What are some filling, healthy snacks? As much as I love kiwi's and apples, they don't fill me, even with peanut butter! Is there any type of snack that is healthy yet filling?

might sound unappealing but edamame did the trick for me edamame is basically soy beans, if you put some salt on them they take my appetite away! biggrin (plus, they are all protein)

You love sugar, right? Well, try things you like fat and sugar free. I do that a lot, and it tastes the same, but it feels healthier. No, you're not getting vitamins, but you are getting full and focused!

I'd like to try that edemame some time. I just usually try a new fruit that comes out. We have a fruit market near us and I can walk there. I like to freeze grapes and use them as snacks later.
