Strength and Speed
These are the Speeds and Strengths of all the classes. Several things play a part in how strong and fast your RPC is such as rank, certain skills, etc.

Medic: +3
Basic Runner: +2
Tracker: +1
K-9: +1
Oracle: +0
Citizen: +0
In order to obtain strengths of 5 and above something is needed to boost your current strength. This goes for speed as well.

When two people, of unequal rank, fight. The person with the higher rank will gain a level of speed and strength for every rank between them and the lower rank.
