Tigerlily: Okay . . . I think it's this way, guys. *They had been walking for a good half hour now - such was the price for living away from the sewers. They might be strays, but they had standards! Or Lily made sure they did. She wrinkles her nose* Yup, it's starting to stink. Those sewer cats'll probably pop outta the ground soon . . .

Stoneblaze: *As usual, Stone was adopting a wary stance behind Fairwind as they walked, eyes glancing to and fro. The land of the terrible smell: the land of the terrible cats! It was his luck that Lily had heard a rumor of an underground territory that festered out of sight. /Why/ she wanted to do this, he knew - but did not agree with. Frankly, they were just three small kits forging their own life. Why would some secret organization want them?*

Fairwind - Like Stone , Fair wasn't entirely sure this was a good idea...then again some of Lily's argments had made some sense - a super secret organization /must/ have super strong cats that could protect them...or something. Least that was the way Fair was chooseing to think of it "Lily are you sure we're going the right way? I mean there’s lots of sewers.."

Lila - She was not at all pleased about the way some things were going - for one thing that vesna beast was still camping out in the offices and for another - things were moving far to slow in the 'organizing an army' front. And now as he popped out of one of the sewer entrences things seemed to be getting worse as she came face to face with a trio of kittens "Great" she remarked dryly

Tigerlily: Well they said it was in /this/ part of town with /this/ sort of smell, so I'd /hope/ that they weren't lying - *And of course, to her delight there came an adult to them who could definitely look like she was on the "inside". Tail wiggles with pleasure* Alright, no more searching! Are you from a territory around here?

Stoneblaze: *Whines a little at the sight of the full grown cat. The smell around here already was making him a little nauseated, and now . . . Oh God, /what were those sheathes doing on her person/. Looks like Lily found who she was looking for* G-Great. *His echo of the woman's word was in a very, very different tone*

Fairwind - Gave a startled little jump as the women appeared before them, tryng unsucsessfully to keep the small squeak of startlement inside before she took a half step back to comfort Stone while Lily did the talking cause she was so very good at that

Lila - She was not amused, not at all amused - two of the kittens wilted slightly at the sight of her but the other - a black one seemed..happy? And asked about the territory. Lila's eyes narrowed slightly as she studied the kittens "And which territory might that be? There are several territories 'around' here" Not the complete truth - well unless you considered the whole city 'around'

Tigerlily: You know, the one with the weird name! Starts with a "g". *Whatever intimidating presence Lila had apparently was not fazing the young girl - if anything, it drew her in. /That/ was the sort of effect she wanted to have on people: easier to boss around~* Made by some guy with a suit and tie on, and bloody eyes. Is he really the devil?

Stoneblaze: D-D-D-Devil?! *LILY HAD NOT MENTIONED SUCH A THING WTF. He wanted NO part in the territory of an extra-dimensional being! He wished a bird would go and fly in the black cat's mouth to stop her from digging them into a deeper hole - because what was stopping the adult from just slicing them all up into shishkabob?*

Fairwind - "Lily...talks a lot..but she dosen't mean anything by it" Fair felt compelled to say - as though that might lessen the irritation she could already imagine building in the mind of the red headed ca in front of them - Lily had that effect on people . "we were uh..I mean Lily was hoping that we could ..join" Oh stone was not happy she coud practically feel him freaking out beside her and she made a few shushing noises at him

Lila - Her eyebrows rose slightly first at the black kitten then at the cowering grey and bobtailed's stammering "Well yes you might have found the place...but we've no need for kittens - The devil needs warriors not young creatures such as yourselves" She told them "Now go on back to whatever hole you crawld out of" She commanded with a wave of her hand she felt no need to dissuade them from the whole Devil thing - nothing wrong with keeping such things alive in the rumor mill - made others less likely to think about tormenting them.

Tigerlily: *And now she seemed put off, for what was it that made them unqualified? She turned her head and hissed at Stone* Stop being such a baby, you're making us all look bad! *She then turned back to the red head with a frown* We're not just kittens - we're kittens with a grudge against humans! Isn't that the sort of cats you want in your group?

Stoneblaze: *THEY HAD A CHANCE TO LEAVE AND THEY WEREN'T TAKING IT. For a brief moment, he considered backing out and leaving for home on his own, but for some reason his legs weren't working - they seemed intent on pressing right into Fair's side like magnets to metals. Lily's hissing didn't put a damper on his nervous mood* G-Grudge is such a strong word . . .

