconds, the reporter appeared with a boy of about the age of sixteen. Viotanica didn't care for the boy, but something was familiar about him. Either his hair, his eyes, or his clothes. Of course! It was the pop idol Vibe Arashi! Vibe smiled upon the screen, saying aloud a few words. "Well, I just saw him fall, y'know? I knew I had to help, So I knelt down and did some medical stuff I learned at Ashford. I mean, it's hard to just stand there and watch a guy die. I mean, anyone would've done the same thing, right? By the way, be sure to catch me at my next concert at the Bright City Concert Hall!" Vibe did his usual double "peace-out" sign, and the television flickered off. But before it did so, something strange occured. Viotanica's eyes widened as Vibe said those last words. Within the boy's eye was a certain gleam.

Holding his head, Viotanica thought. He remembered Vibe from somewhere, but not because of his music...it was something different. Just then, the television flickered back on. Vio took another sip of his coffee, calmly watching. "Vio, come on over." The words were only there for a second upon the screen, and as a picture of the idol popped upon the television once more, Vio spit out his coffee. His eyes widened in surprise as he glared at the picture. He knew who the boy was!

It turns out that his little brother was alive...somehow, and someway. Somehow, he just knew it. It would have been boring otherwise of course, but still, either way, Vibe would come after him. Vio was expecting it, and it would happen. It was imminent, just like the death of every single Eleven within the world. He would cause a war, and when the war was over, he would be the kind, the leader and the best in the world. Not that he wasn't already all of those, but then again, when he went national, everyone would know. After he conquered Japan, he would do so to Britannia. All he needed was a plan, and he was good at making plans...Licking his lips, he took another sip of his coffee. It was brewed to perfection, and just like he, it was black...just like his heart.

Viotanica looked out his window, his eyes glowing slightly. Everything was forming within his mind. His plan would be set into action in a matter of days....He took another sip.
