Technical techniques are skills which are, well, technical. These are not the fancy, flipping type techniques. These techniques ride along the lines of wallruns, vaults, and so on. The techniques listed within this thread will be categorized by types of techniques(i.e. vaults) and rank.

Vaults
Note: Any vaults that are a combination or variant of one or two(maybe more) vaults needs to have to original vaults learned first.

D-Ranked

Name: Turn Vault
Description: This is a vault where the
Runner approaches the obstacle much like a regular vault. Instead of facing the same direction they began with they turn while their hands are still on the obstacle and their feet are in the air. This causes them to land facing the way which the had originally came.

Name: Speed Vault
Description: This is a vault in which the Runner approaches the obstacle at full momentum and is capable of maintaining that speed throughout the vault. The leap at the obstacle and are seemingly parallel with it, in a horizontal position. They place down the arm between themselves and obstacle and uses it to propel themselves forward.

Name: Monkey Vault
Description: In this vault the Runner places both hands upon the object. They pull up their legs to resemble a squatting or tucked position and pulls themselves over the object.

Name: Palm Spin
Description: In this vault the Runner places both hands upon the obstacle or object. They then pull themselves up and over the object like any other vault, but once suspended within the air the Runner pushes with one hand and pulls with the other allowing him to spin around the object 180 degrees and head back the way which they came.

Name: Dive Roll
Description: One of the rare vaults that involves no hands. The Runner will leap and dive over the obstacle. On the other side, upon landing, they roll, hence the name Dive Roll.



C-Ranked

Name:Kong Vault
Description: The Kong Vault is a vault which takes a bit of upper body strength. The Runner will dive at the obstacle(like a table), place their hands as close to the end of it(or at the end) as they can, and will then propel themselves forward. It is quite similar to the Monkey Vault but in this the Runner is diving at the object as stated before.

Name: Dash Vault
Description: In this vault the Runner will leap over the obstacle. Half way over the obstacle they'll place their hands down upon it and give themselves and extra push to propel themselves forward. This vault is usually much faster than the others.

Name: Reverse Vault
Description: This vault is similar to a side flip or barrel roll in ways. The Runner will place on or two hands upon the obstacle. They will then push off of it. As they do they spin within the air and land upon the other side.

Name: Trophy Vault
Description: This technique is a variant of a Dive Roll and is used to actually roll over the obstacle(like a table). They leap forward and roll over the object and land upon the other side.


B-Ranked

Name: Pop Vault
Description: The Runner uses this vault when they want to vault over an obstacle of some height, most of the times a wall. They will run towards the obstacle and kick up and off of it. This will propel them upwards. They will then grab onto the top and simply vault over.

Name: Kash Vault
Description: This vault is truly a combination of the Kong and Dash vault. It is used to subdue longer obstacles. The Runner will first Kong Vault onto the obstacle and then Dash Vault off of it.
Note: Must know both Dash and Kong vaults.

Name:Thief Vault
Description: The Thief Vault is a variation of the Speed Vault and the Dash Vault. It begins like the Speed Vault but ends in a position similar to the Dash Vault. This vault is one of the fastest.

Name: Double Kong
Description: As the name clearly shows it is two Kong Vaults. This can be used to surpass one obstacle of extreme length or two obstacles by producing two Kong Vaults.



A-Ranked

Name: Sky Vault
Description: It is a one-handed cartwheel over and obstacle.

Name: Vert Vault
Description: The Runner places their hands upon an obstacle in the regular vault fashion but kicks one leg up and over their head, almost as if they were to do a front-handspring over the object.

Name: Rail Flip Vault
Description: The Runner places their hands atop the obstacle and executes a sort of front-flip/front-handspring up and over the obstacle.

Name: Star Vault
Description: The Star Vault is a mere cartwheel over an obstacle. It is highly similar to the Sky Vault.



S-Ranked

Name: Triple Kong
Description: This technique pushes the limits of the Kong Vault. It allows for the Runner to clear up to three obstacles at once by producing up to three Kongs.

