I'm only doing revisions on her civilian form, so that's the only one posted here.

Name: Tallulah Cowden

Nicknames: "Tal” is reasonably popular.

Age: 18

Birthday: November 29th

Sign: Sagittarius

Blood Type: B+

Fav. Food: Edamame, blueberries, caffeine - especially Ener-TEA energy drink.

Hated Food: Fried Chicken (Tallulah is a vegetarian and dislikes all meat, but fried chicken is something she finds especially repulsive), Licorice (After an unfortunate run-in with the stuff in Tartaros, Tallulah's developed an aversion).

School: DCU, studying Political Sciences

Hobbies:

Swimming: Tallulah competes on the DCU swim team, specializing in the Hundred Meter Crawl. She is also a trained lifeguard and works at the city pool, which is far less glamorous than it sounds. There is a lot of chair sitting, telling people not to run, and teaching kids how to swim. Also tan lines. Lots and lots of unflattering tan lines.

Police Procedural Dramas: From Law and Order to NCIS to X-Files, Tallulah has probably seen the episode and remembers who the killer is. She marathons series in her free time, gobbling up the inaccurate portrayals of the justice system and cheering when good triumphs. As an offshoot of this, she tends to fret over what might happen to her if she is caught in the middle of her Senshi activities, and occasionally when confronted with a situation asks “What would Gibbs/Scully/Benson do?"

Patrol: Tallulah doesn’t see the difference between her life as a Senshi and her life as a civilian anymore. She gave up a lot in the last year in order to uphold her responsibilities as Europa, and it definitely consumes a lot of her time. She is meticulously organized about her schedule and route as a Senshi, and even since the unofficial dissolution of her team tries to patrol in pairs and watch out for newbies.

“Research:” Tallulah has an insatiable desire to know what’s going on, or, short of that, to know a little about everything. She is quick to ask other senshi about what they know, what they’ve been doing lately, who they’ve fought and who they’ve seen – it might seem like gossip, but she thinks of it as vital reconnaissance. She’s also the kind of person who can get lost clicking link after link on Cracked or Wikipedia or TVTropes all in the name of knowledge.

Gemstone: Lapis Lazuli

Virtues:

Responsible: Whatever it is, Tallulah is on it. There’s no room for procrastination in a life packed full of athletics, work, school, and Senshidom. If you ask her to do something, you’d better be prepared for her to have it done in the next two days or die trying. Tallulah is precisely the person to count on for important tasks, because she won’t blow you off. Her homework is done days before it’s due, she never makes excuses, and she never compromises on the standards she holds herself to. With Tallulah, it’ll either be top-notch or… well, there aren’t any alternatives. It’ll be top notch.

Compassionate: While some might become jaded after fighting the Negaverse for so long, Tallulah has only taken the struggle as a sign that she really needs to double her efforts to be a force for good in the world. Although she has had to give up her volunteering due to time restraints, she is still generous with her time and spare change (when she has it). In her civilian life she tries to be nice to everyone she meets, and is hesitant to judge people based on first impressions. Benefit of the doubt is given happily and often, although with the slightest air of superiority. Tallulah understands that just because she’s a perfectionist, it doesn’t mean everyone has to be. (Although she would kind of like it if they were.)

Book Smart: Tallulah has an excellent memory for facts, and has never met a textbook she didn’t like. Her motivation is second to none and she knows that to write an A+ paper, you have to do some footwork. She’s not afraid to hound people if she thinks they have information she needs, and she’s good at drawing conclusions (though sometimes she’s just plain wrong). Her critical thinking skills are well honed and, given time, she can formulate a pretty good plan. It’s thinking on the fly where she’s not so gifted.

Noble: Tallulah does things she knows or thinks are right. It pains her to lie or tell half-truths; not to the point of inability, but she’d rather be up-front about things. She is determined that the Senshi are a force for good, and will argue the point until the cows come home. Even if this is just what she tells herself to get to sleep at night, she’s told herself so enough times that she believes it. She has no trouble dusting Youma, but is hesitant to go for the kill when fighting Negaverse officers. She believes that life should never be taken wantonly and frowns upon those who would sacrifice civilians rather than try to save them.

Flaws:

Obsessive: Tallulah’s optimism has a tendency to devolve into frantic fanaticism. She frequently bites off more than she can chew, becomes absolutely consumed with trying to keep up with her responsibilities, and forgets to do important things like sleep. She pushes herself hard and fast trying to keep up with her own rigorous standards – even if you won’t judge her for failing, she will. Her priorities can get shuffled at the drop of a hat to make room for something even more pressing – everything still gets done, but her own personal needs tend to come last. Tallulah throws herself into her various duties usually at her own personal detriment.

Bossy: Tallulah likes to be in charge. She sees the merits to “If you want something done right then do it yourself,” but appends “If you can’t do it yourself, tell someone else exactly how to do it.” She prefers to be the leader of a team than a member, and grows frustrated when people don’t agree that her way is the best way. She likes to put pieces together, make plans, and is always the one to yell at the TV or try to solve the murder mystery before the protagonist does. Most of her time in high school was spent as a teacher’s pet, and she’s retained some of that obnoxious need to be right and to be told that she’s right. This has always put her at odds with some members of her peer group, and will likely continue to have this effect.

Easily Flustered: Everything’s out of control, nothing’s going right, and there’s absolutely nothing she can do it – where is Tallulah? She’s hiding in her bedroom, abusing her Netflix account and trying not to sleep. Tallulah likes to live life on her own terms: she might be stressed and overloaded, but at least that’s from responsibilities she took on herself. She likes to analyze the data and draw logical conclusions and strategize, but she’ll be one of the first to lose her cool in a fight. When things get out of control and she stops having time to think, Tallulah starts making hasty conclusions and bad decisions that she’ll punish herself for later.

World-champion conclusion jumper: Tallulah has a tendency to over-value her evidence. She will construct a theory around one or two scant details or shakily-based conjectures and assert it as true, taking educated guesses and trying to turn them into cold, hard fact. While this can and does sometimes work out in her favor (usually when her hunches are right,) it also frequently distracts her and leads her to miss the point entirely - while everyone else is working out what really happened, she's sometimes checking up on false leads. Where she doesn't have enough details, she will struggle to fill in her own, either from vague remembrance, hearsay, or whole cloth, and then replace them with the correct ones as they emerge.

Physical Description:

Hair: Very dark teal and falling to mid-back. The front sections are shorter and she pulls them back with an orange, star-shaped clip. The ends of the pulled-back section tend to stick up.

Eyes: Large, round, and brown.

Face: Oval-shaped, with a narrow chin and thin, arched eyebrows. She rarely wears makeup.

Body: About 5'6" in height. Lean from athletic training, but definitely what you might call "curvy," mostly in the hips and thighs. Her skin tone is on the darker end of the Caucasian range.

Fashion: Stay off my steps you goddamn hipsters.
