So Sakn was alive, however she could not say her emotional state had improved since she heard this, even though she was truly to the bottom of her heart happy she had not killed him, it has just lead her to more confusion and frustration. There was even talk of her graduating the Academy in a few months. It just felt her life was passing by very quickly and at the moment she was not quite sure this was the path she wanted to take. Admittedly she was home sick, even though she was much better off here her small village seemed to be calling for her and she would happily live in her small hut if it meant being able to see her parents again. She sometimes wondered how her life would have turned out differently if she had not been born with her abilities, if the Legion had never offered to take her in to turn her into a priestess. Would she be happier with a normal life?
Sticking to this path she knew that life would be hard, the training would be intense, more so than it was already. She had already changed so much from how she was when she first came here, she could not even imagine doing so in the ways that she did, or if she even agreed with them but maybe that was part of her development and growth towards this path. Was she becoming the women she dreamed of being as a child? No, however was she becoming the women she needed to be given her situations? Yes, there was no denying that. Sometimes she just wished that she had someone to talk to about these things, someone who was maybe in the same boat as she was. Someone who would understand. She was usually such a chirpy person, not like this at all. However after events what occurred yesterday she found herself feeling a little down.
Master Shinto, her spirit guide has been for the past few months trying help her development. The spirit had talked to her about death a great deal, challenging her religion, her beliefs, her morals and truth be told he made a lot more sense than you would of expected. He had been telling her that death was not the final everyone thought it was and to grow she had to embrace it, not see it as a enemy but as a part of the natural circle of life. He told her that only when she understood this would she get closer to Enlightenment. Slowly over time, maybe he was starting to change her opinions. Yesterday she found a injured man and she attempted to heal him however he had lost too much blood and despite her best efforts he passed, truth be told she knew he did not stand a chance the moment she saw him but she knew she had to at least try and help. Master Shinto was with her and despite her being greatly saddened he could not save the man's life she did not break down into hysteric's. Shinto kept her calm, his words were comforting... maybe he was showing her towards the right path. Every time he talked to her, she opened up to his ideals a little more.
None the less she decided to come to the shrine and prey for the man who she had failed to save. She wondered slowly up the stone steps of the temple before making her way down the alter. The young Mongolian got down and keeled towards the small shrine, lighting some candles before she began to prey. Even though she had found so many wonderful, nice, kind people in Lunaria, this city has also opened her eyes to evil in the world that she before just ignored. She hated sharing her problems with people so she kept her suffering from her friends, painting a smile across her lips so they would not worry. Maybe it was because of the man, maybe it was because of her homesickness, or maybe it was because she had been thinking about her future. Either way having no one to vent these thoughts and emotions onto had caught up with her and as she sat there in the temple, she could not hold back the silent tears which fell down her face.

"Okay, look," Xiu said patiently as he walked towards one of the bigger temples in the area. He carried a huge basket of bright flowers in his arms and seemed to be talking to thin air. The only other living things around were the cloud of multicolored butterflies that followed him.
"Now, I'm going to put there flowers at the back of the shrine and you lot," he gestured indignantly with his chin at the butterfly cloud, "are going to stay with the basket. It'll be your new home. I'll come to visit every day so you don't have to follow me anymore." Honestly, Xiu felt like an idiot. The butterflies weren't speaking to him nor did they seem very smart. He did sense something from them though and he DID know the the butterflies housed spirits, but he hadn't been able to communicate directly with them. Hopefully, today would be a break through. If only he could get them all to buzz off he could get back to his normal life!
Groaning loudly, Xiu stomped the rest of the way to the shrine. He went around the back first and set the basket of flowers down. "There. Stay." He told his butterflies, watching as a handful alighted on the flowers. More than half actually, which was progress. Waiting for the rest to check out the flowers, Xiu inched away to the front of the shrine again.
That's when he heard noise from inside. Ugh. He hoped it wasn't vandals, or worse, evil spirits again.
"Please refrain from vandalizing, oh--" Xiu stopped at the entrance on the porch, catching sight of a young girl in tears. "I'm sorry, please forgive me. I didn't know anyone came to pray this time of day," Xiu said just as a few butterflies alighted in his hair, making him look quite silly.

Sara flinched as she heard the voice of another coming from behind her, she scuttled and jumped up onto her feet, limbs shaking loosely much like a new born deer. She never liked anyone seeing her cry and the fact that someone had met her whilst tears ran down her tanned face was something that she was slightly ashamed of. It was not the first impression she wanted to be giving out to people. "Oh, no do not apologise you have done nothing which calls for it... I was just leaving." She nodded as she started to make her way towards the entrance with a quick step. As she walked past the boy, her pale green eyes met his blue ones and a small smile came onto her face, she knew she could not really stay however she did not want to leave with this the only memory of her. However the young Mongolian was soon stopped in her tracks.
When she stepped foot outside a small butterfly drifted towards her and landed on her shoulder, she looked at it confused. She had never know such a timid creature act this way. She slowly held up her hand and surly enough another one came over and landed on her fingers. They seemed well trained and she knew she could not leave now in case the creatures belonged to the boy. She turned slowly and looked at him once more, her head down so that her long hair would cover her face in a last ditch attempt to hide the shine and redness of her eyes. "I am sorry, I do not mean to be rude... are these yours?" She asked holding out her hand as the butterfly which rested on it took off to see the flowers once more. It was actually quite a pretty site, to see all these creatures floating around.
The one resting on her shoulder took off grabbing a strand of her hair in its small legs so it followed it like a trail, almost trying to lead her over to the basket and Xui. She gave another soft nervous smile before she was lead back to the basket. "They sure are friendly..." She commented, her eyes drifted over, noticing the line of butterflies in his hair, he looked like he was wearing a large multicoloured wig, she quickly looked the other way, a small chuckle leaving her lips.