Name: Dash In
Description: This technique is a variation of the Kash Vault but instead of utilizing the Kong part of the Kash Vault once the Kong is done twice and then the Dash Vault comes into play adding for extreme lengths.

Name: Screwdriver
Description: This technique is a variation of the Kong. A Kong is done but as the hands are place a twist is done in order to send to Runner sailing further out pass the obstacle.

Wall Tricks
Note: Any techniques that are a combination or variant of one or two(maybe more) techniques needs to have to original techniques learned first.

D-Ranked

Name: Tick-Tack
Description: This is a technique in which the Runner runs at a wall and places one foot upon the wall. They push off the wall with that same foot. This is mostly used to propel one's self up and over an object such as a gate.


C-Ranked

Name: Horizontal Wall Run Lvl. 1
Description: This technique is a beginner level wall run. It allows the Runner to be able to place up to three steps upon the surface of the wall before gravity forces them down. This allows them to be able to run up to five feet upon the wall.

Name: Vertical Wall Run Lvl. 1
Description: This techniques is a beginner level wall run. It allows the Runner to be able to place up to three steps upon the surface of the wall, allowing for them to obtain five feet in height before having to kick off.

Name: Double Tick-Tack
Description: This technique can be used in two separate ways but requires two walls to be present upon both sides of the Runner. The Runner will run at one wall and utilize the Tick-Tack to launch himself at the other wall and utilize the Tick-Tack upon the other wall as well. This allows for him to become capable of traveling upwards or, in a sense, forwards with the use of their Tick-Tack Technique.


B-Ranked

Name: Horizontal Wall Run Lvl. 2
Description: At this level of the Wall Run the Runner is capable of now planting four steps upon the wall. The length of which they can travel upon the surface of the wall has increased slightly to a good eight feet. At the peak of their run they can be as high as seven feet upon the wall.

Name: Vertical Wall Run Lvl. 2
Description: At this level of the Wall Run the Runner is capable of now planting four steps onto the wall. The height which they can now travel up the surface of the wall has increased to be a good ten feet.

Name: Wall Spin
Description: In this technique the Runner does a sort of Palm Spin except upon the wall. They run up to the wall and place both hands upon it. They then leap up and use their hands to rotate themselves. This can be used to clear some objects.



A-Ranked

Name: Triangle Jump
Description: In short this skill is made up of three Tick-Tacks combine together. It is a powered up version of the Double Tick-Tack and allows for the Runner to "jump" as high as fifteen feet.

Name: Horizontal Wall Run Lvl. 3
Description: The Runner places there feet upon the wall up to five times now. They are now capable of traveling a distance of ten feet and height of nine.

Name: Vertical Wall Run Lvl. 3
Description: The Runner is now capable of placing five steps upon the wall causing them to travel up to twelve feet.


S-Ranked

Name: Wall Crawl
Description: This technique is similar to the vertical wall run but uses the Runners' hands as a propellant. The Runner will run up the wall as normal but with the last step he uses both hands to push him up even further, gaining an extra five feet to his wall run.


SS-Ranked

Name: Horizontal Wall Run Lvl. 4
Description: The Runner places there feet upon the wall up to ten times now. They are now capable of traveling a distance of twenty feet and height of twelve.

Name: Vertical Wall Run Lvl. 4
Description: The Runner is now capable of placing ten steps upon the wall causing them to travel up to twenty feet up the side of the wall.

Jumps and Leaps
Note: Any techniques that are a combination or variant of one or two(maybe more) techniques needs to have to original techniques learned first.

C-Ranked

Name: Precision Jump
Description: This is a technique in which the Runner jumps from one object and lands upon another with extreme precision that the object which they land upon can sometimes have a width of only two inches.

Name: Cat Leap
Description: In this technique the Runner leaps from one thing to another(such as a wall) and lands in a squatted position while hanging onto the top of the object.


B-Ranked

Name: Double Jump
Description: This technique is a technique in which the Runner uses an object to increase his height and length of his jump. He jumps at/onto the object with one foot and pushes off, sending him an extra five feet in height and length of what his original jump would be.