Fairwind - She was beggining to think this wasn't a good idea at all - I mean really so they were kitten with a grudge - sorta - but the red head was right they were still kittens right? Or maybe she just wanted to take Stones side in this fight, I mean really - like everything else they did - this was all Lilys idea anyways. She was perfectly happy living he way they were..kinda. Okay it sucked but there wasn't much they could do about it for now "Maybe she's right Lily..I mean maybe when we're older?" She asked with a hint of a question lilt at the end of her statement

Lila - "Perhaps it is..but we need more then simple grudges" She told the black kitten "We need warriors..trained, able bodied warriors capable of taking direction" she indicated Stone and Fair with a wave of her hand "and do you really think your friends here are capable of such things right now..are you little black? do you really want to spend all day every day doing nothingbut folowing my orders and training until your paws bleed?"

Tigerlily: Bleed? *cross* Ew. Why would you /want/ to make them bleed. The nyou can't walk! And the /smell/ . . . Uuugh, is that why it smells so bad over here? You really need some perfume, lady. *She seemed to utterly be missing the point in her shallow observations*

Stoneblaze: *HE TOTALLY KNEW IT OH GOD OH GOD. Whispers to Fair* L-Let's grab Lily and run, please . . . ? *Maybe if they did it in a sudden action none of them would get sliced in half, or captured, or something worse if possible. Bledding was not on his to-do list, thanks. It was asinine to presume either himself or Fair as warriors - Lily maybe, but not hard core . . .*

Fairwind - She cast a glance at Stone and heaved a sigh before glancing at lily "you know she'll just claw us herself if we try to pry her away now..." She told him in a quiet voice. till she had to try something to get them out of here and so she raised her voice "She's Right Lily..I mean that dosen't sound like much fun...at all" Not fun was good - no fun would certany dissuade Lily right?

Lila - She blinked at the black kittne - and ignored the other two as insignificant for the moment, though thie quiet banter did not escape her. where the hell had these three kitten come from anyways? With a wan thought she wondered if it had something to do with vesna's little 'curse' - three kittens were as good as three imps, wouldn't Red Eyes have some fun with this little story. in any case it didn't seem like they were going to leave without a bit of encouragement and she decided to try something a bit more stern and without any warning drew a sword and drove it into the ground right /infront/ of the black kitten. "Because bleeding paws when your young means you can fight for hours and hours on end without whining about blisters and how much it hurts...now scram before I decide to use you for target practice" That had to work..she was sure of it.

Tigerlily: *Looks at the sword. Then the woman. Sword. Woman. Sword. Woman. And then she makes a hmph sound to cover what could have been a whimper instead* /Fine/. /Don't/ take in the people who walked all this way to join your stupid underground club. I bet you all stink like toilets anyway. *She then actually had the gall to turn her back to her siblings and make as if to lead them onward* We're done, guys.

Stoneblaze: *Has mixed feelings: /finally/ Lily has the sense to get them out, but she had the lack of brains to go and insult the woman first!* Sh-She d-d-d-doesn't mean i-it! *He squeaks at the adult and makes a few quick bows before trying as subtly as he could to push Lily even faster forward with a paw. All his movement were jerky, like a bird feeling a predator's gaze*

Fairwind - Okay so she did actually jump this time - but it was a sword! And it had come this close to hitting Lily...and Lily was still mouthing off - she joined stone in trying to shove Lily along as fast as she could "He's right..she jut..well she dosen't always have a filter in her mouth - we're sorry..so sorry!" she tried to assure the older cat as she shoved her friends along

Lila - Typically such an insult would irk her to the point of violence...but she recognized the bravado as hiding something else and only wwatched the kittne retreat with narrowed eyes and lashing tail "And don't come back!" she shouted at them when they were a good bit aways - Kittens! The last thing they needed around here was more useless kittens!

Stoneblaze: *The yelling makes him yelp and jump in response, and the pushing is much more insistent; probably because if Lily hadn't been in the way, Stone would have bolted and ran the hell away himself back home. As it was, his head was stuck into Lily's flank in his haste for them to leave* SORRY SORRY SORRY!!

Tigerlily: *The final comment actually stung her prid, believe it or note. Kittens didn't mean "useless" . . . She was always making sure the other two were defended and not bored, always trying to find them a place. Nobody wanted three kittens, though. One sure, two maybe. And if they had had the power of a devil to follow . . . But nope. Adults were stupid. All of them were, cats or humans. She scoffed and found her own paws to move along, fur bristling from the encounter*
