He glanced up to see the late afternoon sun making its way slowly across to the west, indicating that it would soon be early evening. He sighed to himself, flicking his ears back and low (causing the bell in his one ear to tinkle softly) as he muttered to himself about how it was possible he'd gotten lost.
He had somehow gotten separated from his family, and now he cursed the day he got his mother's sense of direction... of which, there was none. His sister had all the luck, really! He grumbled a bit more, and then decided he should probably look for a place to rest safely for the night.
No doubt there were predators around, not that he couldn't defend himself or escape if necessary. Flicking his ears forward again in an alert position, he listened hard to as he searched by sound to hear those special sounds of flapping wings only his family produced as pure Wind Soquili.

Flying gracefully in the sky,Aella was watching over the lands for any life around the lands. The cool breeze made her mane and tail whip around in a soft manner. Her eyes caught a image of a stallion alone, what was he doing alone? Why was she worried about that, she was alone herself.Laughing inside she decided to land to get a couple apples from the apple trees. Once she landed Aella glanced at the male.He seemed to be a little lost maybe even just watching out for danger. She would wait for him to call out for her.Flicking her tail she folded her wings into her sides and wandered towards the apple trees.

He flinched when his acute hearing heard the sound of hooves nearby. He turned slowly, forcing himself not to flick his ears in a forward manner to avoid his bell tinkling and giving him away. Chances were whoever it was had already seen him, but it was also a half chance they hadn't seen him.
His golden eyes finally landed on a rather odd-colored mare. He'd never seen a mare of her color before, but then, he was used to seeing only blues, blacks, and whites, really. She looked like the color of his sister's markings, but much, much lighter. "...Hello?" he called calmly, cautiously. She might look friendly but for all he knew she could be very dangerous.

Aella was just getting to the apples trees when she heard a voice call out.Her ears caught it and she turned to look.It was that stallion she seen before she landed.Fluffing her wings a little she bobbed her head slowly."Hello there."She said with a smile. He seemed kinda scared or maybe kinda cautious. She really wouldn't hurt a fly unless she had to,it just wasn't her at all.Fighting, blood, anger,it just wasn't one of her likes about life. She also knew if she had hurt someone who didn't need to be,unless they were hurting another, her father would surely be after her rump.

Fang let a relieved look pass through his face when the mare gave him a friendly hello. He wasn't used to be out and about like this, not at all. "Hi," he greeted, somewhat shyly now, embarrassed. "I was wondering if you could help me... you see, I, ah, got a little lost..." He was glad his fur-coat was so dark, he was blushing fairly badly with mortification. "Oh, um, my name's Hieu Fang, but you can just call me Fang." His first name was a weird pronunciation; he assumed it was his mother--no, it was definitely his mother who named him, unless it was his father, who he couldn't believe would name him something odd.

Aella smiled softly as he became more relaxed with her presence."Lost?Where are you headed to?"She said and bounced a little. He was dark and beautiful, his coat was gorgeous. Then she noticed his bell, she smiled greatly at it."You have a...bell?"Aella said out loud then blushed greatly when she noticed it was out loud. "erm....Um...I'm Aella.."Aella became a little nervous and then nodded."Its..a pleasure to meet another winged soquili."She lifted her one wing slowly and moved it.

He smiled gently at Aella when he realized she was as nervous as he was. "It sure is nice to meet another winged one that's not my family," he laughed quietly. He flicked his bell-accessorised ear for her pleasure to listen to its gentle tinkling. "Yes, it's a bell. It's passed down through my family." The bells meant a great deal in his family; it made them stand apart, although, he wasn't exactly sure why they did. Still, he took great personal pleasure and pride in them. "I'm beginning to think that it's good I got lost," he finally said, out loud, while deep in thought. He returned to reality with a gentle smile in Aella's direction. "At least I got to meet a pretty lady!"

Aella smiled and bounced at the sound of the bell singing."Its such a gorgeous thing to have with you."She said softly and watched him."Indeed,My family not even my parents have wings.I am the only one who does."She thought about it then blinked at his words that were probably ment to be in his head.Aella blushed greatly at the last part, pretty lady'. Was she really that pretty?"And i've met a handsome stallion."

Her last comment surprised a laugh out of him. "Who, me? Can't be me, Aella, I'm rather plain, m'dear," he joked. He was being modest for modesty's sake, but he knew he looked good. He just didn't want to be arrogant about it. He was easy on the eyes--if his parents' looks were anything to go by, that was definitely one thing he really appreciated. Horse Goddess, even his sister was a beautiful mare. "I seem to have gotten distracted... Well, I was traveling with my family. We stopped to refresh ourselves, and I wandered off." Here he blushed and flicked his ears, causing the bell to tinkle again. "I was curious about our surroundings and, well, here I am. I can't seem to find my way back... but perhaps, if I had a friend to help guide me, then I'd be able to find my way back home again."

A giggle escaped from her muzzle as he said that."Oh silly~ You are."It was quite nice he wasn't acting like she was going to attack him.She smiled and listened to him."Well...That sounds quite bad."She laughed about that too."You should try not to get so lost and wander off without your family."It was probably a good thing he had gotten lost,he found a new friend and so did she.Nodding when he said about a certain friend helping him,she agreed."I wouldn't mind helping you get back home, flying so much i see a lot of the lands."She said with reassurance.
